Abstract

Toxic friends are toxic friendships, in human life there will always be a group of friends who are intimidating, rude, disrespectful, always want to win alone and don't want to be blamed, if you feel or experience this then it is an unhealthy form of friendship. . This research was conducted in April-May 2024. This research aims to identify the characteristics of toxic friends, analyze their influence on students' learning processes, and provide recommendations for schools, teachers and parents to help students overcome the influence of toxic friends. It is quantitative with the Research Methodology. What will be used is a quantitative model using a type of correlation research, which seeks to explain the nature of problems that have a causal nature due to the ultimate goal of understanding the causes or influences within the identified variables. From the table data above, tcount > ttable at a confidence level of 0.05 shows that the variance of the two groups being compared is significant with tcount 0.020 < ttable 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus this research states that there is a significant influence of toxic friends on the process. student learning.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Makan Besamo (shared meals) in the integration of culture and family education, with a specific focus on its impact on family discipline and communication within the Jambi community. Makan Besamo, a traditional practice where families gather for communal meals, serves as an important cultural ritual that fosters togetherness, strengthens familial bonds, and instills values of respect and discipline. This qualitative research employs a mixed-methods approach, including in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys with families in the Jambi region. Findings reveal that Makan Besamo not only promotes cultural preservation but also enhances family communication, creating a platform for open dialogue and mutual understanding among family members. Additionally, the practice contributes significantly to the development of family discipline, as it reinforces collective responsibility, time management, and shared values. The study highlights the importance of incorporating cultural practices such as Makan Besamo in modern family education to strengthen social cohesion, improve interpersonal relationships, and ensure the continuity of cultural heritage. The results underscore the role of traditional practices in shaping family dynamics and fostering positive social behavior within the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify how the strategic planning through curricular integration in curriculum formation of the students’ character in SMP Kristen Karuni by the curriculum formation and activities programs containing character values. This research applied a qualitative descriptive design to the curricular integration in developing the character values of the students. The result of the research showed that the charactered based curricular integration in SMP Kristen Karuni is effective to develop the students character in the Sriritual and Social aspect, for example; honesty, responsibility, effeciency, indenpendency, and discipline.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan tema pendidikan global dalam konteks pendidikan dasar dengan fokus pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip pendidikan global dapat diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum dan praktik pembelajaran di MI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan global memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21, membangun kesadaran akan keberagaman, serta mendorong toleransi di kalangan siswa MI. Artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam implementasi dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas integrasi pendidikan global dalam pendidikan dasar di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penerapan manajemen strategik oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SD Islam Bilingual An Nisa Semarang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber. Analisis data dilakukan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah berhasil menerapkan manajemen strategik, meliputi perumusan visi, misi, dan strategi yang jelas, implementasi yang efektif, dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Penerapan ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, prestasi siswa, dan citra sekolah. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah Islam Bilingual.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the biography and thoughts of KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim in the field of Islamic education and its relevance to Islamic education in the contemporary era, especially in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that KH. Abdul Wahid Hasyim played a major role in the reform of Islamic education in Indonesia through visionary thinking and strategic steps. His thinking is relevant in the modern context by emphasizing the integration between religious education and general science. This is an inspiration for the transformation of Islamic education in the era of AI technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan kepemimpinan situasional di sekolah melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel yang berkaitan dengan penerapan kepemimpinan situasional di sekolah. Penulis mengumpulkan artikel berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia dari Google Scholar untuk melengkapi penelitian ini, yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024. Dari berbagai artikel tersebut, penelitian menyortir 23 artikel yang relevan dengan kata kunci "kepemimpinan situasional", "kepala sekolah", dan "sekolah". Selanjutnya, artikel tersebut dianalisis dan disusun menjadi sebuah pembahasan yang ditulis dalam artikel ini. Dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggungjawabnya, setiap kepala sekolah memiliki karakter atau gaya kepemimpinan yang khas. Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan oleh seorang pemimpin (kepala sekolah) adalah gaya kepemimpinan situasional (Situasioanal Leadership) yang dikembangkan oleh Paul Hersey dan Ken Blanchard. Hersey dan Blanchard mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan situasioanal dalam empat dimensi yaitu telling, selling, participating, dan delegating. Melalui empat dimensi kepemimpinan situasional tersebut, pada kajian literatur ini penulis menemukan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan situasional di sekolah dapat mempengaruhi 1) peningkatkan mutu sekolah, 2) tingkat motivasi berprestasi guru, 3) komitmen guru terhadap organisasinya, 4) kinerja guru, 5) profesional guru, 6) motivasi kerja guru, 7) iklim sekolah terhadap integritas guru, 8) budaya sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru, 9) komitmen afektif guru, dan 10) komitmen guru terhadap organisasi. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional dapat menjadi pendekatan yang relevan dan efektif untuk diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Namun hasil tinjauan penulis menunjukkan bahwa kajian literatur dan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penerapan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif masih sangat jarang dilakukan bahkan belum pernah dilakukan di wilayah Lampung, maka perlu dilakukan kajian lebih lanjut berkaitan dengan hal ini

Abstract

Kepemimpinan situasional sangat penting, terutama jika diterapkan di institusi pendidikan. Namun, penelitian mengenai kepemimpinan situasional, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, masih sangat terbatas. Kepemimpinan situasional adalah pola perilaku yang ditunjukkan oleh seorang pemimpin ketika memimpin dan mempengaruhi aktivitas orang lain, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Teori kepemimpinan situasional didasarkan pada hubungan antara: Tingkat bimbingan dan pengarahan (perilaku tugas) yang diberikan oleh pemimpin. Tingkat dukungan emosional (perilaku hubungan) yang diberikan oleh pemimpin. Dengan menggunakan tinjauan literatur, tujuan ini menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja guru. Artikel-artikel yang telah dikumpulkan pada subjek yang sama dan diterbitkan dari tahun 2003 hingga 2023 ditinjau secara sistematis untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan 14 artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional dari Google Scholar dan Science Direct sebagai sumber referensi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan: (1) kepala sekolah menerapkan kepemimpinan situasional dalam merangkul semua pihak untuk melaksanakan tugasnya seperti memberitahu, menjual, berpartisipasi, mendelegasikan, (2) faktor pendukung penerapan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berupa arahan dan motivasi kepada guru, karyawan, bersikap adil terhadap apa yang harus dilakukan, (3) dampak penerapan gaya kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dapat dilihat dari tingkat kemampuan dan kedewasaan kepemimpinan situasional kepala sekolah dapat dilihat dari tingkat kemampuan dan kedewasaan yang dimiliki kepala sekolah

Abstract

Visually impaired children generally have problems in social behavior, one of which is being very closed and quiet in the school environment. Based on the results of the assessment carried out, 2 visually impaired children were found in inclusive schools who had low social behavior. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of positive reinforcement techniques in improving the social behavior of visually impaired children. The variables in this study are positive reinforcement techniques and social behavior of visually impaired children. This study uses a type of quantitative research through the Single Subject Research (SSR) approach. The research design used in this study is a multiple baseline cross subjects design. The research subjects were 2 visually impaired children in class XI at SMK Negeri 7 Padang. Data is collected through observation and tests. The data collection tool in this study is in the form of a social behavior assessment instrument. The data was analyzed using visual graphs consisting of in-condition analysis and inter-condition analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in social behavior in blind children in inclusion schools. This study uses positive reinforcement techniques in improving effective social behavior to be applied to blind children in inclusion schools.
