Abstract

The interest in becoming a teacher and the perception of the teacher profession are important factors to support the readiness of students to become productive teachers in the educational study program at the Faculty of Tenik, Gorontalo State University. The objectives of this study are: (1) Analyzing the influence of interest on readiness to become productive teachers for students of the Education Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University (2) Analyzing the influence of teacher professional perceptions on readiness to become productive teachers of students of the Education Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University (3) Analyzing the influence of interest and perception of the teacher profession simultaneously on readiness to become productive teachers for program students.  Educational Studies at the Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University. This type of research is associative to look for the influence of the interests and perceptions of the teacher profession on the readiness of students to become productive teachers. The population of this study is all students of the educational study program at the Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University Batch 2017 - 2018, a total of 216 people, the ideal number of samples using the Slovin formula is 140 people. Using data collection techniques through questionnaire deployment, and data analysis techniques through simple regression and multiple regression. The results show that there is a positive influence of interest and perception of the teacher profession on the readiness to become productive teachers for students of the Education Study Program, by 17.9% on readiness to become productive teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam pembelajaran CNC menggunakan CNC Mini di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 mahasiswa yang terbagi dalam 4 kelompok. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi partisipasi aktif, kuesioner persepsi PjBL (19 item), dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kesulitan tertinggi mahasiswa adalah mengatasi error pada G-Code dengan skor 68; (2) manfaat tertinggi yang dirasakan adalah peningkatan pemahaman konsep dasar CNC dengan skor 86; dan (3) kontribusi dan kolaborasi kelompok berjalan baik dengan skor rata-rata 77,6. Temuan kualitatif mengidentifikasi lima tema utama: kendala teknis peralatan, keterbatasan waktu, kebutuhan penyesuaian modul, perawatan mesin, dan dinamika pembagian tugas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa PjBL dengan CNC Mini efektif meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa meskipun terdapat tantangan teknis yang perlu diatasi.

Abstract

Mata kuliah praktik CNC Salah satu MK yang wajib dikuasai oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidkan Teknik Mesin FKIP UNSRI. Faktor rendahnya hasil belajar mahasiswa dikarenakan kesulitan dalam mengimajiasikan pergerakan pahat bubut dan berdampak dalam pembuatan program CNC. selain itu keterbatasan fasilitas mesin CNC dan sumber belajar yang mendukung dan bisa dipelajari mahasiswa secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan buku panduan Aplikasi CNC Simulator For Android terhadap kemampuan pembuatan Program CNC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Quasy experimental dengan jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan CNC Simulator For Android dapat memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap hasil belajar pembuatan program CNC, dimana nilai Asymp.Sig. yang didapat setelah Uji Idenpendent T-test telah memenuhi syarat ditolaknya H0 (Hipotesis Nol) atau diterimanya HA (Hipotesis Alternatif). Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t hitung t tabel = (-12,824 2,005), dan nilai signifikansinya (0,000 0,05).

Abstract

Abstrak Keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain pendidik, peserta didik, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan serta sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana alat bantu yang digunakan dalam proses belajar  mengajar. Terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang ada tentunya dapat mempengaruhi keefektivan proses pembelajaran dan berdampak pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan Media Pembelajaran Trainer Sistem Bahan Bakar Diesel Tipe In-Line pada mata kuliah Teknologi Motor Diesel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research Development, Prosedur penelitian ini diawali dari (1) mengidentifikasi potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) pembuatan produk, (7) validasi produk, (8) revisi produk dan produk akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner untuk validasi produk oleh validator ahli materi dan ahli media. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran Trainer Sistem Bahan Bakar Diesel Tipe In-Line Pada Mata kuliah Teknologi Motor Diesel yang telah dikembangkan dengan persentase kelayakan oleh ahli materi sebesar 97.33% kategori sangat layak, dan oleh ahli media adalah 94.67% dengan kategori sangat layak. Persentase rata-rata dari kedua validator 96%. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Sistem Bahan Bakar Diesel, Tipe In-line AbstractThe success of a learning process can be influenced by several factors, including educators, students, the learning methods used and learning facilities and infrastructure. Learning media is a tool used in the teaching and learning process. The limited existing learning media can certainly affect the effectiveness of the learning process and have an impact on student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to develop and test the feasibility of In-Line Type Diesel Fuel System Trainer Learning Media in the Diesel Motor Technology course. The research method used is Research Development. This research procedure begins with (1) identifying potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) manufacturing product, (7) product validation, (8) product revision and final product. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires for product validation by material expert validators and media experts. This research produced a learning media product, In-Line Type Diesel Fuel System Trainer in the Diesel Motor Technology Course, which has been developed with a feasibility percentage by material experts of 97.33% in the very feasible category, and by media experts it is 94.67% in the very feasible category. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Develop learning media in the form of salad making simulation using macromedia flash program, 2) Determine the feasibility of media according to material experts, media experts and students in salad making simulation using macromedia flash program for class X students of SMK PIUS X Magelang. This research was conducted at SMK Pius X Magelang using research and development (R and D) type, with ADDIE development model. The stages in this study consist of; (1) analysis stage; (2) planning stage; (3) development and production stage; (4) implementation trial stage; (5) evaluation stage. To obtain media validation and reliability, it was carried out by 2 material experts and 1 media expert. The instrument trial conducted by 40 students had 2 failed results and 30 were declared valid with a reliability value of 0.921. Data analysis using Descriptive Statistics. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Development of learning media through the Analysis stage: competency analysis, material analysis, student characteristics analysis, instructional analysis. Design: preparation of material framework, determination of systematics, planning of evaluation tools. Develop: pre-research, determination of draft, editing, revision. Implement: product trial. Evaluate. ; 2) for the feasibility of learning media based on material experts in the feasible category with a percentage of 100% and media experts included in the feasible category with a percentage of 96.7%, the results of the instrument feasibility trial included in the very feasible category with a percentage of 53.8%, for the results of media responses by students have a percentage of very feasible 43.7%, feasible 47.5%, less feasible 8.3%, not feasible 0.6%. Based on the results of the pretest 77.2 and posttest 87.2 there was an increase of 10. Thus this media can be said to be feasible for use in Continental learning.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a practical module based on Problem Based Learning on a motorcycle Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) teaching aid and to determine the feasibility of the developed motorcycle Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) teaching aid module. The method used in this study is the RD (Research and Development) method and uses the 4D model (four-D model) consisting of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The results of the study indicate that a practical module has been produced on a motorcycle Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) teaching aid for the motorcycle technology course at the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University. The level of feasibility of the problem based learning practical module on the motorcycle Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) teaching aid at the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Gorontalo State University, is determined through validation of the practical module design, expert validation by material experts and media experts and student response tests with results meeting the criteria of "Very Good" and is suitable for use as teaching materials that support student learning.

Abstract

The background of this study is triggered by many problems in the working world and One of them is the large number of vocational graduates that become unemployed and This study aims to analyzing performance of employees based on their working time, potential, and quality of their almamater.  This study uses ex post facto method with quantitative approach, while for the research desain using a factorial design. The results showed performance employees with high working period 83,35 higher than moderate working periode 82,48 and low working periode 81,26; performance employees with high potential 83,89 higher than moderate potential 82,00 and low potential 81,18; and performance with quality of their almamater/non accreditation A 83,00 higher than accreditation A 82,15

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) research in the context of vocational education. The study employs content analysis, evaluating vocational education journals sourced from the Sinta database. The research findings indicate that AI research in vocational education remains limited. Its applications in vocational education include the development of information systems and websites, learning media, improvements in the learning process, learning strategies, and assessment methods.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is driving transformation in education, requiring adjustments to the curriculum. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to examine the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based curricula at the global and Indonesian levels, focusing on competencies, teaching approaches, and implementation challenges. Data were obtained from reputable journals, conference proceedings, and academic reports between 2021 and 2025. The results show that Artificial Intelligence (AI) enhances personalized, adaptive, and interactive learning, as well as develops 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and digital literacy. Key challenges include limitations in teacher competency, infrastructure, access gaps, and ethical and privacy issues. Effective implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires teacher training, technology equity, and clear ethical guidelines. These findings confirm the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based curricula to create adaptive education that is relevant to future demands, while also serving as a guide for policymakers and educators.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in responding to the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). A total of sixteen relevant sources published between 2020 and 2023 were analyzed to obtain a comprehensive understanding of teacher readiness, digital infrastructure, project-based learning (PjBL), and the alignment between schools and the industrial sector (DUDI). The findings show that although the Merdeka Curriculum is conceptually aligned with 21st-century competencies—particularly digital literacy, creativity, and problem solving—its implementation in SMKs remains constrained by limited teacher competence, inadequate technological facilities, and weak industrial partnerships. Project-Based Learning has been introduced but has not consistently resulted in authentic, industry-oriented projects. Furthermore, digital literacy among students and the digital readiness of schools are still at moderate levels, affecting the effectiveness of technology-based learning. The study concludes that strengthening teacher capacity, improving digital infrastructure, enhancing collaboration with industry, and ensuring deeper integration of PjBL are crucial for optimizing the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. These efforts are necessary to prepare vocational students to compete and adapt in the dynamic landscape of Industry 4.0.
