Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The rapid development of retail in Indonesia makes it important to have a good product distribution so that it is fast and right into the hands of consumers. Thus, in meeting customer satisfaction, it is necessary to implement supply chain management and total quality management in improving company performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of supply chain management which consists of integration of suppliers and distributors, reducing suppliers, partnerships and procurement sources, for total quality management consisting of focus on customers, continuous system improvement, education and training, teamwork, obsession with quality, involvement employees, scientific approach, restrained freedom, long term commitment and unity of purpose. The data used is primary data obtained directly from all employees of PT Unirama Duta Niaga Bekasi branch as respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that supply chain management and total quality management together have a positive and significant influence on company performance at PT Unirama Duta Niaga Bekasi branch, the hypothesis is that "there is a significant positive influence on the role of supply chain management and total quality management on company performance has been proven".

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate factors that influenced companies value by using capital structure, dividend policy and financial literation. A number of 12 selected companies from IDX30 Index were participated in this study for 5 research years, where all data’s were evaluated by using E-views software. The findings not just shown a positive and significant effect of capital structure on companies value, but it also showed that financial literation gives a strong influence that impact to that relation. While the dividend policy have no power to mediating the relation between capital structure and companies value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment and incentives on UD job satisfaction. Bekasi City Trubus. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all UD employees. Trubus has 510 employees. The sample of this study amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique is with the formula isaac and michael. The data collection technique is carried out by questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple and part partially ial linear regression analysis, The results of this study show: First, there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. Second, there isa positive influence of incentives on job satisfaction. Third, there is a positive influence of the work environment and incentives on job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be useful for increasing job satisfaction through a comfortable work environment and incentives provided.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Word Of Mouth and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions at the Tokopedia Online Media Shop at PT. Tokopedia Tower Jakarta, South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a random sampling system. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to consumers of PT. Tokopedia Tower Jakarta as a respondent. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and correlation coefficient analysis. The results showed that: 1) The wordof mouth variable has a positive and significant influence in improving purchasing decisions, 2) The product quality variable has a positive and significant influence in improving purchase decisions, 3) The word of mouth and product quality variables have a positive and significant influence in improving purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of current ratio, gross profit margin and debt to equity ratio on the share price of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis secondary data sourced from the financial statements of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk for the period 2011- 2019. The results of t-test research show that current ratio has a significant positive effect on stock prices, while the gross profit margin and debt to equity ratio variables have a significant negative effect on stock prices. The results of the F test show that the current rasio, gross profit margin and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stock trading volume, inflation rate and exchange rate on the volatility of stock prices in the coal, sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is companies listed in the coal, sub-sector on the IDX for the 2011-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The results showed that partially the volume of stock trading and the exchange rate had a significant positive effect on stock price volatility, while the inflation rate variable had a significant negative effect on stock price volatility. Trade volume, inflation rate and exchange rate simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price volatility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees at the Bureau of General Affairs and Procurement Services. The technique used for sampling using simple random sampling method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Bureau of General Affairs and Procurement Services as respondents. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment and compensation variables had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. While the partial results show that the work environment variable has No. significant effect on job satisfaction. While the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

To determine the effect of positive and significant motivation on employee performance through work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office. This research was conducted on employees of the Jatimakmur Village Office. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires. In this study, the researcher used the saturated sample method. For the data analysis model, the researcher uses path analysis test (path analysis).Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jatimakmur Village Office, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Jatimakmur Village Office, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work discipline at the Jatimakmur Village Office.

Abstract

To achieve an optimal work result, the company must improve the career development and compensation system in order to support the performance of employee in the company. This research was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of career development and compensation on employee performance either simultaneously or partially at PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The study was conducted on 75 respondents to employees of PT. Unggul Pawenang Sentosa. The results of tests conducted, it was found that Career Development and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, Career Development and Compensation partially also have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose to analyze the effect of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction outsourcing services at PT. Rama Indonesia. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. All members of the population were sampled, totaling 30 companies using outsourcing services at PT. Rama Indonesia. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in multiple or simple ways the quality of service and corporate image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of outsourcing service users at PT. Rama Indonesia.
