Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the concepts and indicators of IslamicHuman Development. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research, thedata source used is secondary data. The result of this research is the concept of IslamicDevelopment Economics not only for the benefit in the world, but also benefit of thehereafter so that benefit is the main thing that must be met. The fulfillment of benefitin the Islamic Development Economy is based on the indicators contained inMaqashid Syariah.

Abstract

                The focus of this study aims to analyze the role of the waqf bank miko al Fithrah Wava Mandiri Surabaya in empowering micro business actors around the pesantren. This research uses qualitative research with a comparative study approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation on the empowerment of the economic community of micro business actors around the pesantren at Bank Wakaf Mikro Surabaya. The collected data is then processed and analyzed with a descriptive-qualitative mindset. The results showed that the economic empowerment of micro business actors around Islamic boarding schools in micro waqf banks through community assistance called HALMI (weekly halaqah).

Abstract

Analysis of consumer needs is an effective strategy in order to increase retail business incomes. Those needs have to get an attention from business managers in particular, by knowing and understanding how the strategy for analyzing consumer needs can be implemented effectively and efficiently, so that it can do authentic work that contributes toward increasing of incomes and profits. The research method used is the library method, so the researcher studies theoretically, utilizing the method of collecting data through reviewing the material available in the library both manually and digitally such as books, research results, articles, notes, and journals related. With specific steps, record the findings regarding the analysis of consumer needs, integrate all findings, whether theory or new findings, analyze findings from various readings, and critique, provide critical ideas in the results of research on previous discourses. The results suggest that the analysis of consumer needs can provide a positive contribution to increasing the volume of retail store revenue which can be implemented by utilizing the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method and the Kano method which has positive implications giving added value to prioritizing product design, developing business strategies, knowing how and what specific customer needs, maintain customer loyalty, the terms of goods and services are more understandable, and customer satisfaction is combined with the spread of quality functions

Abstract

This study aims to find out the importance of Maqashid al-Syari'ah JaseerAuda's thinking in the field of Islamic law and how Islamic law is facingthe contemporary era. Using Qualitative Research Methods with LibraryResearch approach. The results showed that in conducting studies ofIslamic law should be able to distinguish between sharia and fiqh areas.Because a person's understanding of religion in the form of jurisprudationis strongly influenced by sociological, economic and political factors of hissociety. So that the presence of Islamic law cannot be separated from thepurpose and purpose of the application of Islamic sharia in order to createa benefit in the hereafter and the world by rejecting mudharat.

Abstract

PT. Gunung Harta Tabanan - Bali is a company engaged in transportation services that were founded by Mr. I WAYAN SUTIKA in 1993. At that time this company only had a means of inter-city transportation within the province (AKDP) serving the Denpasar - Gilimanuk route only. Then from year to year, there has been a development, namely the addition of 125 buses and the addition of 10 boxcars which are used for the delivery of express packages. The problems faced by PT. Gunung Harta Tabanan - Bali is the occurrence of delays and shortages in the number of goods sent. This study aims to produce a web-based online package delivery tracking information system that is more sophisticated and better than the previous system. The system development technique used in this research is the waterfall model development technique and the programs used in making this application are WEB programming along with PHP and MySQL. The result of this research is a web-based online package delivery tracking information system that is proven to provide benefits and fulfill the needs analysis aspects for customers because they no longer need to go directly to the PT. Gunung Harta to carry the package of goods to be sent. Besides, customers can also monitor the package status of the goods they are sending.

Abstract

The focus of this study aims to analyze the management of productive waqf management. This research method uses qualitative research methods using library research (library research). Data sources that will be the material for this research are books, journals and internet sites related to the selected topic. The data sources for this research consisted of 10 journals. The data analysis technique used in this research is the content analysis method. The results showed that the productive management of waqf is carried out by, among others, collecting, investing, investing, producing, partnerships, trading, agribusiness, mining, industry, educational facilities or health facilities and businesses that are not in conflict with shari'ah.

Abstract

The focus of this study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in Islamic . This research method uses qualitative research methods using observation and interviews, data sources are managers, administrators, and employees. The results showed that the marketing strategy in the savings and loan cooperatives through door to door was carried out by the collection team.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatanmedia social dalam pemasaran bisnis syariah dalam hal: Pertama Untukmengetahui pemanfaatan media social dalam bisnis, kedua untukmengetahui pengertian bisnis Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodedeskriptif kuliatatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dimana penelitimenggambarkan hasil penelitian dari fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi saatini. Dalam penelitian ini mengungkap bahawa sosial media bertumbuhdengan cepat di kalangan masyarakat melenial pengguna mesia socialsebagai alat untuk berbisnis. Kondisi ini membuka peluang bagi pelakubisnis untuk memanfaatkan maedia sosial sebagai media promosi yangmurah dan efektif, namu dengan pengelolaan bisnis yang berbasis sayriahislam.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya suatu perusahaan didirikan untuk mendapatkan suatu keuntungan atau laba, Semakin besar permintaan maka semakin besar juga keuntungan yang di peroleh suatu perusahaan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan roti izzi bakery di pondok pesantren al-mashduqiah. Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan adalah observasi dan wawancara untuk memperoleh data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa perusahaan roti izzi bakery sudah melakukan langkah-langkah dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran yaitu menentukan konsumen yang dituju pada golongan menengah ke bawah, mengidentifikasikan keinginan konsumen dengan memperhatikan rasa, harga, kualitas, dan denganterus mengembangkan roti dengan tampilan dan berbagai varian rasa baru, dan langkah yang ketiga adalah marketing mix yang meliputi produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini bahwa perusahaan roti izzi bakery telah menerapkan strategi pemasaran dengan baik sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen melalui produk yang ditawarkan. Saran yang penulis berikan kepada perusahaan roti izzi bakery yaitu penambahan variasi baru produk , penambahan karyawan pembuat roti , pembelian kendaraan khusus untuk mengantarkan produk yang di produksi,dan memberikan tanggal kadaluarsa pada produk

Abstract

In doing business, there is an action from distributors to consumers that can solve complaints, providesatisfaction, and comfort to consumers it is a service, in a company required quality of service to maintaincompany profile and customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the quality of service at theMANDIRI ATK Patokan Kraksaan Probolinggo shop in improving consumer quality. This researchmethod uses a qualitative approach, the strategy used is to remember the information needed throughinterviews.Then the researcher is looking for several consumers to become sources but before conductingthe interview the researcher makes observations on the location. Researchers collect information bydocumenting the results of observations and interviews. The quality of service at the MANDIRI ATKshop at the Patokan Kraksaan Probolinggo, prioritizes convenience when the transaction takes place forthe sake of consumer satisfaction. This research is suitable for companies that still do not know how toimprove consumer quality. Because the MANDIRI ATK store has a quality service that is able to providesatisfaction to consumers.
