Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

To describe product quality, promotion and customer purchasing decision products of PT. Sayap Mas Utama, and to analysis the effect of quality products on customer ourchasing decisions PT. Sayap Mas Utama. This study uses data collection methods. Using a questionnaire, the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, simple liner regression. The result of the study show that promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction the quality of service has a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction PT. Sayap Mas Utama.

To determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran, amounting to 30 people. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population are sampled, because the relative number is small, while the data analysis method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran.

This study aims to analyze the effect of total quality management on cost efficiency at EMP Malacca Strait, the influence of just in time on operational performance at EMP Malacca Strait and total quality management and just in simultaneously on operational performance at EMP Malacca Strait. The number of samples in this study were 78 respondents. The analysis technique uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that total quality management and just in time simultaneously had a significant effect on operational performance because total quality management was maintained in terms of teamwork. According to the employees doing work with full responsibility and supported by the standard of time used to support control of production costs. Total quality management has a positive effect on operational performance. This shows that total quality management that are maintained in terms of teamwork according to the employees doing work with full responsibility can improve operational performance. Just in time has a positive effect on operational performance. This shows that the standard of time used to support control of production costs can significantly improve operational performance.

To determine the effect of service quality and product quality on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the customers of Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch, with the criteria being at least 17 years old, with a sample of 80 people with incidental sampling techniques. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous service quality and product quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara, Karawang Branch.

This study aims to determine the effect of work and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods with interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used was simple multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work goals and work environment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV.

The purpose of this research is to discover whether there is an effect of training and career development on employee performance either simultaneously and partially. This study is also to compare and improve the results of previous studies. This study was conducted on 63 respondence at PT. Interpak Global Canindo. Data acquisition was using questionnaire with Likert scale. The sampling technique was using saturated samples. From the result, it was found the fact that training and career development simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. furthermore, training and career development partially also had a significant effect on employee performance.

During the pandemic of COVID-19, many businesses have been falling and have a declining revenue. By gathering information samplings through online surveys consisted of thirty-two respondents and the usage of Chi-square quantitative analysis data method, the study was conducted by finding out its effect on income during the pandemic. The independent variables consisted of business income before the pandemic, the loans, and the BPUM used to see the correlation with the dependent variable. The findings show that the independent variables had a statistically significant influence on the dependent variable in parallel.

The purpose of this study is to analyze stock prices are influenced by earnings per share through debut to equity at PT. Unilever Tbk. This study is a causal associative study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are companies engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of household consumer goods, beverages and food from 2013-2020 listed on the IDX. This sampling used purposive sampling technique and PT. Unilever Tbk as the research sample in this study. The data collection technique was taken from the idx website. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis model test. The results of the study show that the direct effect of partially EPS on stock prices has a positive and significant effect, DER on stock prices has a negative and significant effect, while EPS on DER has a negative and significant effect while the indirect effect of EPS on stock prices through DER has a significant effect.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Regional Office, totaling 46 people and all of them were sampled, because the numbers were relatively small. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneous motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota.
