Abstract

Khidmah menjadi bagian yang sangat penting bagi santri dan alumni kepada seorang guru atau kiai, akan tetapi pada realitanya, tidak semua santri dan alumni Pondok Pesantren memiliki nilai serta prinsip tentang khidmah kepada para masya>yikh (Guru), masih banyak sekali alumni yang telah menimba ilmu di Pondok Pesantren, ketika ia pulang ke kampung halamannya merasa cukup dan tidak ada niatan serta tindakan untuk tetap menjalin silaturrahim serta rabit}ah terhadap guru-gurunya, yang notabenenya dengan adanya silaturrahim serta rabit}ah tersebut itu merupakan sebuah perwujudan rasa syu>ku>r, ta’dhi>m serta ikhti>ra>man kepada para masya>yikh atas segala sesuatu yang telah ia dapatkan di Pondok Pesantren dimana ia mendapatkan sebuah ilmu sebagai bekal kehidupan di dunia maupun bekal akhiratnya. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, peneliti mengajukan pertanyaan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana Transformasi Nilai Khidmah Himpunan Alumni Santri Lirboyo (HIMASAL) Provinsi Lampung? (2) Bagaimana Transaksi Nilai Khidmah Himpunan Alumni Santri Lirboyo (HIMASAL) Provinsi Lampung? (3) Bagaimana Transinternalisasi Nilai Khidmah Himpunan Alumni Santri Lirboyo (HIMASAL) Provinsi Lampung?. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field Research) yang bersifat Deskriptif-Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Etnografi. Sumber data yang digunakan meliputi sumber data primer yakni hasil wawancara secara mendalam dengan informan yaitu segenap HIMASAL Provinsi Lampung, serta dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, yaitu: (1) Transformasi HIMASAL Provinsi Lampung dengan dua proses yakni Transformasi dalam Pendidikan di Pesantren dan Pasca Pendidikan Pesantren (2) Transaksi HIMASAL Provinsi Lampung yaitu Motivasi dan Realisasi Implikasi. (3) Transinternalisasi HIMASAL Provinsi Lampung adalah dengan pembiasaan, sambang dan sambung, serta merasa butuh terhadap khidmah.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the reinforcement provided by MA Sunan Ampel Pare so that students are able to understand the yellow book through the Turats program, because it is under the auspices of the Islamic boarding school. Through qualitative research with a case study approach, research results were obtained, namely: based on BF Skinner's theory, a person's behavior is controlled by operant conditioning (role conditioning). The Operant-conditioning procedures carried out by MA Sunan Ampel so that students master the book are: 1) reinforcement schedule: providing nahwu-sharaf material and exercises (positive) as well as giving low grades and punishments (negative); 2) formation: carried out through habituation and stages, namely class x still understanding the nahwu-sharaf material and class xii then the book directly; 3) behavior modification: change the behavior of being lazy about doing exercises with personal advice; 4) generalization and discrimination: obliging to attend the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Artikel ini ingin melihat bagaimana metode Drill diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di lembaaga Kursus Bahasa Arab Al-Azhar Pare. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif penulis melakukan penelitian melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara tentang bagaimana metode Drill diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Ḥiwār di LKBA Al Azhar Pare. Setidaknya ada dua poin penting yang penulis dapatkan dari penelitian ini yakni: Pertama, LKBA Al Azhar sudah dengan baik menerapkan Metode Drill dalam proses pembelajaran, walaupun secara metode mereka tidak mengatakan metode yang mereka pakai adalah Metode Drill. Kedua, metode Drill yang dipakai di LKBA Al Azhar terbilang optimal walaupun pada dasarnya sedikit membosankan bagi para murid karena mengingat banyaknya materi Ḥiwār dalam satu hari.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of task commitment on learning Tahfidz Al-Quran for Class VII G at Mts Al Manar Nganjuk. This type of research is quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study were class VII G students at MTs Al Manar Nganjuk. The sample in this research was all students in class VII G at MTs Al Manar Nganjuk, totaling 21 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. The instruments used are the task commitment test scale and the acquisition of tahfidz during learning. The data analysis techniques used are person correlation and regression in SPSS 16.0 software. The results of the research area. Most of the students in class VII G have task commitment in the high category with 36.28. b. Most of the students in class VII G in learning tahfidz for ± 3 months achieved memorization success in the very high category of 38.1% and the high category of 38.1%. and there were 3 students who were able to complete the memorization target 100%. c. There is a positive influence of task commitment on tahfidz learning as much as 73.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the methods for strengthening moral education at the Majelis Taklim Padepokan Arrohman Loringpasar and the implications of these methods for the congregation of Majelis Taklim Arrohman Loringpasar. Consequently, the researcher will provide a description and analysis. This research employs a qualitative approach and falls under the category of field research. In this study, data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation are used. Data is obtained from the caregivers, administrators, and congregation members of Majelis Taklim Arrohman Loringpasar. The results of this research reveal that there are various forms of activities intended to strengthen moral values within Majelis Taklim Arrohman Loringpasar. Some of these activities include the study of Islamic classical texts, spiritual exercises, and martial arts. The implications of these diverse activities concerning moral development include the emergence of role models and processes of spiritual purification, illumination, and manifestation within the congregation members.The methods employed have a positive impact on shaping virtuous character among the congregation. When the caregivers demonstrate exemplary behavior and morals, the congregation members feel inspired and motivated to follow their example. Additionally, the processes of spiritual purification, illumination, and manifestation within the congregation contribute to the development and strengthening of moral values in their relationship with God, fellow humans, and the universe.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Character Education Strategy for a Sense of Responsibility for students. The method of this research is a qualitative approach. "The intended qualitative approach is a research process that uses scientific studies with the aim of interpreting the conditions currently occurring in the field." The data sources used in this research were obtained from people who supported them by providing information, namely from the Madrasah Head or Principal, class teachers, Scout Leaders and parents using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research data is then analyzed using data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results obtained from this research are that to implement character education for a sense of responsibility, teachers and scout leaders use expository strategies or the same as Ki Hadjar Dewantara's learning concept, namely "ing ngarsa sung tuladha (in the front giving an example), ing madya mangun karsa (in the middle giving motivation), tut wuri handayani (behind giving encouragement)”. Habituation strategies and involving other people, including parents, are also used in implementing character education for a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

Education serves as the primary foundation for advancing individuals and societies, playing a vital role in developing potential and improving the quality of human life. The concept of the Free Curriculum has evolved as a new paradigm in the educational process, granting students the freedom to actively participate in designing and directing their learning according to their interests and talents. The implementation of the Free Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education within the context of Equal Education emerges as an intriguing phenomenon that warrants further exploration. The research focus in this study includes: (1) How is the Implementation of the Free Curriculum in Equal Education? (2) What is the Pedagogy of Islamic Religious Education in Equal Education? The objectives of this research are: (1) To understand the Implementation of the Free Curriculum in Equal Education, (2) To understand the pedagogy of Islamic Religious Education in Equal Education. This research employs a qualitative research method to delve into a deeper understanding of students' and educators' experiences in applying the Free Curriculum approach. Furthermore, two major educational theories, namely Carl Rogers' and Hilda Taba's theories, are used as a foundation for analyzing the implementation. The research findings reveal that the implementation of the Free Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education in Equal Education exhibits unique characteristics. The principles of Carl Rogers' theory, such as acceptance, empathy, and student autonomy, are reflected in a more inclusive relationship between students and educators. On the other hand, the analytical approach and curriculum design influenced by Hilda Taba's theory provide a framework that aids in the development of a more structured learning environment. However, this research also identifies several challenges in implementing the Free Curriculum. Among them are the need to enhance educators' competence in designing learner-centric lessons that support student autonomy and the necessity for a deeper understanding of integrating Carl Rogers' and Hilda Taba's principles within the context of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

This research explains the implementation of character education through Aqidah Akhlak lessons at MTsN 5 Karawang. The research aims to identify the challenges faced by teachers in integrating character education and to provide an overview of the planning, execution, and evaluation conducted by Aqidah Akhlak instructors. The research methodology involves observation, interviews, and document analysis, using a qualitative approach. The research findings indicate the following: 1) Aqidah Akhlak Learning Planning: Despite efforts to integrate character education into Aqidah Akhlak lesson planning, the planning still tends to focus more on characterization rather than being at the core of the learning plan. 2) Conventional Implementation: Findings show that character education in the Aqidah Akhlak subject follows conventional teaching patterns, with limited relevant connections between character instruction and the subject matter. 3) Limited Evaluation Techniques: Character assessments rely solely on observational methods. There is a need to develop a more comprehensive evaluation approach that encompasses various techniques to gain a better understanding of students' character development.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to explore the implementation of environmentally conscious education based on pesantren (eco-pesantren), a combination of scientific and religious knowledge. It is expected that eco-pesantren-based education can cultivate students' awareness of the environment. This research is conducted at Daarul Ma’rifat Islamic Boarding School in North Lampung. It is a qualitative study using a case study model, employing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research indicate the students' interest in participating in the program. Furthermore, the program has successfully instilled environmental responsibility awareness in the students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: 1) the planning for observing the teacher in Madrasah Hidayatul Mubtadiin (MHM), 2) the implementation of observing the teacher, 3) the role of mufattisy in improving the competence of teachers in MHM. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis techniques with data reduction, exposure, drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data with triangulation. The research results were: The planning of observing began with the formation of a team, outlining work procedures, setting observing goals, and creating a control schedule. The implementation of observing involved class visits and taking approaches. The follow-up to observing results included providing guidance and motivation to the teachers. Mufattisy's efforts to improve competence is implemented by scheduling collaborative learning and subject teacher discuss, conducting weekly teacher meetings, and organizing meetings with all teachers and head school, referred to as "temu wicara" (dialogue meetings).
