SPORTIKA adalah jurnal ilmiah yang memfokuskan diri pada pengembangan ilmu dan praktik di bidang pendidikan, kepelatihan, olahraga, dan kesehatan dengan pendekatan multidisiplin. Jurnal ini menerima naskah yang membahas penelitian empiris, kajian teoretis, dan inovasi yang relevan dengan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan di berbagai tingkat pendidikan dan masyarakat. Cakupan jurnal meliputi, tetapi tidak terbatas pada: Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran: Strategi pengajaran, integrasi pendidikan karakter, pengembangan literasi fisik dan kesehatan. Kepelatihan dan Pengembangan Atlet: Teknik pelatihan, manajemen olahraga, pengembangan kompetensi pelatih, evaluasi performa. Kesehatan Multidisiplin: Kesehatan masyarakat, nutrisi, kebugaran, pencegahan cedera, rehabilitasi fisik, kesehatan mental, dan promosi gaya hidup sehat melalui olahraga. Psikologi dan Sosiologi Olahraga: Motivasi, partisipasi olahraga, pembentukan karakter, serta interaksi sosial dalam konteks olahraga dan pendidikan jasmani. Teknologi dan Inovasi: Penerapan teknologi digital, media pembelajaran interaktif, alat monitoring kebugaran, dan inovasi berbasis data. Evaluasi dan Penilaian: Asesmen hasil belajar, evaluasi kompetensi fisik, rubrik penilaian pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga. Kajian Interdisipliner: Integrasi olahraga, kesehatan, pendidikan, seni, lingkungan, kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan demokrasi untuk mendukung pembangunan kualitas individu dan masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan multidisiplin, SPORTIKA menjadi wadah ilmiah bagi peneliti, pendidik, pelatih, dan praktisi untuk berbagi ide, hasil riset, dan inovasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan secara holistik.

The Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a strategic initiative that plays a crucial role in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools by meeting children's nutritional needs. This study aims to examine the relationship between the implementation of the nutritious meal program and improvements in concentration, attendance, and learning outcomes for elementary school students. The method used was a literature review, analyzing relevant national and international research findings from 2018–2024. The study results indicate that a balanced nutritional intake, particularly during breakfast and lunch at school, directly contributes to students' cognitive abilities, concentration, and active participation in the learning process. The MBG program impacts not only physical aspects such as children's growth and fitness, but also psychological and social aspects, such as increased learning motivation and a sense of community within the school environment. Thus, the MBG can serve as a catalyst for building a healthy, productive, and sustainable learning ecosystem. This study recommends synergy between schools, parents, and health institutions to strengthen the implementation of the nutritious meal program as an integral part of basic education policy in Indonesia.

Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a fundamental phase in establishing the foundation for children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Integrating sports into ECE learning is a crucial strategy for developing healthy, intelligent, and happy children. Sports activities not only play a role in improving physical fitness but also support the development of gross and fine motor skills, concentration, social skills, and emotional control. This study uses a literature review approach, reviewing various previous research findings related to the application of sports activities in the ECE context. The results indicate that the implementation of structured sports, such as movement games, children's gymnastics, and outdoor activities, has been proven to improve children's coordination, self-confidence, and social interaction. Furthermore, sports contribute to children's happiness through the release of endorphins, which reduce stress and increase learning motivation. The integration of sports combined with an active and playful learning approach provides comprehensive benefits for child development. Therefore, an educational strategy that integrates sports and learning in ECE provides an important foundation for developing a healthy, intelligent, and happy young generation.

Learning Indonesian in elementary schools plays a strategic role in developing students' basic literacy skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. However, surface-based learning practices often lead students to focus solely on memorization without in-depth understanding. This literature review aims to analyze the concept, implementation, and impact of the deep learning approach in teaching Indonesian in elementary schools. The method used is a descriptive literature review, reviewing various relevant national and international research findings from 2019–2024. The study results indicate that the deep learning approach emphasizes the development of conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and reflective skills through meaningful and contextual learning activities. Implementing this strategy in Indonesian language learning has been proven to improve students' literacy skills, build intrinsic motivation, and strengthen connections between language and real-life experiences. Thus, the deep learning approach is a relevant innovative strategy for 21st-century education to improve the quality of Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.

Indonesian language learning in elementary schools (SD) plays a strategic role in developing students' literacy, communication skills, and character. In the context of 21st-century education, the eight dimensions of Deep Learning faith and devotion to God Almighty, citizenship, critical reasoning, creativity, collaboration, independence, health, and communication serve as important guidelines in building students' holistic competencies. The Deep Learning approach emphasizes deep engagement, active learning, and character development through meaningful activities. This article presents a systematic literature review (SLR) related to the integration of the eight dimensions of Deep Learning in Indonesian language learning in elementary schools. The study was conducted by reviewing national and international publications from the Scopus, Google Scholar, and Sinta databases published between 2015 and 2025. The results show that implementing learning strategies that integrate these eight dimensions improves students' learning motivation, literacy, creativity, and communication. Project-based activities, collaboration, and the use of interactive digital media have been shown to support the strengthening of students' character and independence. These findings confirm that transforming Indonesian language learning through Deep Learning, focusing on these eight dimensions, not only improves academic competence but also shapes students with faith, character, health, and readiness to collaborate effectively. This study recommends the development of an adaptive learning model based on these eight Deep Learning dimensions for optimal implementation in elementary schools.

The deep learning approach in education has become an important strategy for developing students' logical intelligence, particularly in mathematics learning in elementary schools. Logical-mathematical intelligence is the ability to think analytically, systematically, and critically, which is essential for solving mathematical problems. This literature review aims to analyze the concept, implementation, and impact of the deep learning approach on the development of logical intelligence in elementary school students. The research method used a literature study approach by collecting and reviewing scientific articles, journals, and books related to deep learning, logical intelligence, and mathematics education. The review results indicate that the deep learning approach can improve students' analytical skills, logical reasoning, and mathematical creativity through problem-based learning strategies, projects, and active exploration of mathematical concepts. In addition, the use of digital technology and interactive media in deep learning can facilitate the understanding of abstract concepts and increase student engagement. Learning that emphasizes reflection, discussion, and collaboration has also proven effective in developing logical intelligence. However, implementation requires teacher readiness, infrastructure support, and appropriate curriculum adaptation. This study concludes that the deep learning approach is a potential strategy for developing logical intelligence in elementary school mathematics education, with recommendations for further research exploring specific learning models and evaluating their impact on student achievement.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in shaping students' character, including in areas such as cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental awareness. The value of cleanliness is strongly emphasized in Islamic teachings, as reflected in the concepts of thaharah (purification), personal etiquette, and human responsibility as a caliph in preserving nature. This research aims to examine how PAI can be an effective means of instilling clean and environmentally conscious behaviors through a literature approach. The study compiled and analyzed various studies from national and international journals that discuss environmental education, PAI learning, and the integration of hygiene values into religious learning. The findings indicate that PAI not only emphasizes physical cleanliness but also instills spiritual awareness about the relationship between humans, the environment, and God. The integration of hygiene materials into PAI has been shown to improve students' hygiene behaviors—from handwashing habits and maintaining school cleanliness to waste management. Furthermore, a pedagogical approach based on teacher role models, habituation, and environmental action projects has proven effective in fostering ecological awareness. This study confirms that PAI can be a powerful instrument in building awareness of cleanliness and hygiene when integrated systematically, contextually, and sustainably into learning practices.

Efforts to improve nutrition awareness and food security are multidimensional challenges that require synergy between education, culture, and religious values. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in building nutrition awareness and responsible consumption behavior through teachings on balance, cleanliness, moderation, and trustworthiness in food management. This literature review aims to analyze the relationship between PAI values and nutrition awareness and food security behavior, as well as their implementation in educational and community contexts. This study reviewed various sources such as scientific journals, textbooks, and relevant research reports. The results indicate that PAI values such as tawazun (balance), taharah (cleanliness), amanah (trustworthiness), gratitude, and ishraf (anti-waste) contribute significantly to establishing healthy consumption patterns, avoiding excessive or unhealthy food consumption, and encouraging the wise use of food resources. The implementation of PAI in formal education can be achieved through the integration of nutrition materials into learning, the promotion of healthy eating habits in schools, and character building through teacher role models. Socially, PAI values can strengthen the movement for halal, clean, and nutritious food, as well as community participation in maintaining family food security. This study confirms that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) can serve as an ethical foundation for building sustainable nutrition and food security awareness behaviors. Therefore, integrating Islamic Religious Education (PAI) into nutrition education and food management is a crucial step in creating a healthy, productive, and character-based generation.

Nutrition awareness and food security are crucial aspects in fostering healthy lifestyles for students. Islamic Religious Education (PAI), as part of the curriculum, has the potential to shape healthy character and behavior through the instillation of spiritual, ethical, and social values. This study uses a literature review approach to examine the role of PAI value integration in enhancing nutrition awareness and food security in students. Literature sources were obtained from scientific journals, academic books, and research reports discussing character education, health, and food security. The study results indicate that the integration of PAI values, such as the principles of halal-haram (permissible and forbidden), justice, simplicity, and social responsibility, can influence students' understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition and sustainable food management. Furthermore, PAI value-based education can foster positive behaviors such as maintaining cleanliness, appreciating food, and reducing food waste. This study emphasizes the need for contextual, creative, and integrated learning strategies between religious and health education. The implications of these findings indicate that PAI teachers have a strategic role in integrating religious values with nutrition education to shape a healthy, nutrition-conscious, and food-security-conscious generation. Further research can explore innovative PAI learning models to strengthen nutrition awareness and food security in elementary and secondary schools.

Mental and spiritual health are two important aspects of student development that directly influence academic ability, emotional well-being, and character formation. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in strengthening these two aspects through the internalization of the values of faith, piety, noble character, and self-control. This literature study aims to analyze the role of PAI in improving students' mental and spiritual health based on conceptual and empirical findings from various previous studies. The research method used a literature review approach by examining books, national and international journals, and relevant research reports. The analysis results indicate that PAI plays a significant role in improving mental health by strengthening emotional regulation, forming positive mindsets, reducing stress, and instilling resilience. Furthermore, PAI also strengthens the spiritual dimension through the appreciation of worship, the habit of dhikr (remembrance of God), self-reflection, and the integration of religious values into daily behavior. The research findings indicate that students who receive effective PAI learning tend to be better at coping with academic pressure, building healthy social interactions, and demonstrating prosocial behavior. This study confirms that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) not only functions as a cognitive subject but also plays a significant role in developing students' mental and spiritual well-being as part of a holistic education. Therefore, more innovative, humanistic, and character-oriented PAI learning strategies are needed.

Awareness of cleanliness and sanitation is a crucial aspect in developing healthy lifestyles in students. From the perspective of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), cleanliness values are understood not only as physical practices but also as an integral part of self-purification, spiritual strengthening, and the realization of faith in daily life. This literature review aims to examine how Islamic religious education plays a role in fostering awareness of cleanliness and sanitation in educational settings. This research utilizes scientific sources such as reputable journals, academic books, and relevant research reports. Previous study findings indicate that Islamic teachings on purification, cleanliness etiquette, and environmental responsibility are strongly relevant in improving students' hygiene behavior. The PAI approach, through integrative learning, teacher role models, religious practices, and strengthening school culture, has been shown to foster positive attitudes toward personal and environmental hygiene. Furthermore, the integration of cleanliness values into the PAI curriculum encourages students to understand the spiritual significance of maintaining sanitation, rather than simply carrying out technical activities. This study concludes that PAI has significant potential in increasing awareness of cleanliness and sanitation when implemented with a holistic, contextual, and role-model-based approach. This research's recommendations include developing a model for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on clean and healthy living behaviors (PHBS) and increasing collaboration between Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and schools to build a sustainable culture of cleanliness.
