Maka untuk menghindari kekosongan artikel, maka tim pengelola jurnal melakukan upload ulang artikel secara quiksubmite Manthiq: Jurnal Filsafat Agama dan Pemikiran Islam di tahun 2022 telah merubah institusi/lembaga penerbit dari IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan status IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: Khilafah system is essentially a political discussion, because it discusses the highest position in government, and certainly is a discussion of the concept of government. The Islamic government system is a caliphate system, which has a unique government pattern that is very different from other government patterns. Shari'ah which is applied to realize government, regulation of people's affairs and foreign relations, comes from Allah SWT. Ibn Khaldun is perhaps one of the intellectuals who can be said that way. Departing from direct contact and relations to various conditions and political developments encountered in various places, as well as his analysis of previous history, plus his observations using a sociological approach, making new contributions to scientific development at the time, and opening new horizons for further scientific development . Therefore, it is not wrong if many intellectuals and academics place it as a modern scientist. The problem in this study is how Ibn Khaldun views the concept of Islamic government. The purpose of this study is to describe Ibn Khaldun's view of the concept of Islamic government. The method used in this research approach is a qualitative descriptive method. While this type of research is library research. The primary data source is the core or primary data source namely Abdurrahman Ibnu Khaldun, Muqaddimah Ibnu Khaldun Volume III, while secondary data sources are complementary data sources obtained from books written by other authors or other books relating to the study of figures , title or research problem statement. Key words: concept of Islamic government, Ibn Khaldun, theory of 'ashabiyah. Abstrak: Sistem khilafah pada hakekatnya merupakan pembahasan politik, sebab membicarakan suatu jabatan yang paling tinggi dalam pemerintahan, dan tentunya merupakan pembahasan tentang konsep pemerintahan. Sistem pemerintahan Islam adalah sistem khilafah, yang mempunyai pola pemerintahan unik yang sangat berbeda dari pola pemerintahan lainnya. Syari’at yang diterapkan untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan, pengaturan urusan rakyat dan hubungan luar negerinya, itu berasal dari Allah SWT.1Ibnu Khaldun barangkali merupakan salah satu intelektual yang bisa dikatakan demikian. Berangkat dari kontak dan hubungan secara langsung terhadap berbagai kondisi dan perkembangan politik yang ditemui di berbagai tempat, serta analisisnya terhadap sejarah sebelumnya, ditambah lagi pengamatannya yang menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis, memberikan kontribusi baru bagi pengembangan keilmuan saat itu, dan membuka cakrawala baru bagi pengembangan keilmuan selanjutnya. Karenanya, tidak salah apabila banyak kalangan intelektual maupun akademisi menempatkannya sebagai ilmuan modern. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pandangan Ibnu Khaldun terhadap konsep pemerintahan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendisripsikan pandangan Ibnu Khaldun terhadap konsep pemerintahan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendekatan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Adapun sumber data primer adalah sumber data inti atau pokok yaitu Abdurrahman Ibnu Khaldun, Muqaddimah Ibnu Khaldun Jilid III, sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah sumber data pelengkap yang diperoleh dari bukubuku karangan para penulis lainnya atau buku-buku yang lain yang berkaitan dengan kajian tokoh, judul atau rumusan masalah penelitian. Kata kunci : konsep pemerintah Islam, Ibnu Khaldun, teori ‘ ashabiyah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality in the field, there is a unique tradition done  by the people of Lembak tribe in Semarang City Bengkulu City in welcoming the rice planting is the tradition of Do’a Penyulung. Researchers assume that this tradition has a religious message as well as a moral message. As the formulation of the  problem in this research is the  meaning of the  ethical  meaning of the  traditions  of Doul Pengulung to the  people of Lembak  tribe of Semarang City of Bengkulu  City, how  the  procession of Doula Penyulung tradition  in Lembur  society  of Semarang City of Bengkulu  City, what  is the  meaning of symbols  contained in the tradition  of Do’a Penyulung  In the community of Lembak  urban  village Semarang Bengkulu  City. This research is generally  aimed to know  the  procession of ethical  meaning of Do’a Penyulung  which  is done annually  to the people of Lembak  tribe of Semarang City of Bengkulu  City and  to know  the meaning of the symbol of Do’a Penyulung  in Lembak  tribe society in Semarang urban  of Bengkulu City. For information in the field, the researcher uses  field research type with qualitative  approach. Based  on the results  of research and interviews  conducted by researchers at the location  of the research, the researchers can conclude, the ethical meaning of the  tradition  of Do’a Penyulung  in the  community of Lembak  tribe in Semarang Village, Sungai Serut District Bengkulu City, raised  both hands as high as Head, Head, register and head down,  please permit to the chairman of the custom and the guests,  right leg behind the slightly bent,  local languages and national languages (Eigh Lembak  Language and indonesian), wait From the chairman of customs and the organizers, the division of air siraman Which have been in prayer, gore ingredients in a jar or a particular container mixed one as much as 4 to 7 times, cover words received with regards  and apologies, Pengulung includes, white and black  sticky rice, Red Sugar, Coconut air and  air Shrimp Acid, Jar or Bucket  contains large Eros of Coconut shell, Yellow Cake, Seding leaves In and leaves of Mangosteen, leaves of Serai and Bamboo Aur yellow. All of them  have a religious and sacred meaning for the people of Lembak  tribe in Semarang City, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Abstract : Classical Islamic philosophy is a significant branch of thought that has played a crucial role in the development of knowledge and culture, both in the Islamic world and the West. This study aims to analyze the development of classical Islamic philosophy, the factors influencing it, and the contributions of key figures such as Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, AlGhazali, and Ibn Rushd. The research employs a qualitative approach with historical analysis and literature studies on the primary works of Muslim philosophers. The findings indicate that classical Islamic philosophy evolved through interactions with Greek, Persian, and Indian philosophical traditions while being deeply influenced by Islamic teachings. Muslim philosophers sought to harmonize reason and revelation in understanding the nature of reality, knowledge, and ethics. Their ideas not only contributed to the advancement of knowledge within the Islamic world but also influenced Western philosophy, particularly during the Renaissance. Furthermore, this study highlights that classical Islamic philosophy remains relevant in the modern world, especially in fostering a balanced approach between rationality and spirituality. Thus, this research affirms that classical Islamic philosophy is an invaluable intellectual heritage that provides insights into the relationship between religion and reason, as well as solutions to contemporary social, ethical, and scientific challenges.Keywords: Classical Islamic philosophy, Islamic thought, Muslim philosophers, rationality, spirituality.Abstrak: Filsafat Islam klasik merupakan salah satu cabang pemikiran yang memainkan peran penting dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan kebudayaan, baik di dunia Islam maupun Barat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan filsafat Islam klasik, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, serta kontribusi tokoh-tokoh utama seperti Al-Kindi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Al-Ghazali, dan Ibn Rushd. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis historis dan studi literatur terhadap karya-karya utama filsuf Muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filsafat Islam klasik berkembang melalui interaksi dengan tradisi filsafat Yunani, Persia, dan India, serta mendapat pengaruh kuat dari ajaran Islam. Para filsuf Muslim berusaha mengharmoniskan akal dan wahyu dalam memahami hakikat realitas, ilmu pengetahuan, dan etika. Pemikiran mereka tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu dalam dunia Islam tetapi juga berpengaruh pada filsafat Barat, terutama selama masa Renaisans. Selain itu, studi ini menemukan bahwa filsafat Islam klasik tetap relevan dalam dunia modern, terutama dalam membangun pemikiran yang seimbang antara rasionalitas dan spiritualitas. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa filsafat Islam klasik merupakan warisan intelektual yang berharga dalam memahami hubungan antara agama dan akal, serta dalam memberikan solusi terhadap tantangan sosial, etika, dan ilmu pengetahuan di era kontemporer.Kata Kunci: Filsafat Islam klasik, pemikiran Islam, filsuf Muslim, rasionalitas, spiritualitas

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses changes in Islamic law in the Indonesian constitutional context, including issues regarding the position and existence of Islamic law in the constitutional structure. by considering various social phenomena and facts that occur in society when carrying out actions and actions in accordance with the law. Due to historical facts and Indonesia's long history, Islamic law is an integral part of its journey. Since Indonesia gained independence on August 17 1945, a new era began in Indonesia's legal system. This legal system differentiates colonial law from national law. Because the national legal system does not completely depend on customary law, Islamic law, or Western law, there are many disputes and debates. Consequently, the constitution is an attempt to change something that already exists into something new by incorporating changes and adjustments. The process or effort to transform Islamic law into a national legal system aims to implement normative Islamic law into positive Islamic law, or what is often called positivism of Islamic law into the Indonesian legal system. The relationship between state, law and religion is balanced from a constitutional perspective. In the circle, religion is the most important component, as shown by the fact that the divine principle is the first principle in Pancasila. The following principles are the fiqh foundation for Islamic law: tauhidullah, insaniyah, tasamuh, ta'awun, silaturahim bain annas, justice, and benefit. Abstract

Abstract: This research by using qualitative  research methodologies. The results  of this study concluded that the idea  of religious figures of Islamic theology  in North Bengkulu  looked  sense can  serve to obtain  clarity on the  issues  of divinity in the  importance of reason necessary for aspects of Islamic  teachings are  informed by revelation.  Revelation  is a source of knowledge about  God, good and evil, as well as the obligation  of mankind to do good and keep away evil sense function, without revelation will bringheavy burden in human life. Meaning here, religious leaders in North Bengkulu wearing  traditional  pattern, although the one hand there is the rational or principled Mu’tazila. Thought religious leaders about  human freedom and the absolute will of God, trend  of thought religious leaders in North Bengkulu more directed to understanding of the authority and the absolute will of God, as to which are held by Asy’ariyah understand, because humans trying to be balanced with the absolute power  of God. Human  beings  are  not creation that  freely, but free man  limited  by God as a limited  human being with age. This indicates that humans are limited and everything has an end. Thought religious leaders in North Bengkulu  on qadha and qhadar which  are already  provisions  inviolability, humans could  only surrender and  resignation to God. Thus they tend  to be closer  to understanding Asy’ariyah. Thought  religious leaders on the  nature  of God, they adopts Asy’ariyah, they’ve studied the  attributes of God. By reading  and  realize  their self-interest as human beings  would  study the nature  of God, then  verily Allah can describe it is there.  Factors affecting patterns of thought  religious leaders of the Islamic theology in North Bengkulu,  namely  their learning that be a forum to understand the Islamic faith, boarding schools  in Bengkulu  Utara place  of formal education and non-formal and social situations such as differences in environmental conditions and impact of globalization very closely influence in shaping  the understanding of Islamic theology in North Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: This research discusses the concept of leadership succession according to Ibnu Khaldun which focuses on the process of cyclical change of power and is influenced by social solidarity (asabiyah), military strength, leader legitimacy, economic factors, and external influences. Ibn Khaldun emphasized that strong leadership originates from groups with high solidarity, but the weakening of the asabiyah will cause the downfall of the dynasty and trigger succession. This research also examines the relevance of Ibnu Khaldun's theory in the leadership context of the reform era in Indonesia, where political dynamics are influenced by internal and external factors, including political parties, the economy and social inequality. The research was carried out through a descriptive qualitative approach with library research methods, using primary and secondary sources which included the works of Ibnu Khaldun and related literature. Data analysis was carried out using the content analysis method, which aims to understand Ibn Khaldun's views in the context of political and religious sociology. The research results show that Ibn Khaldun's theory of leadership succession provides a relevant perspective in understanding political stability, changes in power, and the challenges faced in maintaining government in the modern era.Keywords: Leadership Succession, Social Inequality, Reformation Era, Leadership Dynamics Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas konsep suksesi kepemimpinan menurut Ibnu Khaldun yang berfokus pada proses pergantian kekuasaan secara siklis dan dipengaruhi oleh solidaritas sosial (asabiyah), kekuatan militer, legitimasi pemimpin, faktor ekonomi, serta pengaruh eksternal. Ibnu Khaldun menekankan bahwa kepemimpinan yang kuat berawal dari kelompok dengan solidaritas tinggi, namun melemahnya asabiyah akan menyebabkan kejatuhan dinasti dan memicu suksesi. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji relevansi teori Ibnu Khaldun dalam konteks kepemimpinan era reformasi di Indonesia, di mana dinamika politik dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk partai politik, ekonomi, dan ketimpangan sosial. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode riset pustaka (library research), menggunakan sumber primer dan sekunder yang mencakup karya-karya Ibnu Khaldun serta literatur terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis isi, yang bertujuan untuk memahami pandangan Ibnu Khaldun dalam konteks sosiologi politik dan agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori suksesi kepemimpinan Ibnu Khaldun memberikan perspektif yang relevan dalam memahami stabilitas politik, perubahan kekuasaan, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjaga pemerintahan di era modern.Kata kunci: Suksesi Kepemimpinan, Ketimpangan Sosial, Era Reformasi, Dinamika Kepemimpinan

Abstract

Abstract: Critical Theory in Jurgen Habermas' Communication Paradigm. This article discusses the thoughts of Jurgen Habermas, especially his thoughts on critical theory in the communication paradigm. This type of research is literature, using a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, which describes the intellectual history of Jurgen Habermas, the history of the emergence of critical theory in the communication paradigm and Jurgen Habermas's thoughts on critical theory in the communication paradigm. The results of this study indicate that Jurgen Habermas is a second generation philosopher from the Frankfurt school who studies critical theory of communication. His theory started from his predecessor who stated that studying humans is the same as studying nature which is certain and predictable. Even though human nature is dynamic, it cannot be guessed, let alone used as an object. Starting from this condition, Habermas tried to offer his communication theory, so that humans can communicate well when they want to decide something by discussing/communicating. The implications of critical theory of communication in Islamic studies are very helpful for Muslims, especially when someone wants to have a dialectic across cultures, religions and countries. By communicating, it will lead to an attitude of mutual understanding, very high tolerance, not judging each other and not blaming one another. Keywords: Jurgen Habermas, critical theory, communication paradigm. Abstrak: Teori Kritis dalam Paradigma Komunikasi Jurgen Habermas. Artikel ini membahas tentang pemikiran Jurgen Habermas, khususnya pemikirannya tentang teori kritis dalam paradigma komunikasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kepustakaan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif-analitis, yaitu mendeskripsikan sejarah intelektual Jurgen Habermas, sejarah munculnya teori kritis dalam paradigma komunikasi serta pemikiran Jurgen Habermas tentang teori kritis dalam paradigma komunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Jurgen Habermas merupakan filosof generasi kedua dari madzhab Frankfrut yang mengkaji tentang teori kritis komunikasi. Teorinya berawal dari pendahulunya yang menyatakan bahwa dalam mempelajari manusia itu sama dengan mempelajari alam yang pasti dan mudah ditebak. Padahal sifat manusia itu dinamis tidak bisa ditebak apalagi dijadikan obyek. Berawal dari kondisi tersebutlah Habermas mencoba menawarkan teori komunikasinya, agar supaya manusia dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik ketika ia ingin memutuskan sesuatu hal denagn cara berdiskusi/berkomunikasi. Implikasi teori kritis komunikasi dalam kajian keislaman ini sangat membantu umat muslim khususnya ketika seseorang ingin berdialektika lintas budaya, agama dan negara. Dengan berkomunikasi maka akan menimbulkan sikap saling memahami, toleran yang sangat tinggi, tidak saling menjudge dan tidak menyalahkan antara satu dengan yang lain. Kata kunci: Jurgen Habermas, teori kritis, paradigma komunikasi.

Abstract

Abstract: Reason,  Revelation,  And Human  Efforts According to  Jabarites And Qadarites. This  article describes the  views  of Qadarites and  Jabarites about  the  revelation,  reason, and  human efforts.  The method used  is based on  a  literature   library  from  books,  magazines and  articles  related. The  study concluded: first, for Jabarites, reasoning has no meaning, because reasoning is of no use to humans, they are  more  dominant subject to revelation or the  provision  of God in their every activities,  so human just only accept anything  that has  been given by The Creator.  While according to Qadarites, Reasoning is to proportionate the provisions  that God has  made for man,  to contribute to the act of doing, good  or bad. In connection with the concept of revelation,  for Jabarites that the revelation is a source of important and basic to those  that must be followed,  because the verses they are using is a verse to support  the argument they  use.  While  revelation in according to  Qadarites is considered as  to  proportionate their  opinion, because God disposes all human actions,  but humans have a stake in it in order to try and select  it.Finally, in Human  efforts, for Jabarites that no efforts, because everything  he does  has been determined by God. There  is no human power  to do in doing something. however, according to Qadarites that human effort is depend on human beings  themselves and the result depends according what  he has done  without  any intervention from God.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought about a major transformation in the fields of science and technology. However, this progress has also given rise to philosophical debates regarding the epistemological foundations used in its development. This article aims to critically examine two major paradigms in the philosophy of science, positivism and constructivism, and their implications for the development of AI. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach to the latest academic literature. The results of the study indicate that the positivist paradigm dominates the development of modern AI due to its focus on objectivity, empirical data, and algorithmic logic, while constructivism offers a more humanistic approach by emphasizing social values, ethics, and cultural context. This article concludes that an integration of the two is necessary to create AI systems that are not only technically intelligent but also ethical and humanity-oriented.Keywords: Scientific paradigm, Positivism, Constructivism, Artificial Intelligence, Ethics of Technology.Abstrak: Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah menghadirkan transformasi besar dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Namun, kemajuan tersebut juga menimbulkan perdebatan filosofis terkait landasan epistemologis yang digunakan dalam pengembangannya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara kritis dua paradigma utama dalam filsafat ilmu, yaitu positivisme dan konstruktivisme, serta implikasinya terhadap pengembangan AI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif terhadap literatur akademik terbaru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma positivistik mendominasi pengembangan AI modern karena fokus pada objektivitas, data empiris, dan logika algoritmik, sementara konstruktivisme menawarkan pendekatan yang lebih humanistik dengan menekankan nilai sosial, etika, dan konteks budaya. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi keduanya diperlukan untuk menciptakan sistem AI yang tidak hanya cerdas secara teknis, tetapi juga etis dan berorientasi pada kemanusiaan.Kata kunci: Paradigma ilmu pengetahuan, positivisme, kontruktivisme, Arttificial Intelegence, Etika Tekonologi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is an attempt to find out how the method of religious guidance on Drug Addicts at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien  Bengkulu City. The questions to be answered through this research are: (1) How is the religious activity of santri Drug Rehabilitation Rehabilitation Center at Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hidayatul  Mubtadi-ien  Bengkulu  City? (2) How is the  method of religious activity applied  to Drug Addicts in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Hidayatul  Mubtadi-ien  Bengkulu  City?
