<![CDATA[Abstrac.This research investigates the impact of acquisitions on company financial performance. By analyzing financial data of a number of companies that have undergone acquisition process, this research aims to assess changes in key financial indicators such as net profit, revenue and cash flow. The research method for this research is a literature review to find information on financial reports and company performance. The impact caused by post-acquisition is that the company's financial performance has increased, especially profitability and activity. However, the aspects of liquidity and solvency did not experience significant changes. There were no negative changes in the company's financial performance. The findings of this research can provide insight into the effectiveness of merger and acquisition strategies in increasing or decreasing a company's financial performance. Managerial implications and recommendations for stakeholders will be discussed in the context of the results of this research.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.]]>

<![CDATA[The Bandung City Government ordered after this long dry season to anticipate floods in the coming rainy season by carrying out several programs from the Rain Mapag Activities, one of which is a waste management program, which will be held from 9 October-31 October 2023. The Acting Mayor of Bandung invites all sub-districts Bandung City to participate in carrying out Rain Mapag Activities to Mitigate Flood Disasters. Including Rancasari Subdistrict, they also gave orders to participate in supporting this government program to all subdistrict employees under the leadership of Rancasari Subdistrict, one of which is Cipamokolan Subdistrict. Cipamokolan Subdistrict has participated in and participated in the Rain Mapag Activity through a program for cleaning rubbish and water channels, and sorting rubbish to waste management, after doing it for 1 month. The results of interviews and giving questionnaires to 10 respondents. Gober employees, have The change in value from before carrying out the waste management program at the Rain Mapag Activity to after doing it, that the value of the respondents increased to a positive thing from all the questions given amounting to 275 out of 220, and 932 out of 689 interview questions. Which means that the Rain Mapag Activity through the Management Program This waste management program in the Cipamokolan Subdistrict area will be effective in its implementation for 1 full month in October 2023, after the rainy season comes, there will be minimal flooding and the river will not overflow onto the main road.]]>

<![CDATA[The digital age is evolving quickly right now. The surge in electronic transactions has also caused customers to migrate to online shopping, specifically e-commerce. Customers are interested in purchasing when engaging marketing content is available, and they are also less likely to hesitate when purchasing from well-known brands. This study looks at factors related to content marketing, brand perception, decisions, and purchases that are influenced by purchase intention. Data was gathered via a Google Form survey from 100 respondents. analysis of data with the SEM smartPLS 3.0 program. The study's findings indicate that while brand image has no effect on decisions to buy, marketing content does affect interest and interest in buying influences decisions to buy. Purchase interest is not a mediator between decisions and the impact of marketing information.]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of changing market dynamics and increasingly complex business competition, where employee performance factors become crucial for the company's success. The novelty of this research lies in exploring the contribution of organizational citizenship behavior and work discipline to employee performance in the context of local companies. This research aims to explore and analyze the dynamics of employee performance at CV. Dadi Djoyo Malang with a focus on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Discipline. The research method used is quantitative by collecting data through surveys using questionnaires to CV employees. Dadi Djoyo Malang. Data analysis was carried out using a statistical approach to identify the relationship between OCB, work discipline and employee performance. The findings of this research indicate that OCB and work discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance at CV. Dadi Djoyo Malang. The implications of this research point to the importance of companies paying attention to and developing organizational citizenship behavior and improving employee work discipline to achieve optimal performance. This study contributes to the context of improving employee performance in local companies as well as becoming a reference for management in adopting relevant and effective policies to increase the company's competitiveness.]]>

The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 70 people.
