Jurnal Ilmu Sosial, Ekonomi, dan Pendidikan merupakan jurnal ilmiah multidisipliner yang berfokus pada publikasi hasil penelitian, kajian konseptual, dan pengembangan keilmuan di bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan pendidikan. This study aims to analyze various scientific findings regarding the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in the context of developing creativity and creative thinking in elementary school students. This study uses a literature review method, where data is collected and analyzed from various primary and secondary sources, such as national and international scientific journals, books, and other relevant research results published within the last five years. The focus of the study is to identify the key steps of PjBL that most effectively facilitate the dimensions of creativity (fluency, flexibility, originality, and detail) and to analyze the empirical impact of implementing this model at the elementary education level. The results of the literature synthesis indicate a consensus that PjBL is a highly effective pedagogical approach for enhancing elementary school students' creativity. This model provides an authentic framework, enabling students to address challenges, design innovative solutions, and manage projects independently, which directly stimulates their creative thinking processes. The findings indicate that the driving question and product evaluation aspects of PjBL are crucial factors in encouraging students to generate original ideas.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly prevalent in primary education, but previous research has tended to focus exclusively on its technological advantages without methodically examining how AI is transforming the role of educators at the pedagogical, ethical, and social levels. To address this gap, this article summarizes 10 published studies from the previous five years. According to the analysis, AI is taking over a number of operational tasks, including learning performance analysis, automated assessment, and personalization. This could ultimately lead to a shift in the role of educators to professional decision-makers who ensure the ethical alignment and pedagogical accuracy of system outputs. The results also indicate that educators' capacity to understand context, maintain learners' emotional components, and address algorithmic bias remains crucial to the quality of learning. Issues such as infrastructure disparities and the digital skills gap highlight the importance of institutional readiness for successful AI integration. A key contribution of this study is an analytical framework that systematically analyzes how educators' roles in AI-based learning ecosystems are evolving.

This study aims to examine the influence of Human Resource Management and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in MSMEs. The study employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 120 MSME employees, selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 22. The results indicate that Human Resource Management and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to explore the various challenges faced by novice teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at the elementary school level. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, data were collected through literature studies. The findings indicate that novice teachers encounter multidimensional challenges, including conceptual-pedagogical limitations, technical difficulties in designing differentiated instruction, structural barriers such as limited resources, and psychological pressures such as stress and fatigue. Despite their strong enthusiasm, teachers often struggle to translate curriculum concepts into classroom practice and to effectively manage heterogeneous classes. The study concludes that systemic support through structured mentoring programs, collaborative learning communities, and the provision of adequate facilities is essential to enhance the professionalism of novice teachers and ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum.

Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) telah mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan seiring dengan peningkatan minat peserta dari berbagai negara. Lagu tradisional berfungsi sebagai alat yang efisien untuk menggabungkan pengajaran bahasa dan budaya. Namun, implementasinya dihadapkan pada sejumlah hambatan yang membuat pemanfaatannya belum sepenuhnya optimal. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tantangan penggunaan lagu daerah sebagai sarana pendidikan untuk menjadi landasan evaluasi dan perbaikan di masa mendatang. Temuan penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga hambatan utama dalam penerapan lagu tradisional sebagai media pembelajaran BIPA, yaitu: variasi latar belakang budaya peserta, keterbatasan sumber daya dan materi ajar BIPA yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kemampuan bahasa dan konteks budaya, serta keterbatasan fasilitas seperti audio-visual dan teknologi. Fokus kajian ini berbeda dari penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih menekankan efektivitas penggunaannya, sehingga memberikan kontribusi penting sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan strategi dan solusi. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi panduan bagi pendidik dan pengembang materi ajar untuk memaksimalkan potensi lagu tradisional sebagai sarana pendidikan yang efektif dan kontekstual.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di startup digital. Startup digital merupakan jenis perusahaan yang berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan ciri khas budaya kerja yang fleksibel dan inovatif. Meskipun banyak penelitian sebelumnya yang meneliti pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di sektor konvensional, sedikit sekali yang mengkaji hal ini dalam konteks startup digital, khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengisi gap tersebut dengan mengkaji faktor-faktor lingkungan kerja yang meliputi fleksibilitas waktu, kebijakan keseimbangan kerja-kehidupan, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung inovasi. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan instrumen kuesioner yang mengukur dua variabel utama: lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Data dikumpulkan dari 124 karyawan yang bekerja di berbagai startup digital di Malang, Indonesia, dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang baik berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di startup digital. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan startup digital disarankan untuk memperhatikan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung fleksibilitas, keseimbangan kerja-kehidupan, dan inovasi guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan mereka. Kebijakan yang memprioritaskan kesejahteraan karyawan akan berkontribusi pada keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Academic stress is a psychological condition frequently experienced by students, particularly during final exam preparation, and may negatively affect mental health and academic performance. This study aimed to examine gender differences in academic stress levels among senior high school students. A comparative quantitative cross-sectional design was employed. The sample consisted of 60 twelfth-grade students of SMAN 1 Padang Sago (30 males, 30 females) selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 20-item Likert-scale academic stress questionnaire with established validity (r > .30) and reliability (α = .87). After meeting assumptions of normality and homogeneity, an independent samples t-test was conducted. The results revealed a significant gender difference in academic stress, with female students reporting higher stress levels than male students, t(58) = 2.41, p = .02, 95% CI [-11.16, -1.04], Cohen’s d = 0.79. The effect size indicates a medium-to-large practical significance. These findings highlight the importance of gender-sensitive interventions in managing academic stress within school settings.

This study aims to analyze the effects of brand image, price, product quality, and promotion on purchasing decisions on Shopee. The study is a case study involving students of STIE Perdagangan Padang. The research sample consisted of 120 students from STIE Perdagangan Padang. The method employed was a quantitative approach by collecting numerical data, which were analyzed using statistical techniques with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that the four variables price, brand image, promotion, and product quality independently have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at a significance level of α = 0.05. The price variable shows a correlation coefficient of 0.778, promotion (X2) of 0.723, brand image (X3) of 0.804, and product quality (X4) of 0.785, with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 for each variable.
