In higher education, students are not only required to study in class but students are also required to study independently. Students are not only required to learn academic material but also non-academic material. However, in meeting these demands, students can encounter several obstacles such as difficulty finding references or literature, managing study time well, interacting with friends and lecturers, or self-management. This results in students experiencing academic procrastination. Academic procrastination is a behavior in which you procrastinate a task or an activity in carrying out an assignment but it takes longer than the time allotted (Nisa D.S, 2023). Therefore, this research aims to determine the effectiveness of handling student academic procrastination through self-reflection. This research uses the Academic Procrastination scale instrument with 10 statement items and the Self-Muhasabah scale with 10 statement items. Data analysis uses the product-moment correlation method from Pearson. The purpose of this analysis is to find a correlation between self-reflection and academic procrastination in students. The findings of this research show that the results of the correlation between academic procrastination and self-Contemplation obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.854 and a significance value of p=<0.01, this shows that self-Contemplation influences dealing with students' academic procrastination.

Islamic counseling is one of the providers of education, especially in character education. Character education is needed primarily to help students understand themselves. Development of education related to counseling guidance. This research aims to determine the importance of character education in Islamic Counseling Guidance, in this case both educators and teaching staff can apply it either in the classroom or through providing examples directly to students. Seeing the complexity of the problems that occur, character education should be developed in the context of an Islamic guidance and counseling approach because it will have a good impact. Character development through guidance and counseling services is a process that shapes a student's character so that they become independent individuals. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature review. The results of this research are the importance of embedding character education in Islamic counseling not only in the classroom but also outside the classroom. Character education has an important role in moral formation. Character education according to the Islamic view is a conscious effort made by educators towards students to form students who teach and form morals, ethics, as well as a sense of good culture and noble morals that grow students' abilities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan stress pada Ibu tunggal dan cara pengelolaan stress yang dilakukan oleh Ibu tunggal. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang ibu yang berstatus single mother karena suaminya telah meninggal dan memiliki 3 orang anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya stress pada single mother yang disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal, seperti masalah yang timbul dari anak-anak subjek, keluarga besar suami subjek, dan juga lingkungan tempat suami subjek bekerja. Selain itu Masalah-masalah yang dihadapi subjek selama menjadi single mother adalah masalah ekonomi, masalah psikologis, dan masalah pemenuhan figur ayah untuk anak-anak subjek. Pengelolaan stress yang dilakukan subjek adalah dengan cara mengubah pikiran-pikiran negatif menjadi pikiran positif, berpuasa, dan selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah.

Kesulitan untuk memanajemen waktu dapat menjadi suatu hal yang sangat bermasalah bagi kehidupan individu. Individu yang mengalami kesulitan untuk memanajemen waktu yang dimilikinya terkadang merasa sangat terganggu. Hal itu dikarenakan individu tersebut ingin melakukan banyak hal tetapi merasa waktu yang dimilikinya sangat kurang dan tidak cukup untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas yang ingin dilakukannya. Pendekatan dan konseling behavior yang berfokus pada tingkah laku yang tampak dirasa sesuai untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Pendekatan behavior memandang penyebab dari perilaku saat ini adalah hasil dari segenap pengalaman yang berupa interaksi individu dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Sementara itu dalam konseling behavior yang bertujuan untuk mengubah perilaku, individu dapat mempelajari perilaku baru dan menghapus perilaku yang tidak sesuai karena pada dasarnya perilaku merupakan sesuatu yang dapat dipelajari. Hasil dari konseling ini adalah ditemukannya ketidakkonsistenan klien dalam mematuhi jadwal perencanaan kegiatan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dan kurang mampunya klien dalam menentukan prioritas kegiatan sebagai perilaku yang tidak sesuai dan harus dihapus. Klien menyadari hal tersebut dan berusaha untuk menghapus perilaku yang tidak sesuai dan menggantinya dengan perilaku yang baru.

Dunia kerja tidak lepas dari berbagai masalah. Masalah tersebut dapat timbul dalam 3 level yang berbeda. Yaitu level organisasi, level kelompok dan level individu. Setelah mendapatkan gambaran permasalahan yang dialami oleh pegawai Kecamatan X Kabupaten Malang yang diantaranya adalah stress kerja, konflik kerja, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi, yang dialami oleh hampir semua pegawai Kecamatan X, maka intervensi berbentuk pelatihan berbasis psikologi diberikan kepada pegawai Kantor Kecamatan X adalah pelatihan. Subjek berjumlah 5 orang yang merupakan pegawai kantor kecamatan X. Terdapat perbedaan skor setelah dilakukan intervensi berbentuk pelatihan berbasis psikologi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbentuk psikologi dapat memperbaiki masalah kerja baik dalam level individu maupun kelompok di Kecamatan X Kabupaten Malang.

Happiness is something that everyone longs for, and various ways have been undertaken just to experience it. Happiness is closely related to one's religiosity; when one is able to express gratitude, they can more easily achieve happiness. However, many factors contribute to a person's happiness beyond religion. Based on this, the research question in this study is whether there is an influence of religiosity on the happiness of Institut Agama Islam Tribakti Kota Kediri students. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with Multiple Regression. The independent variable is religiosity, while the dependent variable is happiness. The population in this study consists of 1,597 Institut Agama Islam Tribakti Kota Kediri students, with a sample size of 278 students. The instrument used in this study is a scale based on aspects of religiosity and happiness. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression and SPSS. 21. The results of the study indicate that religiosity affects happiness, and there is a significant influence. These findings have practical implications for Institut Agama Islam Tribakti Kota Kediri. The university could consider strengthening religious programs and providing greater spiritual support for students. By enhancing aspects of religiosity, the university can help students achieve better emotional and psychological well-being.

Anak dengan gangguan spectrum autisme kerap kali mengalami gangguan perkembangan salah satunya kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi seperti kesulitan menyampaikan, menerima, dan memahami komunikasi secara verbal ataupun non-verbal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kefektivitasan daily activity card technique (DACT) dalam meningkatkan komunikasi sosial anak dengan gangguan spectrum autisme. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik intervensi yang digunakan adalah Daily Activity Card Technique (DACT) meningkatkan komunikasi sosial untuk anak dengan spectrum autisme yaitu Daily Activity Card Technique (DACT). Teknik sampling yang mengunakan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 5 anak dengan spectrum autisme yang ada di Kota Blitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perubahan namun tidak signifikan setelah pemberian metode Daily Activity Card Technique (DACT) ( Z = -1761 dan p = 0,78 (p > 0,05)). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Daily Activity Card Technique (DACT) dapat meningkatkan komunikasi sosial pada anak spectrum auisme.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi dzikir dalam mengurangi kecemasan akan penyakit yang diderita pada lansia di UPT PSTW Jombang (Pare).Subjek penelitian adalah lansia di UPT PSTW Jombang (Pare), yang berjumlah 4 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis eksperimen dengan desain pre-test- post-test control group design. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan skala psikologi TMAS. Analisis data menggunakan metode statistik, dengan analisis wilcoxon signed ranks. Dari uji statistik wilcoxon signed ranks test dengan taraf nyata 20% (α = 0.20) diperoleh asumsi signifikan sebesar 0.68 > 0.20, dengan demikian Ha diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh positif antara terapi dzikir dengan penurunan tingkat kecemasan lansia di UPT PSTW, semakin tinggi tingkat terapi dzikirnya maka semakin rendah tingkat kecemasannya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada subyek setelah diberi terapi dzikir. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi dzikir efektif dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan lansia di UPT PSTW.

We frequently encounter students who leave their homeland just to seek knowledge. Students who leave their area and only return home when their assignments are over. The findings and research problems in this study are: (1) the independence of study abroad students both in the cottage and in the boarding house. (2) self-adjustment of migrant students both in the cottage and in boarding houses. (3) the relationship between independence and self-adjustment in migrant students who are in the cottage and in boarding houses. This research is a quantitative research. The sample was 30 respondents from overseas students at the Tribakti Islamic Institute (IAIT) Kediri both in the cottage and in boarding houses. Collecting data using questionnaire method, documentation method and observation method. The data analysis technique used Kendall Tau Correlation with SPSS. From the results of the study, the magnitude of the correlation between independence and self-adjustment was 0.318 and the significance value was 0.016. The amount of correlation above shows that the relationship between independence and self-adjustment of overseas students at IAIT Kediri is categorized as a low positive relationship because the coefficient number is 0.318 with a low or weak positive relationship category.

Vocational high schools (SMK) are educational institutions designed to produce graduates who are mature and ready to face the world of work. However, several factors that cause the increase in the level of career maturity of students are a consideration that must be considered. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of relationship between social support and career maturity and to determine whether there is a significant relationship between social support and career maturity of class XII students of SMKS Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kediri City. This study uses quantitative methods with inferential statistical data analysis techniques. the sample of this study amounted to 77 students using purposive random sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Spearman's Rho correlation using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic version 25 application. Based on the results of the study found that the average grade XII student of SMKS Al-Mahrusiyah Lirboyo Kota Kediri has a level of social support in the moderate category with a percentage of 77% as many as 59 students, and a level of career maturity in the moderate category with a percentage of 74% as many as 57 students, with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and career maturity. The correlation between social support and career maturity is 0.557, which means the relationship is strong.
