Abstract

The focus of research on the statement is the strategy of developing human resources (HR) of the Army through a human capital approach in increasing the professionalism, capability, and effectiveness of military personnel to support the operational success of the Army in facing various security challenges. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Human Resource Development Strategy of the Indonesian Army through the Human Capital Approach.  The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and tree analysis. The theory used in this research is human capital. The results showed that the strategies used for HR development with a human capital approach are (1) Improving the quality of education and training of soldiers through evaluation and inclusive curriculum development. (2) Utilizing good education and training to improve soldiers' capabilities through an integrated and sustainable human capital approach. (3) Improving the professionalism of soldiers through merit-based personnel management system reform. (4) Improving soldiers' welfare by providing access to specialized higher education through the Defense University. (5) Improving transparency and efficiency through information and communication technology, keeping soldiers' focus on the main task of defense. By adopting a human capital approach, the Army is expected to improve the quality and capability of soldiers, so that they are ready to face future challenges and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

Abstract

This study explores the application of AI-based technology in assessing students' practical skills through an experimental approach at MI NU Manbaul Huda. The background of this research stems from the challenges of traditional assessment methods, which are often subjective, time-consuming, and inconsistent. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-based assessment system in improving the accuracy and efficiency of practical skill evaluation. The methodology involves a quasi-experimental design, comparing an experimental group using the AI system with a control group using traditional methods. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers and students. The results show that the AI system achieved an accuracy rate of 89%, significantly higher than the traditional method's 75%. Additionally, 85% of teachers and 90% of students expressed positive perceptions of the AI system. The study concludes that AI-based technology has the potential to transform practical skill assessment by providing objective, real-time feedback. This research contributes to the field of educational technology by demonstrating the feasibility and benefits of AI in primary education, particularly in Islamic-based schools. Recommendations include teacher training and infrastructure improvements to support broader implementation.Keywords: AI-based assessment, practical skills, primary education, Islamic schools, educational technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan media wooden lacing dalam meningkatkan line awareness pada kemampuan menulis anak tunagrahita di Yayasan Amani Insan Mandiri Kabupaten Serang. Jenis penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan desain A-B-A dengan rentang sesi yaitu basenilne 1 (A1) sebanyak 4 kali sesi, intervensi (B) sebanyak 8 kali sesi, dan baseline 2 (A2) sebanyak 4 kali sesi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan di tampilkan melalui grafik garis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penggunaan media wooden lacing dapat meningkatkan line awareness pada kemampuan menulis anak dengan hasil yang diperoleh pada fase baseline 1 (A1) nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 33%. Fase intervensi (B) nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh meningkat menjadi 86% sedangkan pada fase baseline 2 (A2) nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 66%. Hasil data yang di peroleh selama melakukan penelitian dengan rentang baseline 1 (A1) sebanyak 4 kali sesi, intervensi (B) sebanyak 8 kali sesi, dan baseline 2 (A2) sebanyak 4 kali sesi menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan dimana penerapan media wooden lacing dapat mempengaruhi subjek dalam meningkatkan line awareness pada kemampuan menulis anak tunagrahita.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah mengubah berbagai sektor, termasuk teknologi keuangan (fintech). Salah satu layanan fintech yang paling populer di Indonesia adalah peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, yang menyediakan layanan pinjaman online dengan akses yang cepat dan mudah. Namun, meningkatnya minat terhadap pinjaman online telah menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti rendahnya literasi keuangan, perilaku pinjaman yang tidak bertanggung jawab, serta maraknya platform pinjaman online ilegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi risiko, kepercayaan, dan sikap keuangan terhadap niat mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Dewantara dalam menggunakan pinjaman online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Dewantara. Uji statistik seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologis dan perilaku keuangan secara signifikan memengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan pinjaman online. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami risiko serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku peminjaman, sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan manajemen keuangan yang bertanggung jawab di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan teknologi berbasis AI dalam penilaian keterampilan praktis siswa melalui pendekatan eksperimen di MI NU Manbaul Huda. Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari tantangan metode penilaian tradisional yang seringkali subjektif, memakan waktu, dan tidak konsisten. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem penilaian berbasis AI dalam meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi penilaian keterampilan praktis. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen semu, membandingkan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan sistem AI dengan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode tradisional. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem AI mencapai akurasi sebesar 89%, lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan metode tradisional sebesar 75%. Selain itu, 85% guru dan 90% siswa menyatakan persepsi positif terhadap sistem AI. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi berbasis AI berpotensi mentransformasi penilaian keterampilan praktis dengan memberikan umpan balik yang objektif dan real-time. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada bidang teknologi pendidikan dengan menunjukkan kelayakan dan manfaat AI di tingkat pendidikan dasar, khususnya di sekolah berbasis Islam. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan guru dan peningkatan infrastruktur untuk mendukung implementasi yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan fiskal terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, dengan fokus pada penerimaan pajak, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan defisit anggaran selama periode 2014-2024. Kebijakan fiskal mempengaruhi berbagai aspek perekonomian, termasuk konsumsi dan investasi, yang berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia, yang mencakup data PDB tahunan, penerimaan pajak, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan defisit anggaran. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, dengan uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan kualitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pajak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan PDB, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,046 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Peningkatan penerimaan pajak dapat memperkuat kapasitas fiskal pemerintah untuk mendanai pembangunan, yang pada gilirannya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The Minister of Education and Science and Technology stated that MBKM will be continued with various improvements. The Independent Campus (MBKM) was initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture through the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Standards for Higher Education, especially in articles 18 and 15, aiming to answer the challenges of the capacity of higher education institutions that have not been able to adapt quickly to prepare relevant and quality graduates with the presence of Industry 4.0. Based on this decision, Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo has participated in and run the MBKM program. However, the implementation is still limited so that the scope of implementation is only at one point and then affects the development of unsustainable programs. Related to the MBKM program, undergraduate students of Educational Technology have been trained and are able to design software, one of which is for libraries in schools. This was proven in the implementation of previous research entitled The Impact of MBKM Project-Based Learning on Problem Solving for Undergraduate Students of Educational Technology at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Considering that the MBKM program is important to run and its sustainability is expected, its implementation is very urgent. In coastal areas, especially schools in Randangan Village, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, it is known that digitalization in the implementation of education has not been effective, so there needs to be digitalization of library software to support student learning activities outside school hours or on holidays. The purpose of this study is to implement MBKM: a digitalization project and the use of library software in schools in Randangan Village, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest among students at Lingga Buana PGRI University Sukabumi. Entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic growth and job creation, thus higher education institutions need to optimize entrepreneurship education to foster students' entrepreneurial interest. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational design. The population consists of students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, with a sample of 300 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.721 and coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.520. This means that 52% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest can be explained by entrepreneurship education. Descriptively, entrepreneurship education received a "Good" rating (mean = 3.78) and students' entrepreneurial interest was in the "High" category (mean = 3.92). This research provides an important contribution to developing more effective entrepreneurship education strategies in higher education institutions.

Abstract

This analysis of the project-based learning (PBL) model aims to examine its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. PBL, as a constructivist approach, emphasizes learning through real experiences and authentic problem solving. This analysis includes the definition, main characteristics, theoretical basis, implementation steps, teacher roles, advantages, challenges, and strategies to overcome challenges in PBL. Assessment in PBL is also discussed, including formative, summative, rubric, and self- and peer assessment. The results of the analysis indicate that PBL has the potential to improve students' motivation, engagement, 21st century skills, and conceptual understanding. However, the implementation of PBL requires careful planning, high teacher skills, and adequate resources. With the right strategy, PBL can be an effective learning approach to prepare students for real-world challenges.

Abstract

The Problem-Based Learning model is a process to enhance Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills. This classroom action research aims to improve students' problem-solving and critical thinking skills by implementing the problem-based learning model. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation and evaluation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were students of the Educational Technology Department at FIPB class of 2025, totaling 9 students, who took the Learning and Teaching course. The object of the research was to observe students observing the learning process. The results obtained from this study show that the implementation of the problem-based learning model can enhance students' problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Students were very enthusiastic about participating in the learning and received the implementation of this learning model very well.
