The objective of this scholarly journal is to publish empirical research, theory, and concepts developed in management studies. The Comprehensive research methods including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method research in accordance to enrich the scientific articles are welcome. The scope of article published addressing management issues from multidiscipline point of view of research that reflect the diversity of the management studies. Review articles are published biannually in February and August. The blind reviewed paper processed from expert chosen by journal editors, with aim in improving the quality content for the journal. Abstract

Every organization aims to have the best performance, therefore, the quality of employees greatly determines the progress of the organization. Employees who are happy with their work routines will be more productive, while those who are dissatisfied with employees will be less productive and are more likely to want to quit their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job promotion on job satisfaction. It determines the effect of work discipline and job promotion on employee performance. It determines the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance while determining the effect of work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction and job promotion on performance. LLP-KUKM employees are involved through job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was 80 employees. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that work discipline and promotion have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work discipline and promotion have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Work discipline affects employee performance through job satisfaction of LLP-KUKM employees. Job promotion has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at LLP-KUKM.

Abstract

Today, in our global era, the rate of return on investment is a benchmark for companies in making business decisions, where the rate of return on investment is one of the factors for making these decisions. In addition, the exchange rate is another important factor to analyze in the manufacturing business world, because the exchange rate is closely related to purchase raw materials organizing from exports and imports. In addition, profitability is the company's measuring power in terms of getting profits. Besides that, the manufacturing companies contained in LQ45 are very dependent on the stock price which is the measuring power in making the company's management decisions. For this reason, this study aimed to determine the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous effect of ROI, exchange rate on stock prices including LQ45 in the manufacturing sector through profitability on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where the level of influence between ROI, exchange rate on profitability is 0.741 or 74.1%, where there is a strong relationship between ROI, exchange rate on profitability. Then, the level of influence between ROI, the exchange rate on stock prices where the calculation results are 3.537 or 35.37%, namely there is a fairly strong relationship between ROI and the exchange rate on stock prices. Then, there is a strong relationship between profitability and stock price of 0.692 or 69.92%. Meanwhile, between ROI on stock prices through profitability where the direct influence of ROI on stock prices is greater than the indirect effect (3.290> 1.564) meaning that profitability is not an intervening variable in this study, as well as for the exchange rate on stock prices through profitability where the value of the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect (3.537> 1.222), which means that profitability is not an intervening variable in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology on the effectiveness of accounting information systems at PT Seraphim Karya Agung. Phenomena used to test the effectiveness of accounting information systems include: data security, time, accuracy, variety of reports or output, and relevance. The inhibiting factors that exist in the implementation of accounting information systems are human resources, time and completeness of data. The solutions provided to increase the effectiveness of the accounting information system at PT Seraphim Karya Agung are: (1) improving HR soft skills, namely time discipline, by giving warnings and harsh reprimands to undisciplined employees, (2) increasing the ability of accounting information systems to overcome crash down condition of the system which can slow down the process of making financial reports, (3) related to data completeness, the accounting department of auxiliary expenditures that processes financial data that still uses a manual system to immediately transfer its use to accounting information systems by providing education and training.

Abstract

The background of this article is about the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia. This paper examines the process of implementing CSR programs. The methodology used is a qualitative literature study. In this case community and environmental empowerment is part of PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia's commitment. The results of the analysis show that the concept of CSR is indeed good, but unfortunately, until now there are still many companies that have not implemented it properly. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation related to the implementation of the CSR Program so that the program can be implemented in a sustainable manner and can empower the community. So that in the development of the company PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia increasingly raises the pros and cons.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ethical violations in corporate financial management by analyzing several cases that have occurred in Indonesia. The role of professional ethics in the application of financial management is a field of finance which is a broad and dynamic field. This field directly influences the life of every person and organization concerned. Business ethics is the basis of ethics in the economy or in business and for all stakeholders to avoid deviating from the economy and achieving goals or seeking profit, so we must master economic, legal, ethical and moral perspectives to achieve the desired goals. The conclusion in this article is that efforts to overcome problems that exist in the organizational or corporate environment related to violations or fraud committed by employees and company leaders involved in them have not been properly organized and the examples of cases of violations stated above have not been followed up by authorities. The perpetrators are now rampant so that efforts to overcome the problem of ethical violations must be directed at increasing the sense of corporate responsibility towards society as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, work discipline, through motivation on the performance of members of Samsat, the West Jakarta area. With the results of the data obtained that happened to members of the West Jakarta’s Samsat, namely that training goals and objectives were still not achieved, there was still a lack of work discipline, a lack of motivation to prioritize office work which caused delays in completing assignments, performance results that did not meet the target expected by the agency with complaints from the public. The sampling collection technique used was purposive sampling method where the sampling was taken from the largest population, namely 77 members of the police. The data analysis used was path analysis. The conclusion from this study is that training, work discipline, and motivation directly affect member performance, but indirectly motivation has a greater effect on the performance of West Jakarta’s Samsat members. This shows that work motivation is an intervening variable then it can shape the performance desired by the agency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality and price on customer satisfaction through product quality, analyze service quality and prices on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the indirect effect of service and price on customer satisfaction through product quality and analyze the effect of non direct service quality and price to customer satisfaction. The research was conducted at Kavez Coffee involving 30 people. The research sample was taken using probability sampling and simple random sampling. Data analysis using path analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that there is a direct effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and a direct effect of price on customer satisfaction at Kavez Coffee. Then the results of the analysis of the product quality variable as an intervening variable can be perfectly proven, namely the product variable has an indirect effect on the service quality variable on customer satisfaction and the price variable on customer satisfaction. This statement can be proven by the magnitude of the indirect effect (service quality on customer satisfaction and price on customer satisfaction) through product quality which is identified as an intervening variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and physical environment on repurchasing interest through customer satisfaction on Warteg Kharisma Bahari in Bekasi City. This research is quantitative research using a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study are the customers of Warteg Kharisma Bahari in Bekasi City whose number is unknown. The sample in this study was 100 people who were taken by non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling technique. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used are descriptive analysis method and path analysis method. The results showed that the product quality variable and the physical environment variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality and physical environment variables have a negative and not significant effect on repurchasing interest. The variable of customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchasing interest. Furthermore, the customer satisfaction variable is able to mediate between the product quality and physical environment variables on the repurchasing interest variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and change management through competitive advantage on company performance at PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach. The population is 435 employees with a sample of 87 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which will be distributed to respondents by random sampling. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis, path analysis, regression analysis, and t he Sobel test. The conclusion of the research is that competitive advantage is able to mediate organizational culture and change management on company performance at PT. Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama. The main findings based on statistical results show that the greatest influence is from direct influence, namely: the change management variable with a beta value of 0.395 then organizational culture with a beta value of 0.297. The suggestion for companies is to focus more on improving change management and organizational culture which will make a greater contribution to improving company performance and increasing the company's competitive advantage.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and customer reference groups on consumer purchasing interest in PT valve products, Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa. This type of research is included in the category of causal associative quantitative research. The research data source is primary data using a questionnaire with a 5 point Likert scale. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. This research was conducted on 114 consumers of PT. Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that service quality and customer reference groups, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in PT valve products. Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa. Results of testing data on service satisfaction and reference groups on interest in purchasing valve products at PT. Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa obtained Fcount (12,558) > Ftable (3.18) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the significance value of the simultaneous test (f test) was obtained at a value of 0.000, thus it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between Service Quality and Reference Group Customers' interest in buying at PT. Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa. Based on partial research conducted on service quality on interest in purchasing valve products at PT. Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa obtained a significance value greater than α (0.166>0.05) and the calculated t value was smaller than t table (1.404 <1.675). This shows that service quality has no partial effect on interest in purchasing valve products at PT Rame Rekaguna Initiative. So that service satisfaction influences repurchase, or interest in repurchasing a product. Based on partial research conducted on the reference group regarding interest in purchasing valve products at PT Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa, the t count was 4.455, and the significance was 0.000. Therefore, the significance value is smaller than α (0.000>0.05) and the calculated t value is greater than the table (4.455>1.675). This shows that the customer reference group has a partial influence on interest in purchasing valve products at PT. Rame Rekaguna Prakarsa so it can be concluded that the reference group has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest.
