Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Every company is required to be ready to face the globalization competition. In this free business competition, the requirement for a company to succeed in the competition is to achieve the goal to create and retain customers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on the purchasing decision of drinking water in packaging gallon of Aqua brand to the community in Bekasi City. Population in this research is a society that take decision in buying drinking water product in packing of Aqua gallon in the Bekasi Municipality. Data analysis method used is Quantitative Analysis Method by using questionnaires data which is distributed to the 100 respondent (as the sample). The results show that product quality and promotion variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect simultaneously and partially between compensation and motivation on employee performance at the National Secretariat for Women Empowerment Head of the Family. The research population is all employees of the National Secretariat for Women Empowerment Head of Family which amounts to 51 people. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The result of the research shows that there is simultaneous influence of variable of compensation and motivation to employee performance of National Secretariat of Women Empowerment Head of Family 0,691, there is partial influence of compensation variable to employee performance 0, and there is partial influence of motivation variable to employee productivity equal to 0,522.

Abstract

A good teacher is one who can carry out learning activities effectively and efficiently. Effective teacher teaching can be achieved if the selection, training, and performance evaluation processes are carried out correctly and according to procedures. Implementing selection and training within an organization can produce competent and high-quality teachers who are expected to provide a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of selection, training, and performance evaluation on the teaching effectiveness of teachers at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia. The research design used a quantitative descriptive method. The sample used was 38 people, using census sampling techniques with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: First, selection had a strong and significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of teachers at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia. Second, training had a strong and significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of teachers at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia. Third, performance evaluation had a strong and significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of teachers at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia. Fourth, selection, training, and performance evaluation had a very strong and significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of teachers at SMK Persada Husada Indonesia.

Sumber daya manusia ini mendukung organisasi dan memungkinkannya untuk mencapai tujuannya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memastikan bahwa sumber daya ini dikelola dengan baik agar dapat berkontribusi sebanyak mungkin. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of trust in mediating the influence of perceived ease of use, social influence, and perceived risk on repurchase intention on TikTok Shop, one of the fastest-growing social commerce platforms in Indonesia. The background of this research is the increasing intensity of consumer purchases through live shopping features and short videos, which requires a deeper understanding of the psychological factors influencing user loyalty. The study involved 100 active TikTok Shop users and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that perceived ease of use and social influence do not significantly affect trust among TikTok Shop users. On the other hand, perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on trust. Furthermore, trust has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. Another notable finding is that trust does not mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and social influence on repurchase intention, but plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between perceived risk and repurchase intention.The implications of these findings suggest that TikTok Shop and its sellers should focus more on managing and reducing consumers’ perceived risks, such as payment security, product authenticity, and seller transparency. Loyalty-building strategies should not only rely on platform usability or influencer promotions but must also emphasize efforts to build trust through consumer protection and secure, reliable transactions.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine factors that lead to job satisfaction and its impact to resignation. This study consists of two submodels. The first submodel investigate the influence of compensation, job security, career path , organizational communication, and company policy on job satisfaction. While the second submodel investigate the effect of job satisfaction of the employee's resignation. The first submodel found that compensation and job security variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction, while career paths, organizational communication, and company policies have a significant impact on job satisfaction. The results of submodel 2 states that job satisfaction have a significant effect on the employee's resignation. Relationships are both negative, which means if the job satisfactions are high, the resignation will be lower. And vice versa.

Abstract

Quality management is a phenomenon. Advanced culture that supports arts and crafts allow shoppers choose goods with higher quality standards compared to the normal stuff. In a society that appreciates the arts and crafts, one of the tasks of the management company or owner of the company is the head of the workshop, as well as train and supervise employees and interns. The company set the standard, assessing the work of the employees and ordered rework or repair is necessary. Jobs in crafts has a limitation that is only capable of producing little other dipihak products, but has the advantage that is every product can be made independently in accordance with the wishes of the customer. Craft work approach towards quality score is the primary input when the initial establishment of quality management as a part of management science.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the information about relationship between independent variables which are training (X1) and motivation (X2) with dependent variable which is employee performance (Y) of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi, both simultaneously and partially. Data collected from 78 employee of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Operating Division randomly using Slovin formula. Then all data was analyzed by using regression and statistical analysis using F-statistic to know the influence of independent variable simultaneously and t-statistic to know the influence of independent variable partially with using SPSS Ver. 22 software. The results of this research shown that: 1). Simultaneously, training and motivation have positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 2). Partially, training has positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 3). Partially, motivation has positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM Fesyen Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM melalui pemasaran digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 470 UMKM fesyen yang telah difasilitasi Deputi Bidang Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM pada tahun 2021-2024. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan ukuran sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 82 UMKM fesyen. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan Smart PLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap pemasaran digital positif tetapi tidak signifikan sedangkan pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap pemasaran digital positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran adalah positif dan signifikan, akan tetapi pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran negatif dan tidak signifikan. Pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui pemasaran digital positif tetapi tidak signifikan sedangkan pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui pemasaran digital positif dan signifikan
