Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman koinsep matematika melalui model PMRI berbantuan media Geokolase di kelas 5C SD Bangetayu wetan 02 merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman materi bangun datar matematika di kelas 5 C SD Bangetayu Wetan 02, Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah non probablility random, sedangkan Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan menggunakan Tes dan Non Tes, dimana instrument tersebut di uji dulu validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda, dan tingkat kesukaran, penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan kelas, menggunakan 2 siklus untuk mempertajam keakuratan hasil penelitian, dalam siklus pertama didapatkan hasil kurang dari 56% peserta didik belum memenuhi KKM, sedangkan di sisklus kedua setelah guru menerapkan model pembelajaran PMRI berbantuan media Geokolase didapatkan lebih dari 87,5% peserta didik memenuhi KKM, sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PMRI berbantuan media Geokolase mampu meningkatkan pemahanam materi bangun datar matematika peserta didik kelas 5C SD N Bangetayu 02.

Abstract

Matematika masih dianggap sulit bagi peserta didik pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Matematika dapat dikaitkan dengan materi yang konkrit melalui bahan ajar yang tepat. Bahan ajar dikembangkan haruslah memperhatikan keterlibatan peran peserta didik dalam menemukan konsep dan harus inovatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar yang berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Pataan pada peserta didik kelas IV sebanyak 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil belajar siswa rendah, siswa kurang tertarik dengan Pelajaran matematika, bahan ajar yang tersedia kurang memadahi untuk dapat digunakan, terdapat lebih dari 80% siswa menyatakan tertarik dengan bahan ajar berbasis PBL.

Abstract

This research aims to develop science learning motivation through the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model in fifth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Siliran. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach, with a Kemmis & Mc Taggart design consisting of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this PTK were class III of SD Muhammadiyah Siliran, totaling 15 students, consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. Data collection methods are using observation, questionnaires, interviews and observations. The research results showed that there was an increase in student learning motivation in science subjects. Student learning motivation can be seen from the questionnaire test at the end of the lesson. In Cycle I the percentage reached 73.5% and had not achieved the desired score according to the indicators of success in student learning motivation and in Cycle II the percentage of students' score reached 84.03% and had achieved the desired score or was in accordance with the indicators of success in student learning motivation. exceeds a score presentation of 75%.  Based on this, it can be concluded that the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model can increase students' learning motivation in science subjects.

Abstract

Students' difficulties in understanding abstract geometric concepts and the occurrence of student misconceptions in geometry materials are important concerns for elementary school teachers. Teachers have a crucial role in introducing and developing students' understanding of geometric concepts. This study aims to explore the experiences of elementary school teachers in teaching geometry. This qualitative study using a narrative inquiry approach involved in-depth and structured interviews with 6 elementary school teachers from various backgrounds and teaching experiences. The results of the study showed that there were several main themes including the challenges of elementary school teachers in explaining abstract geometric concepts, effective teaching strategies, and the importance of using teaching aids in teaching geometry. To overcome the existing challenges, a creative and innovative approach is needed. The use of teaching aids, technology and active learning methods can also help improve students' understanding of geometric concepts. Teachers also emphasized the need for ongoing professional development and good curriculum support. These findings provide valuable insights for improving geometry teaching at the elementary school level and can be used to develop more effective teacher training programs.

Abstract

Peer teaching is a learning strategy in which students who have a better understanding of the material help their peers who are having difficulty. The purpose of this article is to analyze the application of peer teaching in educational foundation learning. The peer teaching method can provide comfort to students because in general the relationship between friends is closer than the relationship between lecturers and students. The results of this study include the following aspects: 1) understanding of peer teaching all respondents already know and the benefits of peer teaching, 2) aspects of experience as a tutor, it was found that on average respondents had been tutors and had challenges in explaining the material to their friends, 3) Experience as a mentee that respondents have been mentees, with peer tutors having a positive impact on learning and, creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, more freedom and active in learning, 4) the results of peer teaching have an impact on more innovative learning and creating enjoyable learning, easy in understanding the material. The application of peer teaching in educational foundation learning has a positive impact starting from understanding the material, activeness in discussions and students are more able to explore their abilities in using learning methods.   Keywords: Peer Teaching, Educational Foundation, PGSD

Abstract

Evaluasi Pembelajaran Tematik Bagi Siswa Kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar, this study aims to identify: (1) planning a thematic learning program for grade V elementary school students on the science subject theme 6 titled heat and its displacement. The type of research employed was evaluation research using the countenance stake model. The population in this research included eight public schools in Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas. The sample of this research was divided using cluster random sampling which was divided into two regions, namely the northern region (Elementary School of 1 Kutaliman, Elementary School of 2 Kutaliman) and the southern region (Elementary School of 1 Beji, Elementary School of 2 Beji). The sampling of teachers used purposive sampling. The stake model divides the research into three stages, namely antecedent, transaction, and outcome. Antecedent components included curriculum sub-components, students' initial abilities, learning facilities, teacher linearity, and teacher understanding of science learning. The results show that: (1) the overall mean of the Antecedent component is 82 from the ideal value of 100, indicating a very good category.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the curriculum management of the Tahfizul Quran program in achieving the One Year One Juz target at SD Islam Qurani Temanggung. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed Miles and Huberman's interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that curriculum planning involves the principal, tahfiz coordinator, teachers, the foundation, and Jam’iyyah Qurro’ Wal Huffaz NU Temanggung. The organization stage includes task delegation and scheduling. The program is implemented daily with activities such as ziyadah (new memorization), murojaah (review), tahsin (recitation improvement), and kitabatul Quran (Quran writing). Evaluation is carried out monthly and involves both teachers and parents. Several challenges were identified in achieving the One Year One Juz target, including limited number of tahfiz teachers, large class sizes, low student motivation, unstable emotional conditions, and lack of parental support. The study suggests the need for adaptive and collaborative curriculum planning to improve the effectiveness of the tahfiz program.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in science and science learning at SD Negeri Kroyo 4. The subject of this research is the class IV homeroom teacher. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using literature study methods, documentation and interviews. The research results show that teachers have implemented various learning strategies such as discussion, direct practice, and the use of relevant learning media that has integrated technology in it. Learning is adjusted to characteristics and abilities based on diagnostic assessments to determine student learning styles. Even though there are still challenges such as differences in character and incompatibility of material, the independent curriculum is considered to be able to increase the effectiveness of learning and encourage student involvement in the learning process, but teachers and school stakeholders continue to make efforts to implement it.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam rangkaian kegiatan belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) yang diterapkan pada tingkat kelas V di SDN 2 Sragen. Kurikulum Merdeka dirancang untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, memberikan kefleksibelan dalam penyusunan muatan pelajaran, serta menekankan pada kekuatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan terhadap proses belajar peserta didik, wawancara mendalam dengan guru kelas V dan tinjauan atas dokumen pendukung serta studi pustaka. Proses analisis data dijalankan menggunakan kerangka Miles dan Huberman bertujuan memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai mekanisme pelaksanaan, hambatan yang timbul, serta dampak sosialisasi Kurikulum Merdeka dalam IPAS. Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam IPAS di tingkat kelas V telah menunjukkan beberapa pencapaian yang menguntungkan, meskipun tidak luput dari sejumlah kendala. Guru-guru telah menerapkan pendekatan belajar berbasis proyek, melakukan adaptasi dalam penyampaian materi sesuai profil siswa. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan keterampilan bekerja sama. Kendala yang dihadapi mencakup keterbatasan sarana prasarana dan kebutuhan pengembangan profesi guru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore learning methods and media at SDN Mojo 58 Sragen, especially in science learning. Globalization brings major changes in the order of people's lives. These changes are driven by the increasing development of science and technology, which has an impact on various sectors of life, including the field of education. The design of learning media at this time must be based on student needs in accordance with learning needs. In this research, qualitative methods were used to explore teachers' experiences regarding the effectiveness of experimental methods and image media. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, literature studies and analyzed thematically. The research results show that the experimental method creates an interactive and student-centered learning atmosphere, and allows understanding of science concepts through direct learning experiences. The use of image media increases the attractiveness of learning and interaction between teachers and students. The combination of experimental methods and image media contributes positively to the quality of learning and student achievement. This research recommends the development of experimental methods and ongoing training for teachers to increase scientific literacy from an early age.
