Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

The results of this study is debt to equity ratio and return on assets simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, partially the debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and return on assets has a significant positive effect on stock prices in listed food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.]]>

The research was conducted on consumers who bought Yamaha products in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data analysis used multiple and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the research showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decision.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the influence of interest rates, inflation and GDP, both simultaneously and partially, on the US dollar exchange rate on the rupiah exchange rate. The sampling technique in this research was carried out by purposive sampling. The sample used in this research is the exchange rate. This exchange rate is widely used in international trade by Indonesia. Data analysis in this research is quantitative. Using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of the tests carried out revealed the fact that interest rates, inflation and GDP simultaneously had an influence on the movement of the dollar exchange rate against the rupiah.]]>

<![CDATA[Shop and Drive is one of the retail spare parts service companies facing challenge in achieving sales tergets. The problem arises from a lack of customer loyalty dua to dissatisfaction with the received service, not meeting their expectations. This situation necessities Shop and Drive Radio Dalam to enhance service quality by providing excellent customer service to achieve optimal renenue. Customer satisfaction is measured using the Serqual method. To prioritize areas for omprovement, improvtance performance analysis is employed. The results of improvtance performance analysis are utilized as the basis for improvement through the quality function deployment method. Based on the quality function deployment results, improvement actions are identified, including performance evaluation, regular training emphasizing SOP implementation, offering a more comprehensive spare parts inventory, and enhancing understanding of delivering excellent service. The improvements led to increased customer satisfaction across all attributes. The analysis comparing sales performance before and after the enhancements increase in sales achievements.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the quality of raw materials on product quality at PT. Menjangan Sakti, the influence of the production process on product quality at PT. Menjangan Sakti and the quality of raw materials and production processes simultaneously on product quality at PT. Menjangan Sakti. The number of samples in this study were 88 respondents. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that the quality of raw materials and the production process simultaneously had a significant effect on product quality, because the quality of raw materials was maintained in terms of room temperature according to the type of raw materials stored and the production process where workers worked according to applicable regulations. The quality of raw materials has a positive effect on product quality. This shows that the quality of raw materials that are maintained in terms of room temperature according to the type of raw material stored can improve product quality. The production process has a positive effect on product quality. This shows that the workforce working according to the applicable regulations can significantly improve product quality.]]>

The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on work productivity of employees at the Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, PT Pertamina Retail. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analysis model used linear regression either partially or simultaneous. The population in this study were 52 employees of the Bekasi SPBU Operator Section, Ahmad Yani. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled totaling 52 employees. The result work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Pertamina Retail's Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, either partially or simultaneous.]]>
