AGRIDES: Jurnal Agribisnis Perdesaan adalah jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Agribisnis, Jurusan Sosial Ekonomi Pertanian Universitas Lambung Mangkurat secara regular 2 (dua) kali setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan Oktober. Jurnal ini merupakan media penyebarluasan informasi yang merupakan hasil pemikiran dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh dosen, peneliti dan mahasiswa yang berminat dalam pengembangan agribisnis. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat membantu para praktisi agribisnis, pengambil kebijakan, dosen, mahasiswa dan pihak-pihak lain untuk lebih memahami situasi dan kondisi agribisnis Indonesia. Abstract

The consumption is the largest contribution of economic growth . Currently , economic progress has changed the life style and consumption pattern . The demand of high quality food but fast served with affordable price has increased. As a result, the growth of fast food business increases rapidly. This increased demand is an opportunity of fast food business. The study is purposed to: (1) analyze the factor influenced the decision probability to purchase the KFC's products; and (2) to excavate the consumer decision process to purchase. The population the resident of four administrative villages (kelurahan) which has highest population density in Kota Banjarbaru, that are: Komet, Sungai Ulin, Kemuning and Loktabat Selatan. The disproporsional random sampling was applied to select 25 respondents fro m each village, hence 100 respondents were involved in this study. Based on the logistic regression, it is estimated that income and age significantly influence the probability to purchase. The information gathered from self-seeking and is mass media also influence the probability. The decision process and time to purchase are highly depending on the situation. The 71.67% of respondents are satisfied with the decision and all respondents repurchase the product during the last 3 months.

Abstract

The study is purposed: (1) to assess the community satisfaction on CSR program supporled by Adara; and (2) to excavate the community expectation on the program. The study site was Kecamatan Paringin - Kabupaten Balangan and 82 respondents were involved. The Importance Performance Analysis was used to measure the variables or attributes, so the importance and perforce level can be determined to develop further CSR program. According to the community opinion, the responsibility to develop the community is the most important attribute (4.26), while the suitability is less important. The score of community participation on the program proposal and planning is 3.44. The highest performance level is the need of suitability (3.37), while the community participation in proposing activities is the lowest (2. 60). The community expects that the program should be accompanied by professional adviser to guide them in implementing aff activities.

Abstract

The study is purposed: (1) to describe the SRG application carried out by the committee; (2) to identify the problems faced by SRG manager: (3) to excavate the obstacles encountered by farmers in using the SRG; and (4) to calculate cost and revenue margin of rice farming of the farmer as SRG user Descriptive analysis was used to answer the purpose. Several stages should be passed to issue the warehouse receipt which is time consuming and highly bureaucratic. As a result, only small rice farmers use the facility. Furthermore, the time to store the yield in the warehouse is not fit to the farmers need. Based on cost margin, the highest cost margin is spent by farmer from Desa Anjir Seberang Pasar I while Desa Tebing Rimbah, Berangas Timur, and Desa Lok Rawa are the lower. On contrary, the highest revenue margin are received by farmers from Desa Tebing Rimbah, Desa Berangas Timur, and Desa Lok Rawa; while farmers in Desa Anjir Serapat Pasar l received smaflest revenue margin.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the function of farmer group level, (2) to identify participation level of members of farmer group, and (3) to identify relationship between the participation of members of farmer group with the function of farmer group in Simpang Nungki village Cerbon subdistrict, Barito Kuala district. This research was a survey research. Respondents of this research amounted to 30 farmer taken to the sample proportional random sampling techniques. The research was carried out in Simpang Nungki village Cerbon subdistrict, Barito Kuala district since August until December 2013. Population is all members of farmer group in Simpang Nungki village Cerbon subdistrict, Barito Kuala district (428 farmer). The quantitative data had been analyzed by statistical correlation rank Spearman. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion can be drawn as follows:(1) The function of farmer group level in Simpang Nungki village Cerbon subdistrict, Barito Kuala distri ct is categorized as medium level (80, 40), (2) The participation level of members of farmer group in Simpang NungkI village Cerbon subdistrict, Barito Kuala district is categorized as medium level (103, 67), and (3) there are significant relationshi p between the participation members of farmer group with function of farmer group in Simpang Nungki village Cerbon subdistrict, Barito Kuala district at significant level 95%.

Abstract

Agriculture sector, especially rice, has important contribution on the economic development of Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Since 2012, the local government has optimized Field Schoof of Integrated Farming (SL-PTT) to increase the rice production and productivity by strengthening the informal education. The nature of education is creating partnership among farmers in solving problems, decision making, experience sharing, and field practice. Then, the increase of rice quantity and quality which lead to the rise of income is expected. The study is purposed: (1) to compare the total cost, revenue and income between SL-PTT farmer and non-SL-PTT; (2) to analyze the effect of SL-PTT program on the farmer income; and (3) to excavate the problem encountered by farmer. About 40 respondents were randomly selected from two villages (Muara Karangan and Kuangan). The results show that there is no significant different of cost, revenue, and profit between SL-PTT and nonSL-PTT farmer. Based on the t-test , the program does not significantly affect the farmer income. The problem encountered in rice farming varied from flood , pest attack, doing adequate fertilizing , limited accessibility, and limited fund.
