Al-Khair Journal: Management Education di tahun 2024 telah menggantikan/merubah nama dari Al-Khair Journal: Management, Education and Law MENJADI Al-Khair Journal: Management Education. Al-Khair Journal : Management Education pernah mengalami kerusakan servers jurnal secara total (di hack) pada awal tahun 2024, yang mengakibatkan semua artikel yang sudah dipublish mulai Vol.1 No.1 2021 s-d Vol. 3 No.2 2023 hilang semua. Abstract

people in Sosiri Village still carry out the tradition of paying maskawin in the form of beads and stone axes (tomako). Originally the beads were imported from Kalimantan, along with the times, and the people in Sosiri Village, then the beads are no longer imported from Kalimantan, but they have found them in their own area, which is in the forest under the trees. Included in choosing beads, certain skills are needed. As for stone axes, at first they looked for stones at times, then they sculpted them into axes, along with the times too, they no longer carve the stone but they used carving machines. In carrying maskawin stone axes and beads, specifically for the children of the head of the hamlet must give both, namely axes and beads, while for the community it can be enough to only bring axe stones. Keywords: Tradition, Maskawin Payment, Sosiri Village Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melengkapi data dan dokumen yang belum terlihat pada penelitian sebelumnya, dengan melihat proses pelaksanaan tradisi pembayaran mas kawin di Kampung Sosiri Kabupaten Jayapura Provinsi Papua Indonesia. Tradisi tersebut dilakukan sebelum calon mempelai laki-laki dan calon mempelai perempuan dinikahkan secara sah agama dan negara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kerja Etnografi, dengan menunjukkan proses pelaksanaan tradisi pembayaran mas kawin. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa masyarakat di Kampung Sosiri masih melakukan tradisi pembayaran maskawin berupa manik-manik dan kapak batu (tomako). Awalnya manik-manik tersebut didatangkan dari Kalimantan, seiring perkembangan zaman, dan masyarakat di Kampung Sosiri ini, maka manik-manik tersebut tidak lagi didatangkan dari Kalimantan, namun mereka telah menemukannya di daerah mereka sendiri yaitu terdapat dalam hutan di bawah pohon. Termasuk dalam memilih manik-manik, dibutuhkan keahlian tertentu. Sedangkan kapak batu, awalnya mereka mencari batu di kali, kemudian mereka memahatnya menjadi kapak, seiring perkembangan zaman juga, mereka tidak lagi memahat batu tersebut tetapi mereka menggunakan mesin pahat. Dalam membawa maskawin kapak batu dan manik-manik, khusus untuk anak kepala dusun harus memberikan kedua-duanya yaitu batu kapak dan manikmanik, sedangkan untuk masyarakat bisa cukup hanya membawa batu kapak saja. Abstract

Abstract:  In the management of educational institutions still creates conflicts, because some leadership is still weak at the level of management, competence and leadership ability in managing educational institutions. The purpose of this paper is not only to map but also to analyze leadership conflicts in the management of Madrasah Aliyah educational institutions in Indonesia. Using descriptive qualitative methods. Data sources from scientific books, scientific articles, scientific journals both print and online, both nationally and internationally. The results showed that leadership conflicts in education management occur because the level of management of educational institutions by some leadership is still weak such as weak in planning, organization, movement, direction and supervision or control. Leadership conflicts also occur because the level of competence or ability of a leader is still weak. Leadership conflicts also occur due to differences in opinions, stances, beliefs, cultural differences, differences in interests, conflicts also occur between superiors and subordinates, even conflicts with students and parents including the community or external parties. Thus it can be concluded that leadership conflicts in the management of educational institutions occur due to weak management levels, competencies and abilities. So it can be suggested that if you want to minimize conflict among the leadership, then improve the management of better educational institutions in Indonesia.Keywords: Conflict, Leadership, Management of Educational Institutions, Madrasah Aliyah   Abstrak: Dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan masih menciptakan konflik, dikarenakan sebagian kepemimpinan masih lemah pada tingkat manajemen, kompetensi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan tulisan ini selain memetakan juga menganalisis konflik kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Madrasah Aliyah di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari buku-buku ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah baik cetak maupun online, baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan terjadi karena tingkat pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan oleh sebagian kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah Aliyah masih lemah seperti lemah dalam perencanaan, pengorginisasian, pergerakan, pengarahan dan pengawasan atau kontrol. Konflik kepemimpinan juga terjadi karena tingkat kompetensi atau kemampuan seseorang pemimpinan yang masih lemah. Konflik kepemimpinan juga terjadi karena perbedaan pendapat, pendirian, keyakinan, perbedaan kebudayaan, perbedaan kepentingan, konflik juga terjadi antara atasan dengan bawahannya, bahkan konflik dengan siswa dan orang tua termasuk masyarakat atau pihak eksternal. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan terjadi karena tingkat pengelolaan, kompetensi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan masih lemah. Sehingga dapat disarankan jika ingin meminimalisir konflik dikalangan kepemimpinan, maka tingkatkan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan yang lebih baik di Madrasaha Aliyah Indonesia.  Kata kunci: Konflik, Kepemimpinan, Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan, Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

Abstract: The use of the storytelling learning method is still difficult among students, because students' interest in reading is still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the use of storytelling learning methods in improving the social behavior of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students in Bengkulu City. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the storytelling method is one of the ways of speaking, providing learning experiences and honing students' literacy skills orally which is designed in play activities and fun for students, useful in the formation of character and good behavior for students. Social behavior is a person's action in the form of the result of relationships between individuals and the surrounding environment. Thus, it can be concluded that the storytelling method is considered effective in improving students' social behavior, because storytelling can make students comfortable, calm and happy and can help students in their imagination. By listening to stories, students do not feel advised and dictated by parents and teachers, but the moral messages conveyed in stories are strongly imprinted in the memory of students and students can behave and behave according to the content of the story. So that it can be suggested to improve students' social behavior, then increase the effectiveness of the use of storytelling methods in learning at madrasas.Keywords: Effectiveness, Storytelling Learning Methods, Social Behavior, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bengkulu City. Abstrak: Penggunaan metode pembelajaran bercerita masih sulit dikalangan siswa, karena minat baca siswa masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektifitas penggunaan metode pembelajaran bercerita dalam meningkatkan perilaku sosial siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode bercerita merupakan salah satu cara bertutur kata, pemberian pengalaman belajar dan mengasah keterampilan literasi siswa secara lisan yang dirancang dalam kegiatan bermain dan menyenangkan bagi siswa, berguna dalam pembentukan karakter dan perilaku baik bagi siswa. Perilaku sosial merupakan suatu tindakan seseorang berupa hasil hubungan antar individu dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bercerita dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan perilaku sosial siswa, karena bercerita dapat membuat siswa nyaman, tenang sekaligus senang dan dapat membantu siswa dalam berimajinasi. Dengan mendengarkan cerita, siswa tidak merasa dinasehati dan di dekte oleh orang tua dan guru, namun pesanpesan moral yang disampaikan dalam cerita kuat terpatri dalam ingatan siswa dan siswa dapat bersikap dan berperilaku sesuai isi cerita. Sehingga dapat disarankan untuk meningkatkan perilaku sosial siswa, maka tingkatkan efektifitkan penggunaan metode bercerita dalam belajar di madrasah.Kata kunci: Efektifitas, Metode Pembelajaran Bercerita, Perilaku Sosial, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher competence in learning still got difficulties in terms of pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence. The aim of this research was to evaluate and analyze learning programs in improving teacher competency. This research used the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) method with primary and secondary data sources. The research results showed that (1) in context, teacher competency is generally quite good, but there were still teachers who could not display their professionalism; (2) learning program input, 20% was not appropriate, 20% teacher competency was not able to make plans. The learning implementation level of 40% had not been implemented according to the program. The learning outcomes evaluation level of 40%  was not in accordance with the plans that had been prepared, the budget and facilities were generally quite available, but they were still quite limited; (3) the process of implementing learning in general was quite good, but there were still teachers whose punctuality was still weak, the application of learning methods, evaluation and monitoring, human resource development, teacher recruitment, and services and innovative creative behavior were still found to be not optimal and there were still obstacles ; and (4) The products or achievements of the learning program were generally quite good, but there were still teachers who had not been able to demonstrate their professionalism. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results of the learning program evaluation in general revealed that teacher competence was quite good, but there were some teachers whose competence was not optimal. Thus, teachers were advised to improve teacher competency and improve evaluation of teacher learning programs in schools.Keywords: Evaluation of Learning Program, Teacher Competence, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Abstrak: Abstrak: Kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran masih mengalami kesulitan baik dari segi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi professional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis program pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) dengan sumber data primer maupun data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) context. Kompetensi guru secara umum cukup baik, namun masih ada guru yang belum dapat menampilkan keprofesionalannya; (2) input program pembelajaran, 20% belum sesuai. Kompetensi guru 20% belum mampu membuat rencana. Tingkat pelaksanaan pembelajaran 40% belum dilaksanakan sesuai program. Tingkat evaluasi hasil pembelajaran 40% tidak sesuai rencana yang telah disusun, anggaran, dan fasilitas secara umum cukup tersedia, namun masih cukup terbatas; (3) proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara umum cukup baik, namun masih ada guru masih lemah ketepatan waktu, penerapan metode pembelajaran, evaluasi dan monitoring, pengembangan sumberdaya manusia, rekrutmen tenaga guru, dan pelayanan serta perilaku kreatif inovatif masih ditemukan belum maksimal dan masih terdapat hambatan; dan (4) Produk atau capaian dari program pembelajaran secara umum cukup baik, namun masih ada guru yang belum dapat menunjukkan profesionalitasnya. Sehingga dapat dsimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi program pembelajaran secara umum kompetensi guru cukup baik, namun terdapat sebagian guru kompetensinya belum optimal. Dengan demikian guru disarankan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan meningkatkan evaluasi program pembelajaran guru di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program Pembelajaran, Kompetensi Guru, Madrasah Tsanawiyah

Abstract

Abstract: The administration of educational facilities and infrastructure has not played an optimal role, so that the quality of education is still difficult to achieve, marked by planning, procurement, maintenance and recording as well as the elimination of goods have not been fully carried out.  The purpose of this research is to map and analyze the role of facilities and infrastructure administration in improving the quality of education in Quran Bakti Ilahi Bengkulu Elementary School. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses Hubermant's theory. The results of this study show that the quality of education at SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi Bengkulu is generally quite good.  This can be seen from the achievement and development of student learning outcomes. From the learning results of SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi students in grade 3 children have been able to memorize 3-10 juz, students are able to read the Quran well in only 3 to 6 months. However, at the level of management of facilities and infrastructure administration, it has not fully played a good role, because there is still improper procurement, maintenance is not optimal, and the recording of facilities and infrastructure does not exist. As a result, the achievement of quality education becomes difficult to realize. So it can be suggested, to improve the quality of education, then increase the role of the administration of educational infrastructure facilities in schools.Keywords: Role, Facilities and Infrastructure Administration, Education Quality, Elementary School. Abstrak: Administrasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan belum berperan secara optimal, sehingga mutu pendidikan masih sulit dicapai, ditandai dengan perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan dan pencatatan serta penghapusan barang belum sepenuhnya dilakukan.  Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peran administrasi sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar quran bakti ilaahi bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori Hubermant. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan mutu pendidikan SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi Bengkulu secara umum sudah cukup baik.  Hal ini terlihat dari prestasi dan perkembangan hasil belajar siswanya. Dari hasil belajar siswa SD Quran Bakti Ilaahi  di kelas 3 anak-anak sudah mampu menghafal 3-10 juz, siswa mampu membaca al-Quran dengan baik hanya kurun waktu 3 sampai dengan 6 bulan saja. Namun pada tingkat pengelolaan administrasi sarana dan prasarana belum sepenuhnya berperan secara baik, karena masih terdapat pengadaan tidak tepat, pemeliharaan tidap optimal, pencatatan sarana dan prasarana belum ada. Sehingga mengakibatkan pencapaian mutu pendidikan menjadi sulit diwujudkan. Sehingga dapat disarankan, untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, maka tingkatkan peran adminstrasi sarana prasarana pendidikan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Peran, Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana, Mutu Pendidikan, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning motivation has created a difficulty in developing early childhood learning models. The edutainment learning model is one of the alternatives to increase motivation for early childhood learning because edutainment learning is fun and not boring learning. This paper aims to map and analyze the increase in early childhood learning motivation through the edutainment learning model. Using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study found that; (1) early childhood learning motivation still tends to be low; (2) the importance of the role of the teacher in choosing the right method in teaching; and (3) edutainment has been used by teachers in increasing the motivation of early childhood learning. Thus it can be concluded that the edutainment learning model can increase the motivation of early childhood learning, so it can be suggested, that if you want to increase the motivation of early childhood learning, then apply the edutainment learning model.Keywords: Learning Model, Education, Learning Motivation, Early Childhood Abstrak: Motivasi belajar telah menciptakan kesulitas dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Model pembelajaran edutaiment menjadi salah satu alternative untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini dikarenakan pembelajaran edutaimen merupakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peningkatan motivasi belajar anak usia dini melalui model pembelajaran edutaimen. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa; (1) motivasi belajar anak usia dini masih cenderung rendah; (2) pentingnya peran guru dalam memilih metode yang tepat dalam mengajar; dan (3) edutainment telah digunakan oleh para guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran edutaiment dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini, sehingga dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini, maka terapkanlah model pembelajaran edutaiment.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Edutaiment, Motivasi Belajar, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Abstract: The learning method used by the teacher is still ineffective, so students still have difficulty memorizing the Qur'an, especially juz 30. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the 3T + 1M method in improving the quality of memorization of 30 students in TPQ Nurul Huda Desa Marga Mulya, Kec. Air Rami, Kab. Mukomuko. Using qualitative methods with data collection instruments, namely observation, interviews and literature. The source of information in this study uses sources derived from journals, books, articles, documents and interviews with authorized parties. The results of this study can be concluded that the 3T + 1M method can help improve the quality of memorization of juz 30 at TPQ Nurul Huda, but with various inhibiting factors such as lack of educators, differences in the ability levels of students and lack of parental participation, and the existence of this program has a very positive impact on both the general public, parents of students and the students themselves. Thus, it can be suggested to improve the pattern of implementing the 3T + 1M method by involving more educators and involving the role of parents through various ways such as providing books that must be filled out and signed by parents in order to prove that parents / guardians have helped students in doing muroja'ah at home.Keywords: Learning Method, 3T+1M, Memorization Quality, Qur'an Juz 30, TPQ Nurul Huda. Abstrak: Metode pembelajaran yang dipakai guru masih tidak efektif, sehingga santri masih kesulitan menghafal Al-Qur’an kususnya juz 30. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi metode 3T+1M dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan juz 30 siswa di TPQ Nurul Huda Desa Marga Mulya, Kec. Air Rami, Kab. Mukomuko. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan istrumen pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber yang berasal dari jurnal, buku, artiker, dokumen maupun wawancara dengan pihak-pihak yang berwenang. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode 3T+1M mampu membantu meningkatkan kualitas hafalan juz 30 di TPQ Nurul Huda, namun dengan berbagai faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya tenaga pendidik, perbedaan tingkat kemampuan santri dan kurangnya pasrtisipasi orang tua, serta adanya program ini sangat berdampak positif baik bagi masyarakat umum, orang tua santri maupun santri itu sendiri. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan untuk memperbaiki pola pengimplementasian metode 3T+1M dengan cara melibatkan lebih banyak tenaga pendidik serta melibatkan peran orang tua santri melalui berbagai cara seperti memberikan buku yang harus diisi dan ditandatangani oleh orang tua santri dalam rangka membuktikan bahwa orang tua/wali telah membantu santri dalam melakukan muroja’ah di rumah.Kata kunci: Metode Pembelajaran, 3T+1M, Kualitas Hafalan, Al-Qur’an Juz 30, TPQ Nurul Huda.

Abstract: Reading interest among students is still relatively low, as evidenced by the library program being positioned merely as a complement and not being empowered or made effective. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the library program in increasing students’ reading interest at MI Plus Nur Rahma, Bengkulu City. It uses a descriptive qualitative method with the CIPP evaluation model approach (context, input, process, and product). Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the contextual aspect of the library program emerged as a response to students’ low literacy culture and the need to strengthen reading habits within the school environment. In terms of program input, the school has provided basic facilities such as a library room and a book collection, and has involved teachers and librarians, although the number and variety of books are still limited and the human resources need improved competencies. In the program process aspect, the implementation has been carried out regularly and in a structured manner through various literacy activities, although coordination and evaluation are still not optimal. Meanwhile, in the product aspect, the program has shown results in the form of increased reading frequency and students’ enthusiasm for literacy activities, although the improvement is not evenly distributed across all classes. Thus, the library program can enhance students’ reading interest. Therefore, it is recommended that to further improve students’ reading interest, the evaluation of the library program in the madrasa should be strengthened.Keywords: Library Program Evaluation, Students’ Reading Interest.Abstrak: Minat baca dikalangan siswa masih tergolong rendah terlihat program perpustakaan masih diposisikan sebagai pelengkap dan tidak diberdayakan serta tidak berdaya guna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di MI Plus Nur Rahma Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks program perpustakaan lahir sebagai respons terhadap rendahnya budaya literasi siswa serta kebutuhan penguatan pembiasaan membaca di lingkungan sekolah. Aspek input program, sekolah telah menyediakan fasilitas dasar seperti ruang perpustakaan dan koleksi buku, serta melibatkan guru dan pustakawan, meskipun jumlah dan variasi buku masih terbatas dan sumber daya manusia perlu ditingkatkan kompetensinya. Aspek proses program, pelaksanaan program telah berjalan secara rutin dan terstruktur melalui berbagai kegiatan literasi, namun koordinasi dan evaluasi masih belum optimal. Sedangkan aspek produk, program telah menunjukkan hasil berupa meningkatnya frekuensi membaca dan antusiasme siswa terhadap kegiatan literasi, meskipun belum merata di semua kelas. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program perpustakaan dapat meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Sehingga dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan minat baca siswa, maka tingkatkan evaluasi program perpustakaan di madarasah.Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program perpustakaan, Minat Baca Siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of an independent curriculum is still difficult to apply to PAI subjects, because the content of the design still overlaps with other subjects. The purpose of the research is to analyze the content of the design of the development of the independent curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SDN 066 North Bengkulu. Using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the content of the independent curriculum design of Islamic Religious Education subjects includes (1) Al-Qur'an and Hadith which contain learning hijaiya, harakat, makhrojul letters, writing, reading and memorizing short letters, (2) Aqidah which contains: pillars of faith and pillars of Islam, (3) Morals which contains: understanding of commendable behaviors, (4) Fiqh which contains: Halan and Haram, Thaharah, Fasting, Sunnah Prayer, Fardhu Prayer. Hajj and Qurban, zakat, and infaq, and (5) SKI which contains: The Story of the Prophets and Messengers, The Hijrah Journey of the Prophet Muhammad, and Khulafaurrasyidin. Therefore, it can be concluded that the content of the design of the development of the independent curriculum in the subject of Islamic Religious Education includes the design of the implementation of the independent curriculum, the elements and achievements of the Islamic Religious Education subject, the pouring of achievements per element into the goals and learning flow made to become a teaching module. So it can be suggested, for the development of an independent curriculum, then increase the analysis of content and curriculum design in schools.Keywords: Analysis, Content of Independent Curriculum Development Design, Islamic Religious Education. Abstrak: Pengembangan kurikulum merdeka masih sulit diterapkan pada mata pelajaran PAI, karena isi desain masih tumpang tindih dengan mata pelajaran lain. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis isi desain pengembangan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 066 Bengkulu Utara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi desain kurikulum merdeka mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi (1) Al-Qur’an dan Hadis yang berisi pembelajaran hijaiya, harakat, makhrojul huruf, penulisan, pembacaan dan penghafalan surat-surat pendek, (2) Aqidah yang berisi: rukun iman dan rukun islam, (3) Akhlak yang berisi: pemahaman terhadap perilaku-perilaku terpuji, (4) Fiqh yang berisi: Halan dan Haram, Thaharah, Puasa, Sholat sunah, Shalat Fardhu. Haji dan Qurban, zakat, dan infak, dan (5) SKI yang berisi: Kisah para nabi dan Rasul, Perjalanan Hijrah nabi Muhammad, dan Khulafaurrasyidin. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa isi desain pengembangan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam meliputi rancangan penerapan kurikulum merdeka, elemen dan capaian mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, penuangan capaian per elemen kedalam tujuan dan alur pembelajaran dibuat untuk menjadi modul ajar. Sehingga dapat disarankan, untuk pengembangan kurikulum merdeka, maka tingkatkan analisis isi dan desain kurikulum di sekolah.Kata kunci: Analisis, Isi Desain Pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka, Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Abstract“This study discusses the essence of zakat as an Islamic financial instrument in the view of Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi. The results of this study show that Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi is one of the contemporary Islamic economists from the mainstream class. Thoughts about zakat are always related to Islamic economics. Zakat is the obligation of the rich, the right of the poor, and the state has an important role in managing it. It contains moral, social, and economic aspects. Zakat is the axis and center of state finance. Its position on the one hand can be a potential source of poverty alleviation, on the other hand it can be a working capital for the poor so they can open up jobs. It can even be used as the last shield for the economy so that it does not sink when consumption capacity stagnates. Keywords; Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi, Zakat, and Islamic Economics Abstrak“Studi  ini  membahas tentang  esensi  zakat  sebagai  instrumen  finansial Islami  dalam  pandangan  Muhammad  Nejatullah  Siddiqi.  Hasil  studi  ini memperlihatkan  bahwa Muhammad  Nejatullah  Siddiqi  merupakan  salah satu  ekonomi  Islam  kontemporer  dari  golongan  mainstrem.  Pemikiran tentang  zakat senantiasa  terkait  dengan  ekonomi  Islam. Zakat  merupakan kewajiban   orang-orang   kaya,   hak   orang-orang   miskin,   dan   negara mempunyai    peran    penting    dalam    pengelolaannya. Di    dalamnya mengandung  aspek  moral,  sosial,  dan  ekonomi. Zakat adalah  poros  dan pusat  keuangan  negara.  Kedudukannya satu  sisi  dapat  menjadi  sumber potensial  untuk  mengentaskan  kemiskinan  di  sisi  lain  dapat  menjadi  modal kerja bagi orang miskin agar dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Bahkan dapat dipergunakan sebagai perisai terakhir bagi perekonomian agar tidak terpuruk ketika kemampuan konsumsi mengalami stagnasi. Kata Kunci; Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqi, Zakat, dan Ekonomi Islam
