Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and hypertension are non-communicable diseases whose prevalence continues to increase in Indonesia. Purwareja Klampok 1 Health Center faces challenges in providing appropriate diet program services for DM and hypertension patients. This study aims to develop a web-based diet program information system that can help patients organize their daily menus and facilitate medical personnel in monitoring. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The implementation results show that this system is able to provide personal diet information and facilitate monitoring of patient diet progress.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of BNN RI Public Relations in utilizing social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to disseminate information on preventing drug abuse. Qualitative methods are used with data collection through active participation, interviews, and literature studies, as well as analysis based on normative, ideal, and factual roles according to Soerjono Soekanto. BNN RI Public Relations actively uses social media according to norms and policies, strives to meet public expectations, and has produced various prevention content. TikTok has proven to be the most effective platform with video statement content that attracts users' attention. However, challenges such as negative feedback and limited resources still need to be overcome. It is recommended that BNN RI Public Relations continue to develop digital communication strategies, expand reach, improve content quality, and strengthen collaboration to optimize drug prevention in Indonesia.

Abstract

The coffee shop industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth, including D'Kopikap as one of the businesses facing challenges in managing production and inventory. The main difficulty lies in the uncertainty in predicting the number of sales, which is influenced by various factors such as the type of day (weekdays, weekends, holidays, and promo days) and the time of sale. To overcome this problem, a sales prediction system using multiple linear regression algorithm was developed. System development is carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to accelerate the design and implementation process. The data used in this research is divided into two parts, namely training and test data of 80:20. The results showed that the sales prediction system created was able to provide sales forecasts that could be used to assist production planning and inventory management. Evaluation of the model shows the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) value of 22.48, Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 37.18%, and Coefficient of Determination (R²) of 72.26%. These results indicate that the model has good enough predictive ability to be used in operational activities. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of a better sales prediction system in the future.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has made it easier to access various sources of information, but it has also increased the risk of plagiarism, especially among university students. To maintain academic integrity and the quality of education, plagiarism detection is essential. This study aims to develop a plagiarism detection system using the Knuth-Morris-Pratt (KMP) algorithm combined with the Jaccard Similarity method to measure the similarity between documents. The system is designed to analyze Indonesian-language essay documents in Word (.docx) and PDF (.pdf) formats that do not contain images or tables. The detection process begins with data preprocessing steps, including case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming, to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The system is developed using the Python programming language and the Flask framework. Test results show that the system can detect plagiarism with an average accuracy of 98.66%. The level of similarity between documents is then categorized into three levels: Minor, Moderate, and Severe Plagiarism. This system is expected to serve as an effective tool in minimizing plagiarism practices in higher education and supporting the creation of an honest and responsible academic culture.

Abstract

The computer laboratory at Bengkalis State Polytechnic has an important role in supporting teaching and learning activities, especially in the Informatics Engineering Department. However, the existing web-based laboratory lending system is still limited to basic features, such as data recap and schedules, so it is less than optimal. This study aims to develop a laboratory lending system by adding features for checking availability, inventory lending, and notifications, as well as implementing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) to automate the application development process. The implementation of CI/CD helps developers detect and fix problems faster, increasing productivity and application quality. The results of the study show that the developed system is more reliable, efficient, and feasible to use to support optimal laboratory management.

Abstract

Lembata's traditional souvenirs represent a valuable combination of cultural heritage and local economic potential. Products such as handicrafts, titi corn, and dried fish are well-received commodities, yet their market reach remains limited due to the underutilization of digital technology. This study aims to explore the development of e-commerce as a strategy to expand the market for Lembata’s souvenirs. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through literature review, observation, and interviews. The system was developed using the Waterfall model and implemented with PHP and MySQL. The findings indicate that e-commerce can improve transaction efficiency, broaden promotional reach, and support the preservation of local culture. In addition, digital platforms allow consumers to access products without visiting physical stores. These results imply that successful implementation of digital marketing systems requires training for local business actors, better infrastructure, and cross-sector support to ensure long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) in feature extraction from grayscale images for avocado object identification. The process begins with taking a grayscale image of the avocado object to be recognized. Convolution is applied using a 3x3 horizontal Sobel kernel filter with a stride of 1 to the right, and a ReLU (Rectified Linear Unit) activation function to improve the network's ability to extract relevant features. After the convolution stage, pooling is carried out using the max pooling method to reduce the image dimension while retaining important information, thereby speeding up the training process and reducing the risk of overfitting. The processed image is then flattened to produce a feature vector that is ready to be used in classification. The results of the study indicate that the CNN approach can be used as an effective method for feature extraction and edge detection on avocado objects from grayscale images.

Abstract

At the Indonesian Christian University Toraja Campus, there are approximately 8 cleaning services, which will have difficulty handling trash bins spread across each area of ​​the campus, where the cleaning service not only monitors trash bins, but also has other jobs. This can cause delays in handling full trash bins. Prototype of a Wireless Sensor Network-Based Trash Bin Monitoring System at the Indonesian Christian University Campus. Can be a solution to overcome waste management at the Indonesian Christian University Campus. The design for designing a monitoring system uses the fritzing application. and coding using aurdiuno IDE. Using Wemos D1 Mini As data processing and sending using ultrasonic sensors as volume detectors and using arduino for coding. Testing the tool using Black Box testing, and the test results using the Black Box tool were declared successful and several sensors used successfully sent data and were processed by the server and forwarded to the Web using Arduino coding where the Ultrasonic sensor received data and threw data and was assisted by wemos d1 mini to send data that was already connected to the network.

Abstract

With technological advancements, digitalization in business has become a crucial factor in enhancing sales effectiveness, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Toko Sakinah, which has been operating for nearly 35 years in Bengkalis, still relies on conventional sales methods, such as WhatsApp transactions or direct store visits. This approach limits market reach and operational efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based digital sales system using the Design Sprint method to improve sales effectiveness at Toko Sakinah.The Design Sprint method is applied to develop the system quickly and systematically, focusing on understanding user needs, prototyping, and testing solutions before full implementation. The result of this research is a sales website that facilitates online product ordering, sales reporting, and interaction between buyers and store owners. This website is expected to expand market reach, enhance sales efficiency, and serve as a development model that can be replicated by other MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has a significant impact in the world of education, including supporting the completion of student academic tasks. This study aims to analyze the level of acceptance of students in the Banyumas area towards the use of AI technology in academic activities. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 150 students from various universities in Banyumas. The questionnaire instrument was developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, which includes three main variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention. The analysis was conducted using SPSS through validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that perceived ease of use and usefulness had a significant effect on students' intention to use AI technology. Students feel that this technology is easily accessible and useful in supporting task completion and material understanding. These findings strengthen the validity of the TAM model in the academic context. This study provides implications for technology developers to improve user experience, as well as for educational institutions to more actively encourage the use of AI technology in learning.
