Abstract

Enforcing Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management in household waste management. The increasing accumulation of household waste and low public legal awareness have led to environmental pollution. The gap between legal norms and social realities influences structural and cultural factors, as well as weak law enforcement at the village level. The social dilemma arises when people are aware of the impacts of pollution but continue to litter due to practical and economic considerations. Recommendations for strengthening community participation, establishing waste management units, developing circular economy-based waste banks, and providing ongoing legal and environmental education are recommended. These findings emphasize the importance of transforming legal norms into living laws through synergy between the government and local communities.

Abstract

History learning in museums is generally still dominated by conventional information delivery through text labels and verbal explanations, which tends to be less engaging for the digital generation. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of an Augmented Reality (AR)–based learning media application for introducing historical objects at the Deli Serdang Museum on Android devices. A research and development (R&D) approach was employed using the Waterfall software development model, consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through literature review, observation and documentation of museum collections, and interviews with museum staff. The system was designed using UML and implemented with Unity, Vuforia, and 3D object modelling. Functional testing was carried out using black box testing, while an initial feasibility test involved 10 respondents who completed a questionnaire on system performance and user experience. The results show that all core features (marker detection, 3D object display, rotation and zoom functions, and menu navigation) operated according to specification without critical errors. Most respondents stated that the application is easy to use, visually attractive, and helpful in understanding the museum’s historical collections. Therefore, the developed AR application is considered feasible as a supplementary learning medium at the Deli Serdang Museum and has the potential to be extended to other museum contexts

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a conceptual model that explains the influence of information technology utilisation and service quality on user satisfaction with the Regional Financial Information System (SIKD). The main problems identified include low optimisation of SIKD feature usage, inconsistent technical support, limited training, and a gap between the expected benefits of the system and the actual user experience. To address these issues, this study uses a conceptual exploratory design through a conceptual modelling and content analysis approach, reinforced by a literature review, regulatory analysis, and a synthesis of the latest research findings related to public sector information systems. The analysis techniques used include mapping the elements of information technology utilisation, evaluating service quality based on a digital service quality model, and gap analysis to identify the determinants of user satisfaction in the context of regional finance. Through this approach, the study is expected to produce a conceptual model that contains the logical relationship between the components of technology, services, and user satisfaction with SIKD, which can be the basis for developing strategies to increase system utilisation, strengthen technical service support, and improve digital governance of regional financial management. The model is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of SIKD implementation and support the creation of more effective, transparent, and accountable regional financial governance.

Abstract

This study presents a numerical analysis of airfoil aerodynamic characteristics at low angles of attack using a structured multizone meshing approach. The computational model was developed in ANSYS Workbench, with simulations conducted using ANSYS Fluent on a two-dimensional airfoil enclosed within a far-field domain. The mesh configuration consists of approximately 540,000 elements and 541,000 nodes, achieving a maximum skewness below 0.26, which indicates high mesh quality and numerical stability. Steady-state simulations were performed for angles of attack of −5°, 0°, 5°, and 10° to evaluate lift and drag behaviour, as well as pressure and velocity distributions around the airfoil surface. The numerical results show a consistent increase in lift coefficient with increasing angle of attack, accompanied by a corresponding rise in drag coefficient. At moderate angles of attack, particularly around 5°, the airfoil demonstrates an optimal aerodynamic performance with a favourable lift-to-drag ratio. These findings highlight the capability of structured multizone meshing to accurately capture key aerodynamic trends while maintaining computational efficiency. The results confirm that this meshing strategy is suitable for preliminary aerodynamic analysis and early-stage design of airfoil-based applications, such as small-scale wind turbine blades operating under low to moderate inflow conditions

Abstract

Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) services constitute a strategic form of public service that plays a crucial role in fostering orderly population administration and enhancing the quality of governmental governance. The quality of e-KTP services serves as a primary determinant in shaping public satisfaction as service users, given that the e-KTP functions not only as a legal identity but also as a foundational component of the national population database. This study aims to analyze the role of service delivery in improving the quality of e-KTP services and its implications for user satisfaction. The research employs a literature review method with a descriptive-analytical approach to a number of national scholarly journals that examine e-KTP service quality across various regions in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the quality of e-KTP services, measured through the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, exerts a significant influence on user satisfaction, although the degree of influence of each dimension varies according to regional characteristics and the capacity of service providers. Furthermore, supporting factors such as the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the competence of public officials, procedural clarity, and technology-based service innovations contribute to enhancing perceptions of service quality. Therefore, improving the quality of e-KTP services requires not only technical and administrative improvements but also the strengthening of a user-centered public service orientation.
