Manthiq: Jurnal Filsafat Agama dan Pemikiran Islam pernah mengalami kerusakan servers jurnal secara total (di hack), yang mengakibatkan semua artikel yang sudah dipublish mulai Vol.1 No.1 2019 s-d Edisi tahun 2023 hilang semua. Maka untuk menghindari kekosongan artikel, maka tim pengelola jurnal melakukan upload ulang artikel secara quiksubmite Manthiq: Jurnal Filsafat Agama dan Pemikiran Islam di tahun 2022 telah merubah institusi/lembaga penerbit dari IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan status IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: Historically, ethics as a vehicle for philosophy was born as a result of the destruction of the moral order in the Greek cultural environment 2500 years ago. Older views of the nature of good and bad are no longer believed, therefore philosophers questioned the basic norms for human behavior at that time. The problem that often arises at that time, what are the norms to determine something that must be considered an obligation? For example, in the area of ethics the relationship between husband and wife, the relationship of children and parents, obligations to the State, ethics in association and the assessment of human lives. These views are very different from each other. To overcome the upheaval of differences of opinion, critical reflection on ethics is needed. The issue of ethics or morality is always interesting to study at any time or in any context. This paper discusses a Muslim philosopher who has a concern for human ethics or morality, namely Mulla Sadra. Moral philosophy offered by Mulla Sadra is often referred to as alHikmah al-Muta’aliyah. Epistemologically, al-Hikmah al-Muta’aliyah is based on three principles, namely first; intellectual intuition (dzawaq or israraaq), second; rational proof (‘aql or istidlal), and third; Shari'a. Thus, wisdom implies wisdom obtained through spiritual enlightenment or intellectual intuition and is presented in a rational form using rational arguments. This wisdom not only provides cognitive enlightenment, but also the realization that changes the recipient's form of enlightenment realizes knowledge so that the transformation of form occurs can only be achieved by following the Shari'a. Abstrak: Secara historis, etika sebagai wahana filsafat lahir akibat dari rusaknya tatanan moral di lingkungan kebudayaan Yunani 2500 tahun yang lampau. Pandangan-pandangan lama mengenai hakekat baik dan buruk tidak lagi dipercaya, karenanya para filosof mempertanyakan kembali norma-norma dasar bagi keakuan manusia saat itu. Persoalan yang sering mengemuka saat itu, apa norma-norma untuk menentukan sesauatu yang harus dianggap sebagai kewajiban? Misalnya, dalam bidang etika hubungan antara suami dan istri, hubungan anak dan orang tua, kewajiban terhadap Negara, etika dalam pergaulan serta penilaian terhadap nyawa manusia. Pandangan-pandangan tersebut sangat berbeda satu sama lainnya. Untuk mengatasi pergolakan perbedaan pendapat tersebut, diperlukan refleksi kritis terhadap etika. Persoalan etika atau moralitas selalu menarik untuk dikaji kapanpun atau dalam kontek apapun. Tulisan ini membicarkan seorang filosof Muslim yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap etika atau moralitas manusia, yaitu Mulla Shadra. Filsafat moral yang ditawarkan oleh Mulla Shadra sering disebut dengan istilah al-Hikmah al-Muta’aliyah. Secara epistemologis al-Hikmah al-Muta’aliyah didasarkan pada tiga prinsip, yaitu pertama; intuisi intelektual (dzawaq atau isyraaq), kedua; pembuktian rasional (‘aql atau istidlal), dan ketiga; syariat. Dengan demikian, hikmah mengandung arti kebijaksanaan (wisdom) yang diperoleh melalui pencerahan rohaniyah atau intuisi intelektual dan disajikan dalam bentuk yang rasional dengan menggunakan argumen-argumen rasional. Hikmah ini bukan hanya memberikan pencerahan kognitif, tetapi juga realisasi yang mengubah wujud penerima pencerahan itu merealisasikan pengetahuan sehingga terjadi transformasi wujud hanya dapat dicapai dengan mengikuti syariat. Abstract

Abstract: The Political Thought  and  Propagation of Hasan  Al-Banna. With the  problem of how  politics  and propaganda hasan Al-banna?  and  how  the  political  contributions and  propagation of hasan Al Banna  in Indonesia? This research is a qualitative  descriptive study. This type of research is library research because this study sought  to assess and  analyze  a character, trying to trace  his ideas  through  the  works,  the  events behind the  birth.  The  results  in this  study  are  the  political  thinking  of Hasan  al-Banna,  there  are  at  least four things,  namely:  ‘Urubah (Arabism),  Wathaniyah (Patriotism), Qaumiyah (Nationalism), and’ Alamiyah (Internationalism). Eight pillars  Politics  Hasan  Al-Banna  is  as  follows:  1)  Integrated between  Islam  and politics (religion and state),  2) Inspired  of consciousness shall liberate  the homeland of Islam, 3) Inspired  of consciousness shall establish an Islamic government, 4) Established the existence of Muslims, 5) Based  the obligation  on  Islamic  unity, 6) Received  regulatory  system,  7) Criticized multiparty  and  party 8) Preserved minority groups  and foreign elementsHasan Al-Banna thought  about  propaganda. Da’wah done  by Hasan  al- Banna is as follows: 1. Forming Jama’ah Islamiyah (Al-Ihkwanul Muslims) 2. Preaching to people who do not go to the mosque to come into their homes, 3. Propagation not only through the pulpit but also through books, newspapers and  magazines, 4. Propagation among  campus. The contribution of Hasan  al-Banna  in politics and propaganda in Indonesia. Hasan al-Banna through the Muslim Brotherhood has spread its network at that time,  also raised  supports and  other  Arab countries to support  the independence of Indonesia. The Muslim Brotherhood’s role in the independence of Indonesia, it can still be traced in the article titled Brotherhood and Indonesia. In the first-order election reform later appeared Islamic parties who use the name Masjumi, such as the New Masjumi Party and the Indonesian Islamic Political Party Masjumi (PPII Masjumi). The influence of the Muslim Brotherhood to the political thinking PKS in Indonesia is very dominant through  the thought  process that is carried by the alumni  of universities  in the Middle East. The Muslim Brotherhood has an influence on political  thinking  MCC ranging  from  the  establishment of the  transform of the  missionary movement / MT becomes a party.

Abstract

Abstract: This article highlights common views that define happiness in a simplistic and shallow way. Philosophical analysis reveals these conceptions to be superficial and fail to capture the essence and true nature of human identity. As Aristotle demonstrates, an authentic human happiness is inherently complex, yet more substantive, profound, and meaningful. This article presents Aristotle’s account of eudaimonia and investigates its pertinence as a corrective to superficial popular interpretations of happiness. To this end, a qualitative study was carried out on Aristotle’s works as well as on supplementary materials drawn from journal articles, books, book chapters, and relevant online literature. Employing hermeneutic text interpretation and theoretical reflection, the research reveals that Aristotle’s model of eudaimonia —grounded in the synergistic interplay of ultimate end (telos), distinctive function (ergon), and virtue (aretē), underpinned by practical wisdom (phronesis)— more fully satisfies the existential demands of happiness and a purposeful and meaningfull life. Far from being an antiquarian curiosity, this classical framework offers a robust corrective to both ancient and contemporary shallow readings of happiness by affirming the rational character of human nature and the depth of a truly flourishing life.Keywords: reductive conceptions of happiness, Aristotle, eudaimonic happiness, plesure-centered morality, hedonism, virtue ethicsAbstrak: Artikel ini menyorot pandangan populer yang memaknai kebahagiaan secara sederhana dan dangkal. Dari perspektif filsafat, pandangan tersebut seringkali bernilai superfisial dan tidak mencerminkan hakikat dan jati diri manusia. Sebagaimana ditunjukkan Aristoteles, kebahagiaan yang manusiawi justru bersifat kompleks, namun lebih substansial, mendalam, dan bermakna. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan konsep kebahagiaan eudaimonis Aristoteles tersebut dan menggali relevansinya dalam merespons pandangan populer yang simplistis tentang kebahagiaan. Untuk itu, dilakukan penelitian kualitatif terhadap karya-karya Aristoteles dan karya lain dari artikel jurnal, buku, book chapter, dan literatur daring yang membahas topik ini. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan teknik hermeneutika teks dan refleksi teoritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kompleks dan klasik, konsep kebahagiaan eudaimonis Aristoteles lebih substantif dan menyentuh kebutuhan eksistensial manusia dalam mencapai kebahagiaan dan hidup yang bermakna. Kebahagiaan eudaimonis Aristotelian didasarkan atas variabel utama, yakni tujuan akhir (telos), fungsi khas (ergon), dan keutamaan (aretē) yang sinergis dengan kebijaksanaan praksis (phronesis). Konsep ini lebih mencerminkan hakikat manusia sebagai makhluk rasional, dan relevan dalam merespons pandangan populer yang memaknai kebahagiaan secara dangkal dan simplistis, baik pada masa Yunani Kuno maupun pada masa kontemporer.Kata kunci: kebahagiaan yang simplistis, Aristoteles, kebahagiaan eudaimonis, moralitas berdasar kesenangan, etika keutamaan

Abstract: Philosophy in Islamic Education curriculum. The world of Islamic education in Indonesia in particular, and the Islamic world in general are still faced with various problems ranging from questions about the formulation of educational goals that are not in line with the demands of society, to the problems of teachers, methods, curriculum and so on. Efforts to overcome these problems are still being made with various efforts. Upgrading of teachers, training, education management personnel and others must be done, but education problems continue to emerge. Efforts to improve such educational conditions seem to need to be traced to the root of the problem which is based on philosophical thought. Philosophy of Islamic education in general will examine various problems contained in the field of education, ranging from vision and mission, educational objectives, fundamentals and principles of Islamic education, human concepts, teachers, students, curriculum, and methods to evaluation in education philosophically. In other words, this science will try to use the services of thought. The fact shows there are many Islamic education mecca that is not yet clear. Islamic education has not yet found its specific format and form in accordance with the religion of Islam. This is not only due to the many concepts of education offered by experts who are not yet clear of Islam, nor because there are not many Islamic education experts who design Islamic education carefully.

Abstract

Abstract: One  of the  effects  of modernization on religious  life is a critical attitude  toward religion. Religion, can  only be accepted if; First, in accordance with the teachings sensible advancement of Science. Second, it could  difunctional in answering the challenges of modernity. Hamka  his popular book  Modern Mysticism, which contains about how to build a happy life as desired by Islam. Thought Sufism Hamka not only meant the tarikat region alone but more than that, it is understood that Sufism in general  can be interpreted according to its roots, which the teachings of Islam itself. The methodology used in this study were (1) the type of research; This type of research is the research library (Library Research) (2) of model  approaches; Hermeneutic, use descriptive text or script interpretative against  Sufism thought  Hamka.  While the  main  source is thought  of Sufism Hamka  as outlined  in his books  are: Modern Mysticism, Sufism development of Century Century and Mysticism development and purification. The thesis concludes that the essence of Sufism according to Hamka is aimed at improving the mind and cleanse the mind. Mysticism offered Hamka modern mysticism  or Sufism is positive based on monotheism. Mystical path  through  the ascetic attitude  carried on the official worship, ascetic attitude,  which does not need to be away from normal  life. So therefore, thought  that dynamic Hamka Modern Mysticism extremely relevant  to today’s modern life for a balance between worldly life and ukhrowi.

Abstract

The background of this research is the secular state, initiated by Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in developing secular ideol- ogy in Turkey. On March 3, 1924 He formally abolished the Caliph on the earth of Turkey. For Mustafa Kemal Atattur, the inter- ference of Islam in various political activities, has brought decline of Islam. Mustafa Kemal promoted secular ideology to creat a new civilization. Therefore, if Turkey advanced and modern, he must leave religion. This study used qualitative approadch with library research method. With the formulation of this problem, namely: how political thoughts Recep Tayyib Erdogan and its development in Turkey and its contribution to Turkish politics. Based on the finding of this study, it can be ancluded that the Recep Tayyip Erdogan‟s thought succeded to change Turkey in to healthy and groving country. With his politeness and skill in politics, Recep Tayyib Erdogan through his political thought, assured the Turkish people that the secularism that had rooted in the time of Mustafa Kemal Attaturk, who abolished Islamic values, Recep Tayyib Erdogan also assured his people that with the Islamic identity, the glory of the Ottoman Empire, an Empire not only strong in defense, but also in the economy as well as making Islam a solution in life (Al-Islam huwa Al-Hall). The contribution of Recep Tayyib Erdogan‟s political thought a) is able to apply Islamic values in the life of the nation b) Islamic concepts combined in politics for the welfare of his people in the Turkish political order and c) and also is able to contribute in creating peace.

Abstract

Abstrak: Strategi Kementerian Agama Rejang Lebong Dalam Pencegahan Penyebaran Radikalisme Di Rejang Lebong.  Artikel  ini  dilatarbelakangi oleh  banyaknya terjadi  kekerasan yang  mengatasnamakan  agama. Jenis  penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Dalam  menganalisis data  digunakan dua  jenis  data,  data  primer  dan data  sekunder, yaitu semua informasi  yang berkaitan dengan penanganan paham radikal,  undang-undang, pendapat para  tokoh,  dan sebagainya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode  pengumpulan data  adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya, kemunculan radikalisme di  Rejang  Lebong  disebabkan beberapa  faktor,  di  antaranya: Perbedaan pemahaman  dan pendapat terhadap ajaran Islam, kualitas pendidikan, ghuluw (ekstrims) dalam pemahaman dan pengamalan agama, jauh dari bimbingan ulama dalam mempelajari dan memahami ajaran agama, para da’i kurang matang dari segi ilmu, kesabaran dan pengalaman dalam  menghadapi tantangan dakwah, dan sikap individualisme masyarakat. Adapun  strategi  yang diterapkan oleh  Kantor Kementerian Agama  Kabupaten Rejang  Lebong dalam  mencegah penyebaran radikalisme tersebut adalah membuat materi  dan  naskah khutbah Jumat, seminar dan bedah buku tentang radikalisme, membina para tokoh agama, remaja Islam masjid, melakukan kerjasama lintas  sektoral  seperti  dengan MUI, safari  Jumat  dan  safari  Ramadhan, dialog  antar  pemuka- pemuka lintas  agama bersama FKUB, dan  meningkatkan pengawasan ulama  dan  pihak  terkait  terhadap perkembangan pemahaman agama yang berkembang di masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) from the perspective of public health and Islamic ethics using a qualitative descriptive approach. The main focus is to examine the program’s implementation concerning national nutrition standards, food safety, and the halalan thayyiban principles as taught in the Qur’an. Data were collected through interviews with MBG managers, nutritionists, and beneficiaries (students or communities). The findings reveal that empirically, MBG implementation aligns with Indonesia’s national nutrition standards and maintains food hygiene and quality, although issues remain in distribution equity and quality control. From an Islamic ethical perspective, halalan thayyiban encompasses not only the physical aspects of food cleanliness and permissibility but also moral responsibility and social trust in public food provision. Using Ian G. Barbour’s framework of science–religion integration, the study concludes that science and religion can synergize to produce more ethical, holistic, and human-centered public nutrition policies. Therefore, this research introduces a conceptual innovation of an integrative policy model that unites scientific evidence, spiritual ethics, and governmental social responsibility to enhance community well-being.Keywords: Free Nutritious Meal, Public Health, Islamic Ethics, Halalan Thayyiban, Science–Religion IntegrationAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dalam perspektif kesehatan masyarakat dan etika Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengkaji implementasi MBG dalam kaitannya dengan standar gizi nasional, keamanan pangan, serta penerapan prinsip halalan thayyiban sebagaimana diajarkan dalam Al-Qur’an. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pengelola MBG, ahli gizi, dan penerima manfaat (siswa atau masyarakat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara empiris, pelaksanaan MBG telah mengikuti standar gizi nasional dari Kementerian Kesehatan dan memperhatikan aspek kebersihan serta kelayakan bahan pangan. Namun, masih ditemukan kendala dalam hal pemerataan distribusi dan pengawasan mutu makanan di lapangan. Dari perspektif etika Islam, penerapan prinsip halalan thayyiban tidak hanya mencakup aspek kebersihan dan kehalalan bahan, tetapi juga tanggung jawab moral dan amanah sosial dalam penyediaan makanan publik. Melalui kerangka teori integrasi sains dan agama yang dikemukakan oleh Ian G. Barbour, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sains dan agama dapat bersinergi dalam mewujudkan kebijakan gizi publik yang lebih etis, holistik, dan manusiawi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kebaruan konseptual berupa model integratif kebijakan gizi yang menggabungkan pendekatan ilmiah, etika spiritual, dan tanggung jawab sosial pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Makan Bergizi Gratis, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Etika Islam, Halalan Thayyiban, Integrasi Sains dan Agama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pemikiran Sir Muhammad Iqbal mengenai pendidikan Islam dalam konteks filsafat progresivisme. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gagasan Iqbal mengenai modernisasi pendidikan Islam yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual, intelektual, dan sosial. Iqbal menekankan pentingnya pengembangan karakter, kreativitas, dan keseimbangan antara aspek fisik dan spiritual dalam pendidikan. Ia berpendapat bahwa pendidikan harus membentuk individu yang ideal, yaitu manusia yang mampu mengharmoniskan dunia dan akhirat. Melalui prinsip-prinsip progresivisme, pendidikan Islam harus bersifat dinamis dan mampu menjawab tantangan zaman, dengan mengutamakan nilai-nilai cinta, keberanian, toleransi, dan kerja kreatif. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru mengenai pentingnya inovasi dalam pendidikan Islam untuk mendukung kemajuan peradaban. Katakunci: Pendidikan Islam, Sir Muhammad Iqbal, Progresivisme, Modernisasi Pendidikan.

Abstract: Discussion of the Spirit is a discussion that cannot be separated from metaphysics. Metaphysics is a part of the philosophy of science that studies behind reality. Metaphysics is a part of philosophy about the nature behind physics (which appears). In reality, the concept of divine metaphysics is not well understood by adherents of the monotheistic sect themselves, even by Muslims themselves. Muslims, as well as adherents of this monotheistic sect, are still fixated on the concept level explicitly and not implicitly, so that much is understood using reason (aqli) and not with the soul (naqli). This causes the spirit of monotheism among Muslims and adherents of monotheism to be doubted, thereby affecting their ability to reflect monotheism in their environment, so that enlightenment regarding monotheism is reduced. This research aims to find out and analyze how to increase monotheism among Muslims and also adherents of monotheism themselves. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative with documentation studies, where the data collection technique uses documentation studies. In accordance with the results of existing research, it can be concluded that there are several ways to introduce the teachings of monotheism to Muslims and adherents of the monotheism sect, where these methods are by carrying out religious and theological education, socializing the values of monotheism, practicing worship. consistently, studying the Qur'an and hadith, increasing awareness and cleanliness of the heart, avoiding heresy and heresy, explaining monotheism on social media and da'wah, as well as conducting religious discussions and dialogue. Keywords: The essence of god in Islamic metaphysics. Abstrak: Pembahasan tentang Roh adalah pembahasan tidak terlepas dari metafisika. Metafisika adalah bagian dari filsafat ilmu yang memperlajari di balik realitas. Metafisika merupakan bagian falsafah tentang hakikat yang ada di balik fisika (yang nampak). Dalam kenyataannya konsep metafisika ketuhanan ini kurang dipahami oleh penganut aliran tauhid itu sendiri, bahkan oleh umat Islam itu sendiri. Umat Islam, maupun penganut aliran tauhid ini masih terpaku dalam tataran konsep secara tersurat dan bukan tersirat, sehingga banyak dipahami dengan menggunakan akal (aqli) dan bukan dengan jiwa (naqli). Hal ini menyebabkan jiwa ketauhidan seseorang dari umat islam dan juga penganut tauhid masih diragukan, sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam merefleksikan ketauhidan di lingkungan mereka, sehingga pencerahan mengenai ketauhidan menjadi berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana cara meningkatkan ketauhidan umat Islam dan juga penganut aliran tauhid itu sendiri. Adapun metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi dokumentasi, dimana teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian yang ada, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa cara yang dilakukan untuk memperkenalkan ajaran tauhid kepada umat Islam dan penganut aliran tauhid, dimana cara tersebut adalah dengan melaksanakan pendidikan agama dan teologi, melakukan sosialisasi terhadap nilai-nilai tauhid, melakukan praktek ibadah secara konsisten, studi al-qur’an dan hadits, meningkatkan kesadaran dan kebersihan hati, menghindari bid’ah dan kesesatan, menjabarkan tauhid di media sosial dan dakwah, serta melakukan diskusi dan dialog agama.
