Abstract

Understanding the risks involved in financing is important because it can cause losses to the organization, which will reduce profits. The distribution of financing carried out by BMT needs to have good and proper procedures in order to minimize the risk of loss from the initial application, the contract process, and the realization of funds. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach and the research was a case study. The data used were primary and secondary, collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis included data reduction, display, and verification. The results showed that BMT Mandiri Sejahtera had mitigated financing risks well by strengthening its human resources through training and analyzing the business conditions of its customers to prevent defaults on installments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the factors of employee discipline towards the improvement of the women's shop business unit at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, for research data collection includes observations and interviews with certain parties. As for the results of interviews with the head of the Putrid store unit, supervisors and employees about the factors of employee discipline to the improvement of Putrid stores, namely the influence of the presence of a finger to determine whether the employee is present or not, the firmness of the leadership in a business unit, the firmness of the leader to employees and legal sanctions. The unit effectively enforced the finger. Initially, the salary of the employee from the head of the business unit was transferred to the financial institution of the Islamic boarding school so that the finger became evidence of the absence of the employees so that sanctions or salary cuts were immediately deducted for employees who did not comply with the regulations set by the caregivers and members of the Kopontren . Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School's girls shop developed not only because of the finger or manual absence, but because of employee performance, employee enthusiasm and motivation from caregivers so that the girls' shop has grown to this day.

Abstract

The shredded HJ Sun industry is one that is located in the Ibrak hamlet, RT 05 RW 02, Karangprati village, Pajarakan sub-district, this shredded industry has been established since 2015, this shredded industry has advantages in the business sector, namely a wide market share that can be consumed by all groups and industries. HJ Sun's shredded dry, crunchy, and savory texture makes it much in demand by the public. The dry and crunchy processing makes HJ Sun's floss last up to one year in a closed container. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method and uses a case study research type by collecting data in the form of interviews. This study aims to provide changes to marketing strategies through social media and marketplaces so that actors can expand their marketing reach.

Abstract

With the application of business ethics in running a business or economic activity, business executives or managers or general managers or directors of a business entity will be observant of the income or sales results. Along with the times, which are marked by very rapid economic developments, business competition is very high. With such high competition, business people use all means to gain profits, even business people often ignore ethics in running their business. so this study aims to find out how the concept and application of Islamic business ethics at mj supermarket kraksaan probolinggo by using data collection several techniques, namely: Observation (Observation), Interview (Interview),. And the method used to analyze the data in the research is to use the analytical method. In conclusion, the application of business ethics in general, as seen from the results of observations and interviews, has been applied at MJ supermarkets because MJ supermarkets already use soup, which means starting from how to dress, how to interact with consumers, etc., there are procedures that have been regulated by the management of the supermarket alone.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management model of the Islamic boarding school cooperative business unit as a form of economic independence. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and uses a type of case study research. The object of this research is the women's cooperative. Data were collected using direct interviews with three informants, consisting of the Head of the Kopontren, the Head of the Business Unit, and the Kopontren's Management (Kasir). The Al-KhairiyahIslamic boarding school is able to improve the economy of the pesantren by developing business units in the pesantren without outside assistance such as the women's cooperative business unit in this pesantren. In every industry, a management strategy is needed so that it can develop properly, in Kopontren not only employees who play a role in the industry but the head of supervision from the caregivers and the head of the unit so that the business unit achieves effectiveness and efficiency of the Al-KhairiyahIslamic boarding school which is able to improve the economy of the pesantren by developing business units. existing in the pesantren without outside assistance such as the women's cooperative business unit in this pesantren.

Abstract

At this time, the flow of information is growing rapidly. This also affects the development of the business world, where companies and business actors face increasingly greater challenges. And also business competition in the business world is getting tougher. A product that will be accepted and that will survive in the company's competition is a product that can provide maximum satisfaction to consumers. Humans are the main component in the formation of agencies or organizations, because in the implementation of services a business must be very responsible for providing good service to consumers. Customer satisfaction is an evaluation for the company, if customer satisfaction is achieved there will be loyalty from customers, therefore customer satisfaction is important for the company. Consumer satisfaction is dynamic, meaning that consumer expectations of a product or service will change over time. There are so many factors that can affect customer satisfaction. Companies today must be aware that consumers, especially customers today, are more concerned with service than the value of a product.

Abstract

The decision to shop or choose a store to shop is very important for minimarket business managers to know. It is not as easy as imagined and not all if done well to increase sales profit. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. The source of research data was obtained from consumers, namely the Paiton District community who shopped actively, data collection techniques with technical interviews were strengthened by observation and documentation techniques. While the technical analysis of the data by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data by using triangulation. The results of this study that the things that make consumers shop at Indomaret as follows, namely complete goods, quality security, quality and safe products, clean shops, customer cards, air-conditioned shops, neatly arranged goods determination, promotion of goods/prices, available my point shopping, prices are clear, stores are competitive and there are often new products. The other supporting factors that have implications for purchasing decisions made by consumers include cultural factors, social factors, and personal factors.

Abstract

The current condition triggers the scholars to make a rule of fiqh that can be used as a guide in making laws that have not been clearly stated in the Qur'an or Hadits. Along with the times, it is certain that the development of problems faced by society will also experience development as well as in the economic field. There are customs or traditions/customs commonly called 'urf  in ushul fiqh who are widely popular in the midst of their lives. These habits can be taken into consideration when determining Islamic law in growing economic transactions, especially related to issues for which there is no legal certainty in the Qur'an and Hadits. In this study using qualitative research methods, the data sources used were fiqh and ushul fiqh rules books and articles in journals related to the theme. Data collection techniques are carried out by literature review. The results of this study are that there are two types of gharar, namely heavy gharar and light gharar. Heavy gharar is gharar that can be avoided and causes disputes between the parties to the contract. Gharar this type varies, depending on the place and location, therefore the standard of gharar is returned to 'urf (custom/tradition).

Abstract

The halal industry is a process of processing goods based on sharia guarantees, so that the products they produce are good (thayib), healthy, safe and not harmful, therefore halal to be consumed, enjoyed or used. The concept of halal does not only stay away from substances that cannot be consumed (haram) but also includes safety and quality aspects related to the processing, handling, equipment used, storage, packaging, transportation and distribution. The concept of halal is not merely a religious concept but is understood as a comprehensive quality concept. With the potential for the development of the halal industry, management is very much needed in order to maintain the existence of the halal industry. In addition, it is necessary to study Islamic law regarding the management of the halal industry, one of which is related to Islamic economics. Because we all know that industrial activities are activities that are included in the economic realm. In this study using qualitative research methods, the data sources used are the theological discourse of the halal economy and industry as well as articles in journals related to the theme. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a literature review. The results of this study are: Islam encourages its people to participate and participate in various forms of economic activity, agriculture, plantation management, fisheries, industry and trade.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the definition of MSMEs is regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs. Article 1 of the law states that micro-enterprises are productive businesses owned by individuals or individual business entities that have the criteria for micro-enterprises as stipulated in the law. Halal label is the provision of a halal sign or written evidence as a guarantee of a halal product with Halal writing in Arabic letters, other letters and a motor code from the Minister issued on the basis of a halal inspection from a halal inspection agency established by MUI. The purpose of this journal is to provide an overview of the understanding of MSME actors about the urgency of the halal label on MSMEs. This type of research uses qualitative methods. the definition of methodology as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of this study indicate that halal certification is a very important instrument in ensuring business continuity and efforts to strengthen MSMEs, as evidenced by its positive influence on buying interest and purchasing decisions on MSME products. Halal certification is also proven to have a positive influence in increasing sales or turnover of MSMEs.
