Eko dan Bisnis: Riau Economic and Business Review
Jurnal ini terbit empat kali setahun pada bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember berisi artikel, tulisan ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian dan non penelitian, kajian analisis, aplikasi teori dan review tentang masalah-masalah ekonomi dan bisnis di masyarakat. Penerbitan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas serta menyebarluaskan kajian ilmu ekonomi bisnis sekaligus sebagai wahana komunikasi di antara cendikiawan, praktisi, mahasiswa dan pemerhati masalah-masalah ekonomi bisnis. Jurnal Eko dan Bisnis mengundang akademisi dan peneliti yang melakukan penelitian orisinal di bidang ekonomi, manajemen dan akuntansi, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: Manajemen SDM, Manajemen Pemasaran, Manajemen Keuangan, Kewirausahaan dan koperasi.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on work discipline for employees at the Mining District Office of Kampar Regency. The population of this study were all 33 employees of the Sub-district Mining Office of Kampar Regency and the research sample used the census method (33 people). The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods and then analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results of the recapitulation of the average value of the Supervision variable are 3.82, meaning that the respondents' answers to all statements of the Employee leadership variable are Agree (good). Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that the value of t_count > t_table (6.545 >2.039) and a significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). This means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The R square value of 0, 580 or 58.0% means that leadership has an influence on work discipline for employees at the Mining District Office of Kampar Regency by 58.0% and the rest (100-58, 0) 42.0% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Technology and science that are developing rapidly give rise to modern technological products for customers. The technology that exists today is a technology that serves humans and is not just a sophisticated technology created for sophistication itself. One of them is the field of communication and information technology. The change in the advancement of communication and information technology makes the increase in the use of mobile phones faster. Along with the development of technology, the function of cellphones is not only as a telephone and SMS tool but has been referred to as a smartphone information search and entertainment tool. With a good brand image of a company's product, it is able to make the company maintain its continuity so that it continues to grow and survive amidst the onslaught of competitors and the same product. To get a good brand image label from customers, a company is able to make innovations and evaluate the products being marketed. Companies must also maintain quality, consistency, perform maintenance, and maintain good relations with consumers. The number of samples in this study were 87 people. From the results of the item validity test, the overall statement between the competence and performance variables was declared valid because the value rcount > rtable (0.2108). The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 25.527 + 0.381. From the results of the partial test or t test, the tcount value (5,641)> from the ttable value (1,98827) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the brand image variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable. And the value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.272, meaning that the influence or the magnitude of the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions is 0.272 or 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Nurses in charge of serving patients are very susceptible to work stress due to their low emotional intelligence. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress of nurses at PT Nusa Lima Medika Pekanbaru. The measuring instrument used in this research is the emotional intelligence scale and the work stress scale. The population in this study were nurses at PT. Nusa Lima Medika Pekanbaru, totaling 56 people. The sample technique used is a saturated sample so that a total sample of 56 respondents is obtained where the data collection technique is through a questionnaire conducted online. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Based on the results of descriptive data analysis, the emotional intelligence of nurses at PT. Nusa Lima Medika is in the moderate level and the work stress of nurses is also in the moderate category. The results of hypothesis testing found that there was a negative correlation between emotional intelligence and work stress of nurses at PT. Nusa Lima Medika Pekanbaru with an r value of -0.487. The higher the emotional intelligence of nurses, the lower the work stress of nurses and vice versa.

This research was conducted at State Junior High School 10 in Pekanbaru by distributing questionnaires to all civil servant teachers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work ability on the performance of civil servant teachers working at State Junior High School 10 Pekanbaru. A sample of 40 teachers working at the school was chosen for the study.The sample used in this study consisted of 40 people. The study found that the equation Y = 28,486 + 0.391X best describes the relationship between X and Y. Judging from the obtained uji_t results. Judging by the uji_t results obtained That thitung value from 2.072> to 2.02439, through uji_t can be inferred The ability to work has a significant impact on the performance of a civil servant SMP teachers Negeri 10 Pekanbaru, coefficient calculation The determination of (R2) has a value of 0.101.This indicates that its working capacity Significant impact on the performance of civil service teachers by the remaining 10.1% of the 89.9% other variable not included in the study.

This research was conducted at the Pasir Penyu Camat Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of the Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Camat Office Pasir Penyu in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research place was conducted at the “Pasir Penyu†Camat Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample in the study was 32. Data analysis is done using validity tests, reliability, normality test, simple linear regression, R2 test and t test. The test is done to determine the relationship between free variables and bound variables. Based on the results of the study obtained a value of R square of 51.5% which shows that the work environment affects employee performance, while 48.5% is influenced by other variables that are not examined and the results of the t test conducted by the researchers obtained the value of t count (5.645 ) > t table (2,042). Thus it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Pasir Penyu Camat Office in Indragiri Hulu Regency

Human resources are the driving force for all company activities. HR support must also be seen from the quantity and quality of human resources. Performance is basically what employees do so that it affects many contributions to the agency or organization, including the quality of services provided. In improving employee performance, it is necessary to develop appropriate human resources. One of the factors that can be used to improve employee performance include individual abilities (knowledge, skills and abilities), effort devoted, and organizational support. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Education and Training (DIKLAT) on performance. The number of samples in this study were 80 employees. In the overall validity test of the statement items, the Education and Training variable (DIKLAT) and the Performance variable were declared valid because the value of rcount > rtable (0.2199). The results of simple linear regression obtained the value of Y = 13,506+ 0,666X. From the results of the partial test or t test, the value of tcount (6.905)> ttable (1.990) with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05 means that Education and Training (DIKLAT) has a significant effect on performance. The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) is 0.379 or 37.9%. So it can be said that the variable Education and Training (DIKLAT) contributes to changes in the Performance variable by 37.9%. while the remaining 62.1% (100%-37.9%) is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 34 orang pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Diklat Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7.333+ 0.812X. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t diperoleh nilai tÂhitung untuk variabel Diklat sebesar 5.262 (lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1.69389), maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Diklat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Berdasarkan uji nilai koefisien determinasi R Squere sebesar 0.464, Artinya bahwa variabel Diklat memberikan pengaruh sebesar 46.4% terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ASN pada Dinas XX di Kabupaten Bengkalis

This research was conducted at CV JAYA MITRA ABADI PEKANBARU. The population in this study were employees of CV Jaya Mitra Abadi Pekanbaru, totaling 33 people. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on the effect of brand image on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari CorpindoPekanbaru. In this study the data were collected through a questionnaire to 71 respondents. Then performed an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. The results of data processing showed that the hypothesis testing with the t test, there is a t count of 11.018 and a t table of 1.994 and this means t count 11.018> t table = 1.994 which means that brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Pekanbaru. The regression equation Y = a + bX is Y = 9,452 + 0.801 X, the constant (a) is 9,452, meaning that when the brand image is not taken into account or zero, then customerloyalty is still obtained at 9,452. Meanwhile, the effect of brand image on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Pekanbaru is positive as evidenced by the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.801, which means that each one unit brand image improvement will increase customer loyalty by 0.801 units. The value of R Square is 0.638. This means that the contribution of the influence of thebrand image on customer loyalty of Sari Roti products at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Pekanbaru is 63.80%

ABSTRACT : This study entitled The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Education Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this study were all 79 civil servants of the Educational Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods and then analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of the recapitulation of the average value of the competency variable are 4.11, meaning that the respondents' answers to all statements of Competence for Education Personnel are in the GOOD category. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the value of t_count > t_table (9,714 > 1,991) and a significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The R square value of 0.551 or 55.1% means that competence has an influence on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru by 55.1% and the rest (44.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research
