Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pembentukan karakter berintegritas berbasis Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) di sekolah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kajian literatur ilmiah, meliputi buku-buku akademik, jurnal penelitian, dan sumber teologis yang relevan. Reduksi data dipilih untuk menganalisis berbagai informasi yang terkumpul sehingga mampu mendeskripsikan hasil kajian bahwa komitmen Guru Kristen memiliki peran yang sangat menentukan dalam pembentukan karakter berintegritas. Guru tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penyampai pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai teladan hidup yang menghadirkan nilai-nilai Kristiani seperti kejujuran, kasih, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab dalam seluruh proses pendidikan. Internalisasi karakter berintegritas berlangsung secara berkelanjutan melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, pendampingan personal, serta keberanian moral guru dalam menghadapi tantangan budaya dan perkembangan zaman. Selain itu, Pendidikan Karakter Berintegritas berbasis PAK terbukti berkontribusi signifikan dalam pembentukan moral dan penguatan spiritualitas Kristiani peserta didik melalui integrasi nilai iman dalam kurikulum, pembelajaran reflektif dan kontekstual, kegiatan rohani, serta pendampingan pastoral. Dengan demikian, sinergi antara komitmen Guru Kristen dan strategi Pendidikan Agama Kristen menjadi kunci utama dalam membentuk peserta didik yang bermoral, berintegritas, beriman, serta mampu menjadi agen perubahan positif bagi gereja, masyarakat, dan bangsa.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan dan membentuk karakter Kristiani pada siswa di sekolah. Pendidikan ini tidak hanya berorientasi pada penguasaan pengetahuan iman secara kognitif, tetapi juga berfokus pada pembinaan sikap, nilai, dan perilaku yang mencerminkan ajaran Yesus Kristus, seperti kasih, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan integritas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, yaitu mengkaji berbagai buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen memegang peran strategis sebagai pengajar, pembimbing, teladan, motivator, dan pendamping rohani bagi peserta didik. Keteladanan hidup guru yang mencerminkan karakter Kristus menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan pendidikan karakter. Selain itu, lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, budaya sekolah yang positif, serta kerja sama antara sekolah, keluarga, dan gereja turut mendukung proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Kristiani. Dengan demikian, Pendidikan Agama Kristen berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam membentuk peserta didik yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademik, tetapi juga matang secara spiritual dan moral, serta mampu menjadi pribadi yang beriman dan berkarakter dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Kahoot Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Informatika di SMAN 1 Batipuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen, menggunakan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak dua kelas yaitu kelas X E2 berperan sebagai kelas eksperimen, sementara kelas X E6 berperan sebagai kelas control. Jumlah total yang menjadi sampel adalah 64 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Kahoot dalam pembelajaran Informatika memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Batipuh. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji Independent Sample t-Test yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran Kahoot dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran untuk mendukung pengaruh dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Informatika.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of affixation in the animal fable entitled "Beruang Mendidik Anaknya" by Puput Mugiati. This fable tells the process of independence of a bear cub named Pony who learns to survive after being separated from his mother. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with reading, note-taking techniques in data collection, and content analysis, namely identifying affixed words found in the fable text. The results of the analysis show that the affixations found include prefixes, suffixes, and confixes. The prefixes that are predominantly used include me-, di-, ber-, ter-, ke-, and se-, such as in the words jump, left, and run. The suffixes found include -an and -nya, such as in the words visit and mother. In addition, there is also a confix ke-…-an as in the words departure and visible. The use of affixation in this fable serves to clarify the meaning of words, form variations in word classes, and enrich the sentence structure in the story. The research results show that there are 16 prefixes, 8 suffixes, and 3 confixes. The findings of affixation in the animal fable "The Bear Educates His Cub" are predominantly prefixed. Thus, it can be concluded that affixation plays a crucial role in building the integrity of meaning and the beauty of language in this animal fable.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students in Informatics subjects in Vocational High Schools (SMK) indicate the need for the implementation of innovative and effective learning models. One alternative that can be used is the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model supported by digital learning media such as Padlet to improve student activity and learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the effect of the Problem Based Learning model using Padlet on student learning outcomes in Informatics subjects at SMKN 2 Guguak. This type of research is Experimental research. The experimental research method is a method used to determine the effect of a treatment on another thing in controlled conditions. This study used a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was all 214 class X students, and the samples taken were 2 classes, namely X MPLB 1 AND X MPLB 2, totaling 64 people. The results of the study after the implementation of the Problem Based Learning Learning Model using Padlet showed an increase in student learning outcomes in Informatics subjects. In the Experimental class, namely class X MPLB 1, there was an increase in the Mean in the Pretest from 51.41 to 77.25 in the Posttest, an increase in the median from 48 to 80, an increase in the mode from 48 to 75, and a standard deviation from 12.74 to 9.38. In the experimental class, namely X MPLB 1, there was an increase in learning outcomes of 50.26%. While in the control class, namely class X MPLB 3, there was an increase in the Mean in the Pretest from 53.48 to 71.51 in the Posttest, an increase in the median from 52 to 70, an increase in the mode from 60 to 80, and a standard deviation from 14.29 to 10.64. In the control classes, there was an average increase of 33.71%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model using Padlet is effective in improving student learning outcomes in Informatics subjects at SMKN 2 Guguak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Lingkungan Sekolah Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Informatika di SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman pada tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif, yang meliputi kegiatan mengumpulkan, menyajikan, dan menghitung nilai-nilai statistik dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Kecerdasan emosional terbukti memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pariaman sebesar 7,8% sedangkan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Lingkungan sekolah terbukti memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pariaman sebesar 14,1% sedangkan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan sekolah terbukti memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Pariaman sebesar 17,8% sedangkan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The background to this research is the reality that shows the low performance of Tompaso Baru Vocational School teachers. The role of the school principal is a factor that influences low teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative research approach and an ex post facto type of research. The research population was all 75 teachers at Tompaso Baru Vocational School District. The number of research samples is the same as the population. The analysis of this research includes normality test analysis, homogeneity test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis tests include correlation tests, Anova tests, summary tests, and regression coefficient tests. The research results show that there is a positive influence of the role of the principal on teacher performance by 34.6%. Coaching is needed to improve the role of school principals so that teacher performance also increases.

Abstract

Floods are on of the natural disaster that often occur in Indonesia. Flood disaster mitigation need to introduced as a precautionary measure to deal with the floods. Disaster mitigation must be given since young age with an easy to understand. This research is a study on the implementation of digital learning video media to introduce flood disaster mitigation to early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach so that the research results can be described as factually and profound. The subjects of this study were 286 children of junior high school in on of the SDIT Baiturrahman in Sragen. The results of the study indicate that digital media in the form of video can be used as a learning resource to introduce flood disaster mitigation to early childhood. Children understand more about flood disasters and their risk factors after seeing digital learning video media. The development of flood disaster mitigation programs in the form of digital video learning media has been proven to foster knowledge and attitudes of early childhood to respond to disasters from an early age. Implementation of disaster mitigation programs through learning videos has several benefits, including easy access, easy to use, general in nature, and can be used in many places.

Abstract

The development of higher education in the knowledge-based economy era demands strengthening students' innovative behavior as one of the primary learning outcomes. Innovation is influenced not only by individual abilities but also by social processes within the learning environment, one of which is through knowledge sharing practices. This study aims to systematically examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and students' innovative behavior, the underlying mechanisms, the forms of practices implemented, the educational context, and the outcome measures used in previous research. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 50 relevant peer-reviewed journal articles. The analysis was conducted using a thematic approach and narrative synthesis. The results indicate that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant relationship with students' innovative behavior, with varying strengths. This relationship is generally mediated by psychological factors such as self-regulated learning and innovation self-efficacy, and moderated by contextual conditions such as innovation climate and collaborative culture. Collaborative knowledge sharing practices, both face-to-face and digital, are the most dominant and effective forms in fostering innovation. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating knowledge sharing into learning design as a strategy for developing students' innovative behavior in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine research findings related to teachers' pedagogical competence in facing the challenges and opportunities of learning in an era of educational change. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of a number of relevant scientific articles published in reputable journals. The results of the study indicate that teachers face internal challenges in the form of limited digital competence and literacy, as well as external challenges including infrastructure and curriculum demands. Various studies also reveal an increase in the adoption of learning innovations, such as blended learning, project-based learning, collaborative learning, and the use of digital technology. Technology integration has been shown to have a positive impact on pedagogical effectiveness, particularly in increasing student engagement and understanding, as well as teacher professionalism. Furthermore, teachers' ability to adapt learning strategies to the cultural context, local values, and student characteristics is a crucial factor in achieving meaningful and sustainable learning.
