Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the direct influence and indirect influence ofservice quality dimensions on student loyalty through student satisfaction. This study uses perimer data collected through questionnaires with a total of 350 students. Analysis of the data used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that tangible has a direct and indirect effect on student loyalty through student satisfaction. reliable variables, responsiveness, and empathy have a direct but not significant effect on loyalty. These three variables have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Meanwhile, assurances have an effect and are not significant towards student loyalty either directly or indirectly through student satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as information for Higher Education in making and implementing policies, so that stude.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and corporate image on customer loyalty in the company PT ABC President Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research and explains each variable used. The population and sample in this study are customers who incidentally were taken when shopping for 100 respondents. The results of the research analysis say that corporate social responsibility and corporate image simultaneously have a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines comparative analysis to predict bankruptcy using the modified Altman, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover models at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk. which is engaged in the mining sector. This study aims to predict bankruptcy at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk. and to evaluate whether the predictions match the actual conditions of the company. The type of research applied is a case study at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk. during 2009 until 2018. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the analysis of the four bankruptcy models have different results, although there are some in the position of the Safe Zone but the value is very small and almost close to the Distress Zone, so the company seems to have unfavorable financial conditions as indicated by the low weighting value of the four bankruptcy models . From the beginning this condition has been seen from the ratios represented in each bankruptcy model. Of the four bankruptcy models, this gives a fairly high value deviation in the Altman Z-Score Modification model rather than using the Springate, Zmijewski and Grofer bankruptcy models.

Abstract

Trisila TNI AL is a guidance for every naval soldiers as codes of conduct to perform in their office and their environment. The implementation of this codes of conduct is required to keep and enhance the spirit and dedication of the "A" naval base's personnel in order to keep up with the new status as a main naval base. The aim of the journal is to analyze the influence of the Trisila TNI AL's implementation as firstorder and its influences on the soldiers' spirit and dedication as second order. This journal based on research to 75 respondents of the total population 297 soldiers in "A" naval base. This questionnaire in which is qualitative method mixed with the quantitative method that utilize the linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that there are positive influences and significant effects of the implementation of trisila TNI AL, wheter as partial variables or simultaneous variables. r

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of audit committees, firm size, leverage and disclosure of other comprehensive income on earnings management in property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015. This study uses quantitative data that has been published in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Where the sample used in this study as many as 153 consisting of 201 companies that meet the criteria of research, because this study using purposive sampling method in the selection of samples. While the method of data analysis using SPSS regression version 22. The test results are done using fixed effect model. The result of partial test (t test) obtained by company size, and leverage, influence to earnings management, while audit committee and other comprehensive income have no effect to earnings management. Where the error rate used is 5% or 0.05 at a significant level of 95%.

Abstract

This research is about Implementation of Digital Marketing on Consumers Purchasing Decisions. This research aims to analize the implementation of the Social Media Marketing, Pay Per Click and Email Marketing to the Purchasing Decisions of Jakarta JD.id Consumers. In this research the sample took 100 respondent using purposive sampling technique, which respondent is an active user of the face book forum and has shopped on the JD.id site. The data that has been obtained tested using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result that shown from this research are Social Media Marketing, Pay Per Click and Email Marketing simultaneous and partial gave positive and significant effect to Consumers Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to make a comparison of the finance performance between Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the period 2013-2017 by using financial ratios. Financial ratios are used consisting of FDR/ LDR, ROA, CAR, BOPO and NOM/NIM. The data used in this research was obtained from the Financial Statements of Commercial Banks in 2013 to 2017, published by each Bank concerned. The sample in this research are 5 (five) Islamic Commercial Banks (Muamalat, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BCA Syariah dan BRI Syariah.), and 5 (five) Conventional Commercial Banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, dan Panin). Analytical techniques is used to see the comparison of financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks with Conventional Commercial Bank. The analysis ratio also used by operating Microsoft Office Excel 2007, The analysis statistic descriptive and analysis of independent sample t-test is used by operating software SPSS 24. The analysis result showed that there are significant differences for each financial ratio between Islamic Commercial Banks and Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Islamic Commercial Banks has better performance in terms of FDR/ LDR ratio, while the Conventional Commercial Banks better performance in terms of the ROA, CAR, NOM/ NIM, and BOPO ratios.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and brand image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of helm KYT in Kecamatan Bintara Bekasi City. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and brand image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers.

Abstract

Operational Control and Training Activity (Binoplast) activities need support that are effective, efficient, accountable and transparent so that the implementation of operational control and training activity work as plan. IKPA is needed as a monitoring tool and the evaluation to measure the quality of the financial implementation to encourage behavior change of management of financial state. IKPA is an indicator to measure the quality of budget implementation’s performance from the compatibility of planning, the effectiveness of activities implementation, the efficiency of activity implementation and the obedient to regulations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the obedient of units to IKPA in accordance with the distribution of Binoplast’s budget support. This research is using mix method and test of instruments research, test of the classic, test of linear and partial and simultaneous, while for qualitative data use the triangulation of interviews. This research will get the result: (1) The obedient of regulations have a strong correlation with the financial management. (2)The effectiveness of the implementation have a strong correlation with the financial management, (3) The efficiency of the implementation have a strong correlation with the financial management (4) The compatibility between planning and implementing the activity have a strong correlation with the financial management. Based on the result, it can be concluded by following IKPA’s indicators it can support the distribution of support Binoplast.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia. The research data used a questionnaire which distributed to respondents and sample was used in this research, using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 65 people. The data analysis method was used in this research with simple and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that training and work discipline had a positive and significant effect to performance of employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia, The training variable has a more dominant influence than the work discipline variable in influencing the performance of the employees at PT. Emsonic Indonesia.
