Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis adalah Politeknik yang terletak Desa Sungai Alam Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis terdiri dari 8 Jurusan dan 22 Program Studi dan 83 laboratorium. Pada saat ini pencatatan stock opname dan inventaris yang ada di dalam laboratorium di data di dalam komputer, dicatat secara manual menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Word dan Microsoft Office Excel. Selanjutnya laboran, kepala laboratorium dan Pimpinan tidak dapat memantau siapa saja yang meminjam laboratorium dan barang. Hal ini karena tidak ada pencatatan history terkait peminjaman barang dan laboratorium. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut tim pengabdian masyarakat membuat dan menerapkan SMARTPolbeng Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Inventaris dan Stock Opname di Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis Menggunakan Teknik Labeling QR Code Berbasis Web. Aplikasi SmartPolbeng mempermudah Pengelola BMN, laboran, Kepala laboran dan Pimpinan dalam mengelola data aset BMN di Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis.

Abstract

This research presents the development of a Decision Support System aimed at assisting in the enhancement of palm oil production using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The rapid growth in the palm oil industry necessitates a scientific approach to selecting seedlings with optimal growth potential and yield. In this context, the application of artificial intelligence-based technology, such as decision support systems, is essential in the process of selecting superior palm oil seedlings. The objective of this study is to model the criteria for selecting the most superior palm oil seedlings using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by comparing three criteria: leaflet shape, seedling root shape, and prospective trunk size. The result of this process is a decision support system that displays the value range of each palm oil seedling variety, thus facilitating farmers in choosing the most superior seedlings.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kegiatan akademik mahasiswa dan dosen. Namun, pertambahan jumlah koleksi buku sering kali menyulitkan pengguna dalam menemukan buku yang relevan secara cepat dan tepat. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sistem pencarian konvensional yang hanya mengandalkan judul atau pengarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi buku berbasis algoritma Apriori guna menganalisis pola peminjaman dan preferensi pengguna. Data yang digunakan berupa riwayat transaksi peminjaman buku di perpustakaan, yang dianalisis untuk menemukan asosiasi antar buku. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya aturan asosiasi yang signifikan, seperti buku "Akuntansi BUMDes" yang sering dipinjam bersamaan dengan "Akuntansi Keuangan Menengah: Berbasis PSAK" dan "Analisis Laporan Keuangan". Selain itu, buku "Algoritma machine learning" kerap dipinjam bersamaan dengan "Pemrograman Python Untuk Penanganan Big Data" (confidence = 1.0, lift = 70.50) dan "Pemrograman CNC & Aplikasi Di Dunia Industri" (confidence = 1.0, lift = 47.00), menunjukkan hubungan erat antara bidang pemrograman, data, dan teknik. Nilai confidence sebesar 1.0 dan lift yang tinggi menunjukkan hubungan kuat antar buku. Temuan ini bermanfaat bagi pengelola perpustakaan dalam menyusun rekomendasi buku, strategi pengelolaan persediaan, serta pengaturan tata letak koleksi. Dengan demikian, penerapan algoritma Apriori terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan layanan informasi dan pengalaman pengguna di perpustakaan.

Abstract

Keamanan data transaksi merupakan aspek krusial dalam sistem e-commerce, khususnya bagi pelaku usaha kecil menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Blowfish dengan mode Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) dan panjang kunci 160-bit guna meningkatkan keamanan data transaksi penjualan. Algoritma Blowfish dipilih karena efisien dan mendukung penggunaan Initialization Vector (IV) acak yang memperkuat proteksi terhadap serangan pattern dan dictionary. Data transaksi pelanggan dan pembayaran disimpan dalam bentuk ciphertext menggunakan OpenSSL. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 20 data transaksi menggunakan serangan dictionary berbasis OpenSSL, dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa data tidak dapat didekripsi, membuktikan efektivitas pendekatan ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Blowfish CBC 160-bit dengan IV acak mampu memberikan perlindungan kuat dan efisien dalam konteks aplikasi e-commerce untuk UMKM. Abstract

In the face of rapid economic and technological change, building a robust partnership ecosystem is essential to ensure inclusive and sustainable development, particularly in regions with strong resource-based economies such as Riau Province, Indonesia. As the largest palm oil–producing region in the country, Riau plays a pivotal role in Indonesia's agricultural landscape. However, its significant economic growth—mainly driven by the palm oil industry—has not translated into equitable outcomes for rural communities, especially smallholder farmers and the sustainability of education for farmers' children. This study aims to develop an integrated framework that strengthens multi-stakeholder partnerships to foster innovation and empower farmers based on regional potential. The research adopts foresight methodology and system dynamics to model strategic scenarios. Data were analyzed through horizon scanning, focus group discussions, and simulation techniques. The results highlight persistent gaps in employment absorption, rural unemployment, and limited access to innovation and vocational training. Over half of surveyed enterprises indicated plans to enhance digital infrastructure and adopt artificial intelligence (AI). The study concludes that inclusive partnerships, vocational education aligned with industrial needs, and technology adoption are key to empowering farmers, diversifying the economy, and enhancing regional resilience.

Abstract

  Dai is a person who is a social mobilization agent who helps the community in developing morals and becomes a liaison between the government and society to create a religious and harmonious life. The problems that occur in the process of reporting dai activities still use manual methods, take a lot of time, are less efficient, and are difficult to monitor in a timely manner. To solve this problem, an Android-based reporting system was created to assist dai in the reporting process. Extreme Programming was chosen as a system development method because this method is suitable for handling changing user needs. This system development uses the Laravel framework for the backend, Flutter for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. Testing is carried out using the black box testing method to ensure each feature, including reporting, user data management, and report monitoring, functions according to specifications. The research results show that the system developed is able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting on dai activities, replacing less practical manual methods. In addition, this application allows sub-district and village coordinators to compile reports in real-time, making it easier to monitor and evaluate programs.

Abstract

Many consumers rarely read nutrition labels on food packaging due to difficulty understanding the information. This research develops a mobile application that can scan nutrition labels using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to address this issue. The application was developed using Flutter and RAD methodology. Its main features include nutrition label scanning, health monitoring, and alerts when consumed nutrients exceed recommended limits based on age and health conditions. From testing results, OCR accuracy reached 74% for text detection and 72% for nutritional value identification. The highest accuracy of 90% was achieved under bright lighting conditions with flat labels. However, accuracy dropped dramatically to 47% with curved labels or poor lighting. Other features such as login, user profile, health monitoring, and scanning history all function properly. The developed application is expected to help consumers more easily read and understand nutritional information on food labels. Future development requires enhanced OCR algorithms to detect text more accurately under various lighting conditions and image capture angles.
