Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

This study was done to determine the influence of partially and simultaneously between working environment and motivation to employee’s performance at PT. Kubic Madani. Method was used for data collection was through primary data. Methods of data analysis with using regression, correlation, determination either jointly or individually, then continued hypothesis testing. The results showed that: From analysis result, regarding the factors were affecting employee’s performance, appears that between two variables were analyzed, work environment and motivation, then the most dominant influence on employee’s performance was variable of work environment. That was proved by the result of calculation of t count each variable, where t count of work environment (10.513) is bigger than the value of t count of motivation (10.183)

Abstract

The research studied to determine the effect of The Inflation, and Interest Rate to Indonesia’s Economic Growth In Indonesia’s The Period 2005 – 2015. The data that used in this research is secondary data namely The Inflation, and Interest Rate which devired from the website of bank Indonesia and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The method used is multiple linear regression. The regression of research results show that simultaneoust the inflation and Interest Rate does significant effect to Indonesia’s economic growth in the year 2005 – 2015.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the effect of training and leadership to employees performance in PT Bank Capital Indonesia, Tbk Jakarta. The research method used was the regression analysis, correlation and hypothesis testing. Results of this research is no effect either jointly or individually, and leadership training to employees performance in PT Bank Capital Indonesia, Tbk Jakarta. Conclusions: 1). There are influences together training and leadership to employees performance. 2). There is an effect alone training to employees performance . 3). No influence their own leadership to employees performance.

Abstract

The Aim Of This Research Is To Analyzed Influence Of Macro Economics Variables Who Consist Of Economic Growth, Exchange, Inflation, And Financial Variables Who Consist Of Dol, Aset Growth And Debt Ratio To Systematic Risk In Agriculture Stock In Indonesia Stock Exchange From 2010 Untill 2013 Simultanously And Partially. Based On Agriculture Stocks Data Analyzed Known That Macro Economic Who Consist Of Ekonomic Growth, Exchange And Inflation And Financial Variables Whoc Consist Of Dol, Aset Growth And Debt Ratio Influenced To Systematic Risk In Agriculture Stocks Form 2010 Untill 2013 Simultanously. Otherwise Partially, Only Inflation Variables Didn’t Influence To Systematic Risk. The T Value Of That Variable Is -1,21, 0,23 Of Probality And More Than 0,05.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to analyze the effect of promotions and service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. Korchina Logistics Indonesia Jakarta. The research method used is regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing both multiple and simple.The result of research is no effect either jointly or individually promotion and service quality to customer satisfaction at PT. Korchina Logistics Indonesia Jakarta. Conclusion; 1). No influence jointly variables sale and service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the F count = 9.544> F table at alpha = 0.05; DF = 2; 51. 2). There is an effect individually promotion variables to customer satisfaction can be seen from the results of the t = 29.220> t table = 1.684 at alpha = 0.05 DF = 2; 51. 3). No influence sendiril individually variable quality of service to customer satisfaction can be seen from the results of the t = 31.217> t table 1.684 at alpha = 0.05; DF = 2; 51.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and service quality on customers loyalty. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Global Shinsei Indonesia, Tbk through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality no significant and service quality significant influenced the customers loyalty. The conclution of this study is that service quality was dominant than the product quality in influencing customers loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.

Abstract

Loyalty is the willingness of consumer to continue to subscribe at a company in the long run by buying and using goods and services, is repeate dlyreworked and better yet exclusively and voluntarily recommend the company product to others. This study devoted tol analysis influence of price empiricly variable, brand image, product quality to loyality and to known variable that gae. Most dominant influence, which is price,brand image and produk quality to loyalty in jakarta smartphone mobile in jakarta. Collected data method used questioner. Population was student Magister Manajemen UNKRIS. Want to used Samsung smartphone. Sample was 30 respondent with purposive sampling technique. Analysis result with statistic SPSS with double regression linier, Y = 2,453 + 0,250X1 + 0,205X2 + 0,397X3 double regression linier show there are positive influence and significant from price variable, brand image and product quality to loyalty customer smartphone.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and obtain empirical evidence about the direct and indirect effects of training and competence together to employees performance in PT. Cipta Krida Bahari. This study uses an explanatory approach Analysis and Descriptive Analysis, which aims to determine the effect of independent and dependent variables. Furthermore, the present invention will be described, by observation and research and describe the nature or the events ongoing at the time of the study and examine the causes of the symptoms. In this study examines the influence of variables of training, competence and motivation, simultaneously or partially on employee performance. The benefits of this research is that companies in improving the performance of employees through training programs, attention to improving the competence of employees, increase employee motivation, and in turn can help in improving the work (performance) of each individual employee. The results showed simultaneously and partially variable training and competency positive effect on employee motivation and improve employee performance.
