Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan metode inkuiri terbimbing di kelas IV SD Negeri 094147 Sibungabunga. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 094147 Sibungabunga. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 094147 Sibungabunga yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada siklus I pertemuan I aktivitas siswa menunjukkan 68,42”o dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 82, pertemuan II menunjukkan 78,617 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 87, dan pertemuan III menunjukkan 78,89Y0 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 84. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus I yaitu pada aspek orientasi, merumuskan hipotesis sederhana, dan merumuskan kesimpulan, aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada siklus II pertemuan I aktivitas siswa menunjukkan 82,63”6 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80, pertemuan II menunjukkan 86,39Y6 dengan nilai ratarata sebesar 83, dan pertemuan III menunjukkan 90,79”6 dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 87. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA di kelas IV SD Negeri 094147 Sibungabunga. Peningkatan aktivitas siswa meliputi aspek orientasi, merumuskan hipotesis sederhana, mengumpulkan data, dan merumuskan kesimpulan.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the learning outcomes of students who have not completed classically in the science subject on light and its characteristics in class V SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I Academic Year 2022/2023. This is because the implementation of learning is still teacher-centered. This study aims to find out whether the learning outcomes of students using the Number Head Together model are better than using the Make A Match model in the science subject on light and its characteristics. This type of research is quasi-experimental. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani L. The population for this study was all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I, totaling 40 students and divided into two parallel classes. Data collection tools used were tests and data analysis used were normality tests, homogeneity tests. , the hypothesis test used was the two difference test. average (test 7). From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that student learning outcomes in the science subject matter of light and its characteristics after using the Number Head Together cooperative learning model in class V SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I Academic Year 2022 / 2023 an average value of 86.93 was obtained and student learning outcomes using the Make A Match learning model obtained an average value of 167.93. So it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in the natural sciences subject of light and its nature were taught using the Number Head Together cooperative learning model better than those taught using the Make A Match learning model in class V SD Negeri 094166 Sidotani I Academic Year 2022/2023.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of science learning at schools, where learning activities are still taking place conventionally, namely dominated by teachers so that students are less enthusiastic about participating in the science learning process and the low science learning outcomes on the subject of the properties of light. In this case the researchers tried to overcome these problems by using experimental methods in the science learning process in class. The focus of the research in this thesis are: 1) What is the learning process by applying the experimental method to improve science learning outcomes on the subject of the properties of light for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 091423 Affd. ill. Bah Butong academic year 2022/2023? 2) What are the results of studying science in the subject matter of the properties of light with the application of the experimental method for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 091423 Afd. III. Bah Butong academic year 2022/2023? This study aims to describe the learning process by applying the experimental method and knowing the results of science learning on the subject of the properties of light by applying the experimental method to fifth grade students at SD Negeri 091423 Afd. III. Bah Butong for the 2022/2023 academic year. In this study used data collection methods in the form of: tests, observations, interviews and field notes. Where tests are used to determine students' cognitive learning outcomes after experiencing the teaching and learning process, observation is used to observe the learning process and to determine affective and psychomotor learning outcomes, interviews are used to determine student responses, as well as to obtain the information needed, and field notes are used to complete the unrecorded data. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research. After the writer carried out two cycles of classroom action research and obtained the necessary data from the existing facts, the researcher can draw the following conclusions: The science learning process on the subject of the properties of light goes through several stages, namely (1) the teacher conducts initial experiment, (2) students observe experiments, (3) students formulate temporary observations, (4) students conduct their own experiments, (6) students are able to apply and give examples, (7) the teacher gives an evaluation. While student learning outcomes in science learning through the application of experimental methods can increase from cycle I to cycle II. Cognitive aspects of learning outcomes increased by 13.9% while psychomotor aspects of learning outcomes increased by 13.8% and affective learning outcomes increased by 10.41%

Abstract

This research was triggered by LKMS's concerns with inadequate training and development execution, a lack of SOPs, awareness of the significance of training and development, which is still not a unit in BMT. The regulatory environment maintains BMT in an unstable condition, affecting the caliber of the unqualified human resources. The purpose of this research was to use the Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (BOCR) approach to identify the many types of insani human resource training and development challenges, as well as the core causes of those concerns. The research method employed in this study is field research using a qualitative approach. Interviews, questionnaires, and documentation were utilized to collect data. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach using Super Decision 2.10 Software was utilized to analyze the data in this study, the findings of this study indicate that the problem of human resource training and development at KSPPS-BMT Al-Makmur is that there is no assistance after the training is given, and the quality of human resources is not qualified in terms of Islamic economics, resulting in several problems between the suitability of theory and practice in the field. One of the causes of this occurrence is the usage of speakers who are simply academics and are therefore less professional. The Covid-19 epidemic has forced the Koperindag Office and other agencies to not carry out training and development adequately, and there is no formal SOP that governs the implementation of training and development for LKMS, particularly at KSPPS-BMT Al-Makmur. Furthermore, based on the results of a pairwise comparison of five respondents using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and the Super Decisions software version 2.10, the results of the analysis of priority aspects with the highest priority are opportunities, namely with a value of (0.296), followed by analysis of priority criteria of benefits with a value of (0.309), opportunity (0.321), cost (0.413), and risk (0.413). (0.46705). While the fulfillment of qualified human resources is the most essential priority of the plan, with a score of (0.268), with the degree of agreement of respondents (W: 0.148) or (14.8%). Based on the findings of the study, the Koperindag Office recommends that BMTs get additional internal training, that mentorship and post-training assessments be conducted, and that the Koperindag Office build a digital platform for reporting for all BMTs in Tanah Datar.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning achievement, student activity in learning Indonesian with Media Pictures. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SDN 096117 Baringin Raya with a total of 25 students, consisting of 12 male students and 13 female students. The variables/factors investigated in this study were student achievement and student activity in learning. The method used in this study is the Picture and Picture learning model with picture media. From the results of this study it was found that the average learning outcomes obtained in learning Indonesian with media images were cycle 1 59, cycle II 66 and cycle III 74. Meanwhile, the percentage of classical completeness obtained in each cycle was cycle 1 52%, cycle II 78 % and 86% cycle III. While the average results of student activity in cycle 1 2.3 with good criteria, cycle II 2.8 with good criteria and cycle III 3.3 with very good criteria. Based on the results of this study, the conclusion is that the Picture and Picture learning model with Picture Media can increase student activity, and students' poetry writing skills. Suggestions for teachers are the Picture and Picture learning model with Picture Media can be used as a reference for the implementation of other learning. It is better for the teacher to carry out self-reflection about the weaknesses in the learning carried out. By using an innovative learning approach, it can increase student activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of science learning outcomes on sixth grade students of SD N 097378 Sibopo with the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model. This research is an experimental research using one group pretest positives design. The research sample was 22 grade VI students of SD N 097378 Sibopo. The technique of collecting data on student learning outcomes uses test techniques with instruments in the form of multiple choice tests with one correct answer. As a follow-up, the collected data was analyzed using the one sample t-test (t-test) to test the effect of student learning outcomes. ipa class VI at SD N No. 097378 Sibopo with tcount 22.51 > ttable 1.72 and is supported by the difference in the average score obtained by students from the post-test score of 76.36 and the pre-test score of 63.00.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan dan mutu pembelajaran di Matematika serta mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan supervisi di SMPN 2 Alalak terhadap mutu pembelajaran di Matematika. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Matematika. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini, para pihak yang bertanggung jawab dapat secara efektif menerapkan Efektivitas Supervisi Pendidikan SMPN 2 Alalak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi yang meliputi program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi kepala SMPN 2 Alalak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, subjek penelitian Kepala Sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada setiap awal tahun ajaran melalui kegiatan rapat dengan melibatkan seluruh personel sekolah. 2) Supervisi dilaksanakan berdasarkan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh tim pelaksana supervisi. 3) Evaluasi supervisi dilaksanakan pada setiap akhir semester. Hasil evaluasi akan dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan apabila sudah mencapai tujuan, sedangkan kekurangan akan dianalisis dan mengadakan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam penyusunan program pada tahun berikutnya. 4) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi adalah guru menanggapi secara positif tentang pelaksanaan supervisi, terjalinnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dengan guru dan kepala sekolah dengan guru dan timbulnya kesadaran guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya.

Abstract

Analyzing the influence of principal leadership, educational facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance is very important because it can help improve the quality of education in an educational institution, namely improving teacher performance, increasing teacher motivation, improving the quality of education, determining the right policies and strategies, and strengthening the management of educational institutions.... This study aims to analyze the effect of principal leadership, educational facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance at SMPN 36 Surabaya. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire to collect data from respondents consisting of teachers at SMPN 36 Surabaya. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the principal's leadership, educational facilities, and educational infrastructure significantly affect teacher performance at SMPN 36 Surabaya. Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while educational facilities and educational infrastructure also have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Thus, it can be concluded that principal leadership, educational facilities, and educational infrastructure are important factors in improving teacher performance at SMPN 36 Surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the science learning outcomes of the Motion System Material in Humans through the Guided Inquiry Learning model with a Scientific Approach for students in class VIII-D SMP Negeri 2 Alalak Barito Kuala Regency. This class action research follows the following procedure: (1) planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. This research took place in Class VIII-D SMP Negeri 2 Alalak, Barito Kuala Regency, the research time from August 23 to October 19, 2022, while the research subjects were 28 students. The results showed that, cycle I teacher activity reached 74.07% with a good category (B) in cycle II increased to 88.89% with a very good category (SB). Student activity in participating in learning cycle I average 67.71% with good category (B) in cycle II increased to 90.63% with very good category (SB). While the learning outcomes of cycle I average value 74.84, in cycle II it increased to 82.66. Learning completeness in cycle I there were only 18 students (62.50%) complete, increased in cycle II to 26 students (93.75%) complete, only 2 students (6.25%) were declared incomplete.
