Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The leadership problem has become a separate problem for the management of Bank DKI Jakarta, where the past few years have shown that there is a decrease in the performance of each manager, where this decline occurs due to a decrease in the performance of each individual employee below. The application of bad leadership will have an impact on the achievement of corporate goals obtained from not the maximum results achieved from each individual employee. On the other hand, in anticipating vacancies in certain positions and in improving job skills and skills, the company provides training for employees in the hope that all of the goals and objectives of the company can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and training both simultaneously on employee performance at Bank DKI Jakarta. In primary data collection the author involved 57 permanent employees at the Bank DKI Jakarta head office. The technique of analysis uses simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that there were influences both partially and simultaneously leadership variables and training on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is about The Effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect between Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi. In this research the sample took 60 respondent using random sampling technique. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result that shown from this research are Service Quality and Price simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, whereService Quality has more dominant effect to Customer Satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that Service Quality and Price influence Customer Satisfaction at Kedai Den Bei in Pondok Gede Bekasi.

Abstract

One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. Partially shows that the physical work environment has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor

Abstract

Research objectives to determine whether talent, semangat and online business (e-commerce) affect the performance of the Industrial Small community, East Jakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The survey method used was through distributing questionnaires to business owners in the east Jakarta area. The technique of determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula, the sampling used was simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of talent, semangat, online business (e-commerce) as a whole partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance.

Abstract

Analyze the effect of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio on the stock price of PT. Indosat, Tbk The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The sample used is PT. Indosat, Tbk 2012-2019 period by taking data from PT. Indosat, Tbk and IDX data per quarterly. Partially the current ratio has a positive effect on the stock price of PT. Indosat, Tbk and debt to equity ratio do not have a positive effect on PT. Indosat, Tbk. Simultaneous, the current ratio and debt to equity ratio significantly influence the stock prices of PT. Indosat, Tbk.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of supply chain management and kaizen on company’s production. The Research method used is multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research result showed that supply chain management and kaizen togethers react positive and significant effect on production. The result is that partially supply chain management and kaizen each react positively and play significant role to production.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial variables, namely the current ratio and debt to equity ratio of companies in the construction industry group listed on the Indonesia stock exchange either partially or simultaneously. The data used includes construction industry group companies. Data were analyzed using regression analysis using the F-test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the current ratio variables and the debt to equity ratio affect the return on equity variable in the construction industry stocks on the Indonesia stock exchange. Partially the current variable and debt to equity ratio also partially influence.

Abstract

The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data. The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables and product quality has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty .

Abstract

The aims of this research are to know: (1) The effect of interest rate to yield to maturity,(2) The effect of inflation to yield to maturity, (3) The effect of interest rate to inflation, (4) The effect of interest rate to yield to maturity which mediated by inflation. The population of this research are 137 banking sector bonds . With purposive sampling technique, the sample used in this research are 25 banking sector bonds. The method of analysis used in this research is with path analysis and processed using SPSS. The results showed that the interest rate effect to yield to maturity, the interest rate influence to inflation, inflation does not affec to the yield to maturity, inflation mediates the absolute influence between the interest rate to yield to maturity.
