Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of trading volume, dividend yield, debt to equity ratio and interest rate to stock price volatility companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of year 2017-2019. The populations of this study are all agriculture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of year 2017 to 2019. It obtained only seven companies samples from total population with technique purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is smartPLS software. The results showed that the volatility of the stock price can by earning per share, net profit margin, price to book value, price earning ratio, return on equity, and trading volum,. Net profit margin, price to book value and trading volume have significant effect on stock price volatility while the rest of variables stated otherwise.

Abstract

To determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on teacher performance SDN Kelasional Bintara, West Bekasi District. Descriptive research methods, verification analysis.. Primary data types by giving questionnaires to teachers, simple linear regression analysis method and multiple. Result simultaneous work motivation and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SDN Kelasional Bintara, West Bekasi District, while partially both work motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of teacher employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the financial performance of PT Blue Bird Tbk based on financial ratios consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency, activity, and profitability. The research method used is through a quantitative approach. To support this research, data methods were carried out which included literature study and data analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the liquidity and solvency ratio of PT Blue Bird Tbk is quite good. However, the company's activity and profitability ratios show a poor rating compared to the industry average

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of human capital, creativity and organizational performance at Krisnadwipayana University. The research method used in this study using quantitative methods can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. Researchers who use a quantitative approach will test a theory by detailing specific hypotheses, then collect data to support or refute these hypotheses. The approach to be used in this research is a quantitative analysis approach based on statistical information. This study shows that the effect of human capital on creativity has a significant effect, the effect of human capital based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, the effect of creativity based on the test results has a significant effect on organizational performance, and the effect of human capital through creativity does not affect organizational performance. because the existence of creativity as a mediating variable does not make the role of human capital increase in organizational performance.

Abstract

To analyze the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Reswara Abadi ingredients are taken based on the Slovin formula with a random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique was performed using partially and simultaneous regression analysis. The Result discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi, either partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

Central Lombok is known as a center for songket woven fabric craftsmen, and has experienced ups and downs in terms of sales. Many factors cause the problem to occur, including the location of craftsmen and potential buyers relatively far from major roads, minimal promotions, high fees for guides and partners, inappropriate prices for goods, and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing on the increase in sales volume of the home-made songket woven fabric industry in Central Lombok. This type of research is survey research, carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the independent variable Facebook has a positive effect on sales. WhatsApp has a positive effect on sales volume. Twitter has a positive effect on sales. Instagram has a negative effect on sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and market orientation on competitive advantage on Jeans brands in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. This study used survey research type with a sampling method saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product innovation and market orientation on the competitive advantage of jeans brand in Kebayoran Lama Jakarta. Product innovation is something that can be seen as a functional advancement of a product that can take the product one step further than competitors' products. Likewise, market orientation can find out the needs and desires of consumers, so that it can make a competitive advantage over the products being marketed.

Abstract

This research aimed to to investigated the role organizational commitment in mediating the effect of transformational on innovative behavior. Survey method used in this research. Amount of the samples in this research are 67 sales of at PT. Tira Austenite that selected randomly. The data were collecting through questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The results of the research can be concluded that: transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a direct effect on innovative behaviour; transformational have a direct effect on sales innovative behavior and transformational leadership have an indirect effect on innovative behaviors through organizational commitment.

Abstract

To determine the effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely through the causal type inferential analysis. This research seeks to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti with 440 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 82 people. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire. The analysis method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. 3). There is a significant influence between work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti.

Abstract

To determine the effect of work rotation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor Plant 3 Cikarang. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is limited to the Warehouse 4 Plant 3 Cikarang (P3WH4) section which has obtained permission from the Head of Section P3WH4. Where the population is 48 people, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique, while the data analysis method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous work rotation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor Plant 3 Cikarang.
