Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Kita in Badung, Bali. The data collection method is survey method using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation had a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of performance appraisal and motivation the work productivity of employees at the HR Department of Dr. National General Hospital. Cipto Mangunkusumo. Using a saturated sample/census by taking the entire population, so that the sample taken is all employees in the HR department of Dr. RSUP. Cipto Mangunkusumo. In collecting data the researchers used a questionnaire method. 1) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is no effect of performance appraisal on work productivity. 2) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an effect of work motivation on work productivity. 3) The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is an effect of performance appraisal and work motivation simultaneously on work productivity.

Abstract

Market needs and wants that move dynamically change rapidly and continuously, companies must be more creative in interpreting the threats and opportunities that exist in the market through the utilization of the company's strengths and capabilities. Cosmetics in Indonesia continues to experience increasing demand for cosmetics, which encourages many cosmetic industries to continue to compete in creating products with the advantages possessed by each company and innovations that can attract purchasing decisions. Local cosmetic products and equipment that are widely available in supermarkets, department stores, cosmetic centers as well as those offered from the internet are increasingly diverse and the choices are increasingly varied. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of brand image and eworm on customer loyalty using Emina cosmetic products. The method used is quantitative method using regression analysis. This study involved 50 research respondents. The results of the study reveal that there is a partial or simultaneous influence of brand image and eworm on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of education and training on the work productivity employees at PT. BCA KCU Kalimalang. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that in simultaneous or partially ways, education and training had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity employees at PT. BCA KCU Kalimalang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction through work motivation as a mediating variable. This study was designed as an empirical study to test the hypothesis and was designed as a cross-sectional study. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and path analysis. Meanwhile, to test the instrument is done through the validity test and reliability test. The results of the regression analysis show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of path analysis show that organizational culture and organizational commitment have an effect on job satisfaction, but different from organizational commitment to job satisfaction, motivation does not provide mediation support.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of compensation and work stress on the employee work satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in Cipinang Class I Jail, Jakarta. This study was conducted using a saturated sample. The analysis tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The test result showed that 1) Compensation had a positive and significant impact on work satisfaction meaning that the increasing compensation increased employee satisfaction. 2) Work stress had a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction meaning that the increasing work stress would also increase employee work satisfaction. 3) Compensation had a positive and significant impact on employee motivation meaning that the increasing compensation increased employee motivation. 4) Work stress had no positive yet insignificant impact on employee motivation meaning that increased employee stress caused work satisfaction to not necessarily increase. 5) Work motivation had a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction meaning that increasing motivation increased employee work satisfaction. 6) Work motivation mediated work compensation had a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction meaning that the motivation given by the leaders could increase work satisfaction. 7) Work motivation did not mediate work stress and was insignificant for employee work satisfaction meaning that work motivation did not necessarily affect employee work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee performance which is influenced by work discipline directly or indirectly through the work environment as an intervening variable at PT Nobi Putra Angkasa. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling technique using a census. Method of analysis using path analysis techniques The results showed that 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work environment. 4) Employee performance is not influenced by work discipline through the work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent and creativity on the entrepreneurial spirit of the customers of the Jatimakmur branch of the Anugrah Mega Mandiri Cooperative. Data collection uses a questionnaire, and the method of analysis uses simultaneously and partially linear regression. The results showed that talent has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit, creativity also has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit. Simultaneously, talent and creativity show significant results for the entrepreneurial spirit of the customers of the Jatimakmur branch of the Anugrah Mega Mandiri Cooperative.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, emotional intelligence, and work stress on counterproductive work behaviour of employees at PT Hardcase Galeri Indonesia. The data collection method is survey method using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that leadership style, emotional intelligence, and work stress had a significant influence on counterproductive work behaviour.

The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline and work environment are proven to have a partially significant influence on employee performance at PT. Panca Samudra Gresik. These results can be interpreted that the existence of work discipline and work environment can improve employee performance at PT. Panca Samudra Gresik.
