Abstract

The lulongganda ritual is usually carried out by the people of Benua Village, this custom is an event that is carried out when the community has carried out the harvest and is about to open new land, then the community performs this ritual as a form of expression of prayer requests as well as their form of gratitude regarding the abundant harvest and without any disturbance, thanks to the implementation of the lulongganda ritual activity. In the implementation of the traditional lulongganda ritual, there are still many implementations that must be studied in Islamic law, therefore if we do something, it cannot be separated from the guidance and instructions that exist and are justified according to Islam, because religion is not a tool, but completely Religion does not oppose custom, as long as it does not conflict with the principles that have been justified by religion. While the implementation is not by Islamic law, namely: community expectations for the implementation of the lulongganda ritual, the implementation of mombaka okanda, the implementation of mosehe ndiolu.

Abstract

In this day and age there is a lot of adultery, especially among young people, we often hear news around us or on social media, that a man has committed adultery with a woman who is not his makhram then the woman is pregnant with the man and they both have no marriage relationship with someone else or both were still single, then they both got married to cover their disgrace. It is not uncommon to hear news of a man having an illicit relationship with a woman who is not his wife and even getting pregnant from the illicit relationship while they already have a legal marriage relationship with their respective partners. So there is a polemic among the people about the law of the lineage of the child, can his lineage be attributed to his biological father while he was born outside a legal marriage relationship?

Abstract

Humans are formed from the process of evolution according to Charles Darwin. The process of the creation of humans from the point of view of the theory of evolution put forward by a famous scientist named Charles Robert Darwin, who stated that humans were the evolution of ape species or a kind of short-tailed monkey. there is a book entitled ‘On The Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or The Preservation of Favored Racesin The Strungle for Life’ which states that humans came from a revolutionary ape species from a very long time ago.
