Abstract

Toko Roti Andika faced challenges in inventory control that was still carried out conventionally based on the owner's estimates, a condition that had the potential to create an imbalance between the available stock and actual needs, while also resulting in operational budget waste. As an effort to address these problems, a web based inventory management information system was developed using the Prototype approach by utilizing the Laravel framework as the development framework and MySQL as the data storage database. The designed system integrates three inventory calculation methods, namely Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, and Reorder Point (ROP) as the basis for raw material procurement decision making. The system supports three user roles with different access rights, namely Owner, Warehouse Admin, and Production Staff. Through this system, inventory management can be carried out digitally and in real-time, ranging from raw material request submissions, stock transaction recording, to EOQ based reorder recommendations. The initial testing results demonstrate that the system successfully replaces manual inventory management, enhances the accuracy of record-keeping, and supports more structured and efficient decision-making in raw material procurement.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Central Java PSSI website based on user perceptions using the WebQual 4.0 method. The Central Java PSSI website functions as the organization’s official information media for delivering news, competition information, and regional football-related services to the public. However, several limitations were identified in terms of design, content consistency, and service interaction, which may affect user experience. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to users who had previously accessed and used the Central Java PSSI website. The research instrument was developed based on the three dimensions of WebQual 4.0, namely usability quality, information quality, and service interaction quality. A total of 123 respondents participated in this study and were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data were analyzed descriptively using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 by calculating the mean score of each indicator. The results indicate that the overall quality of the Central Java PSSI website is categorized as good. The usability quality dimension shows that the website is easy to use and understand, although the visual design is considered relatively monotonous. The information quality dimension indicates that the information provided is sufficiently complete, relevant, and understandable, despite several pages not being managed optimally. The service interaction quality dimension demonstrates a high level of user trust toward the website; however, direct communication aspects through contact information still need improvement. Based on the findings, improvements in design, content consistency, and communication accessibility are necessary to optimize website quality further.

Abstract

Insider threats currently represent one of the most critical and elusive cybersecurity risks for organizations, as perpetrators already possess legitimate authorized access to the system. Traditional security architectures focusing solely on perimeter defense have proven inadequate in containing lateral movement within database networks, potentially leading to large-scale sensitive data breaches. This research aims to design and implement a granular access control mechanism in MySQL to mitigate such threats. The study proposes a proactive mitigation strategy through the implementation of Row-Level Security (RLS) integrated with a Zero Trust framework. The methodology employs applied experimental research by constructing a controlled simulated database environment. The control mechanism is designed using View-based Access Control to filter data dynamically based on user session identity, and is validated through three specific threat scenarios: mass data exfiltration, horizontal privilege escalation, and vertical prerogative exploitation. Testing results demonstrate that this implementation significantly succeeds in restricting data visibility; in the exfiltration scenario, users could only access 1,500 out of 10,000 data rows, strictly adhering to their authorized scope. Although a computational overhead with an average latency increase of 20,7% was observed, it remains well within the acceptable performance threshold (<30%), ensuring that the principle of least privilege is absolutely enforced without compromising operational efficiency.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged businesses to utilize customer data as a strategic asset to improve customer relationship management. However Hani Cake & Bakery still manages customer data manually, making it difficult to analyze zustomer behavior, identify loyal customers, and conduct targeted follow-up information sistem using a Customer Relationsip Management (CRM) approach for a bakery MSME. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The proposed system provides features for customer data management, customer segmentation, customer follow-up through WhatsApp, promotion management, and transaction reporting. The result of this study is a web-based information system design that supports customer relationship management activities and assists store managers in implementing more targeted marketing strategies. The proposed system is expected to improve customer data management and strengthen customer relationship in bakery MSMEs.

Abstract

Threat-score rankings produced by STRIDE models depend on system decomposition, trust labels, and numerical coding. This study audits a published ranking of correspondent banking, closed-loop, infrastructure, and peer-to-peer cross-border payment architectures. The analysis first reweights aggregate rows labeled Outside and derives exact rank-crossover points, defined as the weight values at which the priority ranking of two architectures changes. It then normalizes scores by the number of listed interaction expressions and perturbs the total weight between Inside and Outside labels by up to 10 percentage points. A seeded 100,000-run Monte Carlo experiment samples the multiplier log-uniformly on [1/3, 3] and samples feasible label shifts uniformly. In raw totals, correspondent banking ranks first with probability 0.6905, peer-to-peer with 0.2296, and infrastructure with 0.0799. After normalization, first place is restricted to correspondent banking (0.7189) or closed-loop (0.2811). Transferability is checked using an independent e-payment STRIDE dataset: the leading category changes from information disclosure under summed likelihood-impact products to elevation of privilege after per-scenario normalization. The combined findings indicate that the scoring formula is not the only factor shaping priority rankings. Aggregation choices and model granularity can also influence the rankings to a comparable extent. Since the inputs are ordinal and the simulation distributions are specified rather than empirically calibrated, the resulting outputs should be interpreted as robustness diagnostics, not as incident probabilities or operational risk estimates.

Abstract

Application of Image Processing Technology for Physical Assessment and Progress Monitoring of Cluster Projects in Bsd City. The construction industry often faces challenges in project monitoring due to subjective assessments, inefficiencies, and risks of data manipulation. This study introduces a vision-based inspection system utilizing image processing and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to automate progress evaluation in the Enchante BSD City housing project, specifically on foundation and column works. Field images were collected and processed through augmentation, pre-processing, and feature extraction, then used to train an EfficientNet model. The model achieved outstanding results with 100% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, validated through both testing datasets and real field experiments. A prototype web-based application was also developed to integrate the AI model into a practical monitoring tool. The findings demonstrate that this approach can provide real-time, objective, and reliable progress evaluation, offering a promising solution to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in construction project management.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has increased the need for accurate and interactive data visualization to support business decision-making, including in micro-service enterprises such as laundry businesses. The primary issue faced by laundry businesses in Talang Kelapa Subdistrict, Palembang City, is the lack of optimal revenue data processing, where financial information is still presented in raw numerical form and difficult to interpret comprehensively. This study aims to develop a revenue data visualization model for 15 laundry businesses using an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) approach based on Tableau Public to produce an interactive and informative dashboard. This research employs a quantitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of annual and monthly revenue datasets. The research stages include data collection, data cleaning, data integration into Tableau, exploratory analysis, and dashboard development consisting of treemap, heatmap, box-and-whisker plot, pie chart, side-to-side bar chart, and geographic mapping. The results reveal significant revenue disparities among the laundry businesses, with Vidi Laundry recording the highest annual revenue of IDR 560,712,000, as well as identifiable seasonal patterns and revenue outliers. The visualization successfully transforms complex numerical data into easily interpretable information that supports business performance evaluation. This study concludes that EDA-based data visualization effectively enhances understanding of revenue patterns and provides a strategic foundation for data-driven decision-making in laundry businesses.

Abstract

The judging process in archery plays an important role in determining the results of a competition in a fair, accurate, and transparent manner. However, in practice, the judging process at the club level is still largely done manually, which can potentially cause delays in score recapitulation, recording errors, and a lack of transparency in the results of the competition. This study aims to design and implement a web-based archery judging system with real-time archer statistics monitoring features using the Rule-Based Logic method. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using web technology with a client-server architecture and implements archery scoring rules in the form of IF-THEN logic to ensure consistency and accuracy in score calculations. Test results show that the system is able to significantly speed up the score recapitulation process compared to manual methods, as well as display judging results and archer statistics in real-time in the form of tables and graphs. The application of Rule-Based Logic has also proven effective in reducing potential scoring errors and increasing the objectivity of competition results. Thus, the developed system is capable of improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the archery judging process, and has the potential to become a digital solution that can be applied to archery judging activities at a broader level.

Abstract

The management of consumable supplies at the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Batang Regency is still carried out manually using separate record books and Microsoft Excel, resulting in delays in stock data updates and inefficiencies in reporting. This study aims to design a web-based information system for consumable supply management to support more structured and accountable operations. The study employs an engineering research approach with qualitative descriptive methods and object-oriented analysis. The research informant is a general affairs staff member who is directly involved in consumable supply management, selected purposively as the party most familiar with the existing processes and problems. Data collection instruments include interviews, observation, and documentation; while system design utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results of this study are an object-oriented system design equipped with features including a stock summary dashboard, recording of incoming and outgoing stock transactions, online supply requests, stock cards, inventory reports, and minimum stock notifications. Design validation was conducted through the User Walkthrough method involving a key informant at Disdukcapil Batang Regency, and all designed features were declared valid and in accordance with the operational needs of the institution. The study concludes that this system design is capable of improving operational efficiency and accountability in supply management, and full implementation is therefore recommended.

Abstract

The digital era demands weighbridge services to be faster and more efficient. CV. Akbar Multiscale already has a web-based scale management system, however driver registration is still carried out manually and reporting is difficult to access directly, causing delays and recording errors. This research aims to implement an Android-based vehicle load weighbridge monitoring and management system that can be accessed through mobile devices. The system was developed using the Agile Development method which enables the development process to be carried out gradually, flexibly, and adapting to user needs in the field. System implementation utilizes Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology that can be accessed through Android devices without additional application installation. The system is equipped with digital driver registration features, role-based user authentication, IoT scale simulation integration for automatic weight data input, and real-time reporting modules that are easily accessible anytime through mobile devices. Black Box Testing results show that all main system features function properly with a high success rate. Trials at the CV. Akbar Multiscale weighbridge showed positive responses from users regarding the ease of access to the Android-based system and the efficiency of the weighing process.
