Abstract

One of the resources that can affect the maximum or not in achieving organizational goals in order to get good work results is the human being or the employee himself, so of course employees who are reliable or have good work abilities are needed. Good ability can be seen from the expertise of each employee, knowledge or insight possessed and attitude or behavior in the daily life of a person carrying out and completing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of job training on employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 39 people. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the overall validity test the statement items of job training and performance variables are stated to be valid because the value of rcount > rtable (0.316) is obtained. The results of a simple linear regression test obtained a value of Y = 12,811 + 0.528X. From the results of the hypothesis testing on the t test results, the tcount value (4.085) is greater than the ttable value (2.02619) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that job training has an effect on performance. And from the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.311 is obtained, meaning that the contribution or magnitude of the influence of job training on performance is 0.311 or 31.1% while the remaining 68.9% is influenced by other variables which are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Paying Property Tax (PBB) in Pekanbaru City via ATM and E_Mobile Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. To achieve this objective, a study was conducted with a sample of 90 people, using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of the partial t-test, it was found that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-test value being greater than the t-table value (12.537 > 1.987). The magnitude of the influence of the service quality variable on customer satisfaction is 0.641 (64.1%), as confirmed by the results of the determination test, which obtained an R2 value of 0.641. Recommendations that can be suggested include encouraging Bank Riau Kepri Syariah to continue promoting the use of ATM and e_mobile applications for property tax (PBB) payments in Pekanbaru City to its customers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Relationship Marketing Strategy in the Social Benefit dimension of PT. Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) Berkah Dana Fadhlillah Kampar Regency. With a total of 140 respondents, through descriptive analysis the results of the application of relationship marketing strategies in the social benefit dimension were high with an average score of 4.31 with the highest score being 4.46 with the statement "employees show a friendly attitude, smile and say their name." when serving customers” and the lowest with a score of 3.95 with the statement “employees serve customers well

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit “B”. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 32 people, using the census/saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the competence variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit “B”, this is proven based on the t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table (8.866 > 2.042). R. Square (R2) is 0.724 (72.4%) this is proven based on the results of the determination test where the R2 value is 0.724. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that the company can pay attention to employees so that employees in carrying out their work always think today should be better than yesterday because this statement received the lowest response from respondents

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 33 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The results of multiple regression show the value of Sig. Amounting to 0.000 <0.05, at an error rate of 5% and an F_count value of 10.107, it can be concluded that safety and health together have a significant influence on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. The t value for the work safety variable is 1.554 while the t table value is 2.039. it can be concluded that work safety has no significant effect on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. And the t value for work health is 4.036 while for the t table value is 2.039. it can be concluded that occupational health has a significant effect on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru. The Adjuster R Square value of 0.363 means that the magnitude of the influence of safety and health on the performance of warehouse employees at PT Kelian Mitra Karya Pekanbaru is 36.30%.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Taman Mental Hospital, Riau Province, which is located at Jl. HR. Soebrantas Km. 12.5 New Intersection, Handsome District, Pekanbaru City. Samples were taken as many as 64 people. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Descriptive is comparing actual facts with theories related to the problem in order to draw a conclusion and tabulate it in the form of frequency distribution tables. While the quantitative research method is based on data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. The results of a simple linear regression study in this study were Y = 14.833 + 0.627 X. By using the t test, a ttable value of 1.998 was obtained and a tcount value of 6.313 means that tcount = 6.313> ttable = 1.998 which means that supervision influences work discipline in mental hospitals Riau Provincial Park with a large influence of 39.1%

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of XYZ gas station employees. To achieve this aim, research was carried out using a sample of 42 people, using the census method (saturated sampling). The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the compensation variable (X), the t-count was greater than the t-table (3,151 > 2,021). Thus, it can be concluded that the compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of XYZ gas station employees. The R. Square (R2) value of 0.557 (55.7%) explains that the compensation variable contributes to the influence on the performance of XYZ gas station employees by 55.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.3% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. The recommendation that can be put forward from the recapitulation of the results of respondents' answers to the compensation variable is that it is hoped that the company can provide benefits that are appropriate to the employee's position, because this received the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

Performance is the result or level of success of an individual in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, targets, or predetermined and mutually agreed criteria. The objective of this research is to determine the Influence of Competence on Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency. In this study, a sample of 84 respondents was used. The result of the regression equation Y = 19.705 + 0.688x indicates that the value of a = 19.705 suggests that if Competence is considered zero, the level of Performance is 19.705 units. The regression coefficient value = 0.688 indicates that if the Competence value increases by 1 unit, the Performance variable will increase by 0.688 units. The positive regression coefficient means that the better the Competence, the higher the Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency will be. From the t-test results, the t-value for the Competence variable is 8.946 (greater than the t-table value of 1.989), and the P-value is 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, this research shows that Competence significantly influences Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency. Based on the correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.703, it means that there is a strong relationship between the Competence variable and Performance. Then, the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.494, indicating that the Competence variable contributes 49.4% to Employee Performance in the "“X”" District Office of Bengkalis Regency, while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This  research  was  conducted  at  PT.  Karya  Fia  Utama  Pekanbaru  which  is located on Jl. Garuda No. 57A New East Labuh Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of security unit employees at PT. Work by Fia Utama Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using several methods. First, the simple linear regression test method obtained by the Simple Linear Regression Equation is as follows Y = a + bX. (Y = 31.191 + 0.443X). Second, the Work Discipline t test has a significant effect on the performance of security unit employees at PT. Work by Fia Utama Pekanbaru. This is proven based on the t test found tcount > ttable (3.363 > 2.035). And finally, the magnitude of the influence of the work discipline variable on the performance variable is 25.5%, this is proven based on the results of the Determination Test where an R2 value of0.255 is obtained.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research analysis found the test results that t- count is greater than t-table (7,478 > 2,036 ). Thus it can be concluded that the variable Non-Physical Work Environment (X) has a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. The result of simple linear regression shows Y = a + bX that is: Y = 13.901 + 0.532 X. From the regression equation it is concluded that the regression coefficient of bx is positive. This indicates that independent variables if increased equation will cause an increase in the dependent variable. R Square results of 0.363 (36,30%) explained that the work discipline of employees of PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru influenced by Non Physical work environment of 36,30%.
