The village area of Kelambir 5 has so far been considered to have received less attention so several activities are needed to support the economy of the surrounding community and activities that can provide a pleasant and healthy increase because they can only be passed by cycling or walking. These activities depend on the interest of the community and tourists in choosing a tour. This study is intended to contribute to the analysis of destinations in one of the important destinations in the North Sumatra area. This study of heritage trail tourism objects in Kotagede uses qualitative methods coupled with the use of high-resolution remote sensing image data in a more interactive visualization of results. I want to make it show the tourist attractions in kelambirlima. The tour packages are managed in a participatory manner by the surrounding community and can still develop for the better if they get direct attention from the government and stakeholders who are interested in managing the tourism area in the village of kelambirlima.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dalam meningkatkan laba pada Cafetaria Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital, (2) untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dalam memaksimalkan fungsi akuntabilitas pada Cafetaria Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital (3) untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif sistem akuntansi penjualan dapat meningkatkan fungsi akuntabilitas pada Cafetaria Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. Objek penelitian dilaksanakan pada cafetaria Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini maka digunakan analisis deskriptif, yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan atau memberikan gambaran terhadap objek yang sedang diteliti melalui data sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder serta data yang digunakan adalah data yang bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan untuk teknik pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian penulis yaitu: bahwa untuk meningkatkan laba melalui penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan pada Cafetaria Murni Teguh adanya unsur-unsur sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan tunai, yaitu input, model yang mengolah data masukan, output dan teknologi, basis data yang dapat membantu proses penjualan tunai. Pemimpin perusahaan (manajemen) mengkoordinir secara rasional alat-alat produksi yang terdiri atas sumber daya alam, sumber daya modal, sumber daya manusia, sumber daya lingkungan dan sumber daya informasi dan cafeteria Murni Teguh menggunakan analisis efficiency (efisiensi) yang berhubungan dengan pemakaian sumber daya yang ada dan bagaimana sumber daya tersebut dapat digunakan. Berdasarkan penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dalam meningkatkan fungsi akuntabilitas pada Cafetaria Murni Teguh cafetaria melakukan pemisahan tugas, yaitu pemisahan tugas bagian keuangan, dan tugas bagian penjualan cafetaria dan pemisahahan tugas food and nutrition. Penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dapat meningkatkan fungsi akuntabilitas pada Cafetaria Murni Teguh. Sangat jelas karena cafetaria merupakan perusahaan yang akuntabel dimana setiap bagian dalam cafetaria memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan kondisi yang dialami setiap bagian termasuk didalamnya keputusan yang diambil oleh setiap bagian dalam cafetaria Murni Teguh dan berbagai aktivitas yang dilakukan.

This research was conducted to look for the effect of store atmosphere, price discounts, and product quality on consumers buying the interest of RA Jeans at PT. Matahari Department Store Plaza Medan fair. The population in this research was unknown, so the number of samples was determined using the Zikmund formula the number of samples was 97 respondents. This research used an associative approach with quantitative data that was processed with SPSS application version 24.0. The Source of data used primary data taken directly from respondents. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The research was conducted from July to December 2019. The results showed that store atmosphere, price cuts, and product quality had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest, where the discounted variable was the most dominant variable influencing consumer buying interest. Store atmosphere, price discounts and product quality contributed 86.6% in the formation of consumer buying interest. Store atmosphere, price discounts, and product quality also had a very strong relationship to consumer buying interest.

This study aims 1) to determine how much influence Economic Growth, Regional Original Income, and General Allocation Funds partially have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures in Regencies/Cities in North Sumatra. 2) to find out how much influence Economic Growth, Regional Original Income, and General Allocation Funds simultaneously have a significant effect on Capital Expenditures in Regencies/Cities in North Sumatra. This study uses the associative/quantitative method with the influence of economic growth, local revenue, and general allocation funds with a mathematical approach to answering the problem formulation. The results of the t-count study indicate that the variables of economic growth and general allocation funds have a partial effect on capital expenditures, while local revenue does not partially affect capital expenditures. The results of the f-count study indicate that the variables of economic growth, regional original income, and general allocation funds have a simultaneous effect on capital expenditure.

This research was conducted to know how the Influence of Service Quality, Trust, and Company Image on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bima Finance Medan. The population in this research were all customers of PT Bima Finance Medan, amounting to 803 customers. The number of samples taken was 89 respondents where the number of samples was determined by the Slovin formula. The side technique used was purposive sampling. This research was conducted in 2022. This research used quantitative data processed by SPSS with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that service quality, trust, and company image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Bima Finance Medan either partially or simultaneously. Service quality was the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction with a regression value of 0.462 and tcount of 6.661. 94.0% customer satisfaction can be explained and obtained from service quality, trust, and company image, while the rest was by other factors. Customer satisfaction had a very strong / close relationship to service quality, trust, and company image.Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction.

This research was conducted to determine how the effect of firm size, working capital turnover, and debt to equity ratio on return on assets in consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data taken from www.idx.co.id. The data used was from 2012 to 2020. The research was conducted in 2022. The population in this research was 56 companies with 33 companies used as samples. This research used quantitative data that is processed with the Eviews 9 application with the panel regression method. The test results concluded that the variable company size and debt to equity ratio partially had a significant effect on return on assets, while working capital turnover partially did not have a significant effect on return on assets. Simultaneously, firm size, working capital turnover, and debt to equity ratio also had a significant effect on the return on assets of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector. The contribution given by the variables of firm size, working capital turnover, and debt to equity ratio to return on assets was 87.07%, while the level of closeness of the variables of firm size, working capital turnover, and debt to equity ratio to return on assets was very close or very strong.

Siborongborong merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada di kabupaten Tapanuli Utara. Siborongorong merupakan kecamatan yang terdapat bandara international dengan nama bandara silangit. Potensi yang ada di kecamatan Siborongborong terbilang besar diantaranya adalah potensi lahan yang subur, domestik pemandangan dan tempat rekreasi yang ada dan di jadikan sebagai nationl geology. Perencanaan wilayah merupaka salah satu bagian yang terpenting dalam meningkatkan pendapat di wilayah tersebut. Perencanaan wilyah yang baik dapat meningkatkan PAD disuatu daerah tesebut. Pilkada atau pemilihan perangkat daerah bagian yang paling terpenting yang tidak pernah dilewati oleh masyarakat di Siborongborong. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pilkada dengan perencanaan wilayah di kecamatan siborongborong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriftif, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan bersumber dari review jurnal yang di publish. Hasil penelitian ini adalah masyarakat sekitar menyambut antusias yang sangat tinggi dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut pilkada sehingga kepala daerah dapat memajukan wilayahnya. Dari hasil penelitian adanya hubungan pilkada dengan perencanaan wilayaah di kecamatan Siborongborong. Hal ini dikarenakan pemilihan kepala daerah dilakukan dengan antusi agar kepala daerah yang terpililh di dalam pilkada akan merencakana perencanaan wilayaah dan memajukan daerahnya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Siborongborong. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dari hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa semangat dan antusias masyarakat dalam menyambut pilkada ini sangat luar biasa. Perencanaan wilayah akan dilakukan setiap daerah yang sudah mendapatkan hak sebagai kepala daerah. Hubungan pilkada dengan perencanaan wilayah di Siborongborong sangat erat kaitannya, hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya pilkada masyarakat sudah menaruk harapan yang besar dengan kepala daerah tersebut untuk memajukan dan merencanakan perkembangan wilayah di masing-masing kelurahan yang ada di kecamatan Siborongborong

The purpose ofthis study was to determine how the role of job satisfaction mediating the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Aerofood ACS Deli Serdang. The number of samples taken were 89 employees, using the proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis using classical assumption test, path analysis, sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis, was found that perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment through mediating job satisfaction. Efforts to increase employees' sense of organizational commitment, organizations should be able to provide support to their employees because the higher the support given to employees, the higher the job satisfaction felt by employees.

The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of employee empowerment and organization culture on commitment organization employee of PT. Pelindo (Persero) Medan with motivation as intervening variable. In this research consist of two dependent variables and two independent variables. These variables are commitment organization (Y2), Motivation (Y1), Employee Empowerment (X1) and Organization Culture (X1). The research used 124 respondents as samples whom taken from 11 department of PT. Pelindo (Persero) Medan. The research used descriptive method which gave questionnaire to respondents. From analyze data used path analyze with SPSS (Service for Product and Statistic Solution). The result of the research show that partially employee empowerment (X1) with value t hitung 3,510 , organization culture (X2) with value t hitung 7,783 positively and significantly took effect to commitment organization (Y1). Partially also concluded that motivation (Y1) with value t hitung 2,814 took effect positively and significantly to commitment organization (Y2).
