Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, (2) the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, and (3) simultaneous influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama. This research is causal associative research with quantitative approach. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, amounting to 60 people. Data is collected by a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of competence on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama, and (3) there is a simultaneous influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Christalenta Pratama

Abstract

This study explains the support variables for Naval Base supplies for border security operations. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaire.The number of samples taken was 80 samples from the total population of 371 persons. The research was carried out starting from the classification of samples respondents based on gender, age, education and years of service. The research variables in this study are supporting variables in the supply as independent variables (X) and border security operations variables as cooperation variables (Y). Indicators for variable X include: personnel involved in the supply, infrastructure for the supply of equipment, supporting facilities for the supplies and types of supplies that can be supported. While indicators on the Y variables include: personnel involved in the operation, operating facilities, area of ​​operation and duration of operation. The data analysis process is carried out with several tests, among others: validity test, namely testing the data analysis process to determine whether the research instrument is valid or not. The next test is the reliability test, the data analysis process to answer the accuracy of the research instruments. The normality of the trial is tested. The next data analysis process is the hypothesis test in the regression test. Regression test is a process of analyzing data to study the influence between research variables. The regression test conducted in this study is a partial regression test because the independent variable used is one variable. After it was implemented, everything was proven. Supports provisioning variables. Naval Base determines positive and significant impact on border security operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the mobile logistics support by KRI BCM Type which includes fuel, fresh water and food support so that the presence in the sea of operational elements can be increased so that the operations carried out can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The extent of the operation area is not balanced with the implementing elements and the existence of government policies related to B20 diesel fuel results in limited amounts of fuel in this area because the KRI elements who carry out the operation still use B0 (diesel) fuel. The distribution of logistical support from the front base to operational elements is still constrained by time, because most fuel logistical support is obtained through Pertamina tankers. Therefore, it is important for BCM elements to be held in selective operational areas so that the operational sustainability of the elements can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The BCM element has the ability to provide logistical support, both in the form of liquid logistics support and personnel logistics support. This study uses a quantitative method carried out at the Fleet Command II with the object of research being KRI BCM Type and the subjects are crews of KRI BCM Type, Commanding Officers and Work Unit related to the implementation of KRI logistical support. Data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires were then analyzed using the Statistical Product dan Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25 program.

Abstract

To determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction, PT. Adhi Karya, Tbk. The data used are primary data by giving questionnaires to customers who happen to meet. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. PT. Adhi Karya, Tbk.

Abstract

This research aims to know layout and standard operating procedure impact to company’s productivity. Population from this research are employee production division of EMP Malacca Strait PSC as more as 200 persons and sample used are 115 respondents. Research method used is quantitative method, analysis technique multiple regression and simple regression. Research result showing that layout and standard operating procedure partially and together had a positive and significant to productivity. Particularly in production, it is still necessary to make improvements in terms of the tidiness of the layout area, which is further enhanced by providing training and continuous understanding of standard operating procedures and scheduled 5R activities every day.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the effect of mutation, job promotion, and job satisfaction on the achievement of employee of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Primary data was obtained from employee of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that mutation, job promotion, and job satisfaction positively and significant influenced the achievement of employee of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, sales growth, and managerial ownership on debt policy. This research was conducted at companies in the coal sub-sector mining sector. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the research on asset structure have a positive and significant effect on debt policy, sales growth does not have a significant effect on debt policy and managerial ownership has no significant effect on debt policy in the coal mining sub-sector companies. The three variables of asset structure, sales growth, and managerial ownership simultaneously have a significant effect on debt policy in the coal mining sector sub-sector, which means that these three variables are considered by companies in making debt policies.

Abstract

Analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Trader (X-Sell). The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both partially or simultaneous. The study population of all employees of PT. Indonesian Superior Traders (X-Sell) totaling 30 employees. The sampling technique of this study uses saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Result Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of IndonesianSuperior Traders (X-Sell) partially or simultaneous.

Abstract

Globalization changes the business environment, which demands change from every business organization involved, to succeed in the new environment. For that purpose, human resource management needs to be directed to the development of human capital, which assumes employees as assets, not costs, for the company. The implication is that management needs to recognize each of its employees in order to maximize their potential and manage it to be a competitive advantage. This is where performance management plays a very important role.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the interchanging role of digital marketing and traditional marketing as the key marketing strategi and marketing mix of the Small Medium Enterprise in Indonesia. The study using qualitative descriptive methods with case study ‘Kepiting Nyinyir’, one of Small Medium Enterprise in Jakarta. The result of this study found significant role of digital technology supported the distribution channel of Small Medium Enterprise to expand the business. Digital marketing as the new concept and perspective is interchanging the role of traditional marketing by balancing online and offline activities. The interchanging role of digital marketing and traditional marketing showed shifting in marketing strategy, from segmentation and targeting to customer community confirmation, brand positioning & differentiation to brand clarification of character and codification, tactical marketing mix (product, place, price & promotion) to connected marketing mix (co-creation, communal activation, currency & conversation).
