Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk melakukan pengujian dimana stres kerja memediasi pengaruh work family conflict terhadap burnout pada pegawai pemerintah non pegawai negeri di politkenik pelayaran sumatera barat, sehingga nantinya akan dapat membantu politkenik pelayaran sumatera barat untuk mengatasi masalah burnout dan stres kerja. penelitian ini memamakai metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 52 responden yang merupakan pegawai non pns. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Smart PLS yang berguna mencari adanya pengaruh antar variabel dengan mediasinya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh work family conflict terhadap stres kerja, tidak adanya pengaruh work family conflict terhadap burnout, tidak adanya pengaruh stres kerja terhadap burnout, stres kerja tidak dapat menjadi pemediasi pengaruh work family conflict terhadap burnout.Kata Kunci: Work Family Conflict, Stres Kerja dan Burnout

Abstract

Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Arita Prima Indonesia, Tbk cabang provinsi Sumatera Barat. Adapun variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan, sementara variabel independen adalah lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang diisi oleh karyawan PT. Arita Prima Indonesia, Tbk cabang provinsi Sumatera Barat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 4 temuan, yaitu: 1) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 2) stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terjhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 4) lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Sementara dilihat dari kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen diperoleh 0,728 atau 72,8% dan 27,2% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Companies that have the potential will continue to improve by making innovations, being creative and innovating. So that it is expected to obtain qualified funding. This qualified funding will certainly be referred to by looking at the corporate governance structure and the level of underpricing for companies conducting Initial Public Offering (IPO). In achieving the company's goals, many theories put forward by experts. One of them is signaling theory. This theory explains that the existence of a good corporate governance structure, when a company conducts an IPO. This is a positive signal for investors to get involved in a company. Important points in corporate governance include the number of commissioners, dependent commissioners, ownership concentration and institutional ownership. The method used is comparative causal research using multiple regression analysis. Sample 62 observations in companies that have IPO from 2011 to 2016. The results show the number of members of the board of commissioners, the level of independence of the board of commissioners has a significant effect on underpricing. however, the concentration of ownership and institutional ownership has no significant effect on underpricing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality, service quality and trust have on customer loyalty on Honda Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Hayati Scoopy Pratama Mandiri. The data collection method in this study was using a questionnaire, the population and sample in this study were 90 respondents. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant effect between product quality and customer loyalty. (b) there is a positive and significant effect between service quality and customer loyalty. (c) there is a positive and significant effect between trust and customer loyalty. Then based on the joint hypothesis test (F test) it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between there is a positive and significant influence between product quality, service quality and trust on customer loyalty. Abstract

Objective. This research was conducted on Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Padang, where this study aims to deremine the mediation of job satisfaction which has an impact on employee performance by organizational communication, organizational commitment and work discipline. Research Method. This study uses a quantitative method through a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 91 employees using a census sampling technique where the entire population was sampled. Results. There is a significant positive effect of organizational communication on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction can’t mediate the effect of communication organizational on employee performance, job satisfaction can’t mediate the effect of commitment organizational on employee performance and job satisfaction can’t mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Conclusion. It turns out that job satisfaction has not been able to mediate communication, commitment, and work discipline and their impact on employee performance. In the future, job satisfaction needs to be investigated further and look for other mediations that can affect the variables studied by the authors.

Abstract

The background of this research, the existence of stock price fluctuations which makes investors must be observant in analyzing stock prices. Otherwise, investors will suffer huge losses. In addition, increases in inflation, the rupiah exchange rate, and book rates are among the factors that affect stock prices, so that stocks become out of control and continue to increase. The objectives of this study are 4, namely to analyze the inflation rate on stock prices, the rupiah exchange rate for stock prices, interest rates on stock prices, and finally to analyze together the influence of inflation rates, rupiah exchange rates, and interest rates on stock prices. especially for companies listed on the LQ45 Index. This type of descriptive quantitative research with purposive sampling method of sampling at the LQ45 company which consists of 45 companies, in order to obtain 225 observations for each variable. The data source for the company's annual report uses the data analysis technique, namely panel data regression. The results of the research that have been done can be concluded that partially inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates have a significant and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously both have an influence on stock prices and have an adjust R Square value of 88.93% and 11.07% influenced by other factors not present in this study.

Abstract

Observations by researchers in the field found that there were employee complaints regarding the workload and compensation carried out at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital and a lack of organizational commitment, causing a decrease in employee work productivity at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital, so it is necessary to conduct research on the effect of workload and compensation on work productivity through employee commitment as a mediating variable. This study consists of three independent variables, namely workload and compensation and one variable of work productivity and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The analytical method used is path analysis. The method of data collection in this study was to use a questionnaire filled out by respondents, namely employees of the Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. The results obtained based on the Partial Test (t test) obtained: there is a significant effect of workload on organizational commitment, there is a significant effect of compensation on organizational commitment, there is a significant effect of workload on work productivity, there is a significant effect compensation on work productivity, there is a significant effect of organizational commitment on work productivity, organizational commitment cannot mediate the effect of workload on work productivity, organizational commitment cannot mediate the effect of compensation on work productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai variabel Intervening Pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) model 1 diperoleh: (a) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2,677 > t-tabel 1,669. (b) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, 5,054 > t-tabel 1,669. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) model 2 diperoleh: (a) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Iklim organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 3,842 > t-tabel 1,669.(b) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2,093 > t-tabel 1,669 (c) Terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 0,325 < t-tabel 1,669. Dengen demikian pengaruh Iklim organisasi dan komitmen organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai variabel Intervening tersebut sudah layak dan benar.
