Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Abstract

The research aimed to analyze effect of product and brand image on buying decision partially or simultanously. Research carried out for 3 months from January to March 2016. The questions are structured using Likert Scale with 80 respondents as sample.Based on regression analyze, it concluded that product positive and significant impact on buying decision. Brand image positive and significant impact on buying decision. Product and brand image simultaneously positive and significant on the buying decision.

Abstract

This research seeks to understand the employee's perception as well as to investigate personal characteristics which can influence the employee's attitude towards computer use ethics at the workplace. The personal characteristics that are being discussed here are gender, job satisfaction, religious belief and position in the organization. The research design involved the collection of in-depth and semi-structured interviews from six people in the private sector and four people in the public sector. From the total of 10 respondents, there were five males and five females. The result found that computer use ethics is important in the organization modern and must be addressed by employers tactfully. Respondents also agreed that position in organization and religious belief have the biggest impact in guiding and influence employees towards ethical computer usage at work.

The tittle of this research is “ The influence of leadership analysis and the compensation to teacher performance in global Mandiri School “ The aim of this research is to know and to proof how big is the influence between leadership and teacher performance in Global Mandiri School. This research bases on a survey research method by using correlation, predictive and explanatory approach. By taking 100 samples of people who are teacher. Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading sectors in supporting Indonesia's economic recovery. In an effort to improve the quality of tourism facilities and infrastructure necessary to support the accommodation of those activities. One of them is the hospitality industry. Betawi Sofyan Hotel as one of the hotel sharia cannot avoid away from competition three star hotel in Jakarta. Competition hotel makes Hotel Sofyan must have a good strategy to compete with other hotels. Betawi Sofyan Hotel also must analyze the external and internal environment, determine the competitive position in the industry, and formulate a strategy for success in the competition. The results of this study indicate that the Hotel Sofyan has a big opportunity to grow and compete. From a generic analysis that has been done, Betawi Sofyan Hotel has a differentiation strategy and SWOT analysis of the strategy showed that strategy which is suited for aggressive growth policy (Oriented Growth Strategy). Key Success Factor of Betawi Sofyan Hotel are the working spirit (the spirit of motivation) and competence, utilization and capital allocation appropriately used to repair and improve the quality of all facilities available and Corporate Culture Establishment, Implementation Services and Products Character, Improve Brand Equity.

Abstract

The improvement in Indonesia's economy gradually is the result of the construction carried out during this causes additional income and consumer spending patterns. Changes in spending patterns and consumer spending was particularly noticeable for those who live in urban areas, especially large cities. The long experience of managing a transport business to support the company's efforts to develop new technologies and managing human resources, in order to stay ahead. From its headquarters in Jakarta, the company has developed rapidly penetrated other business while maintaining customer service as a guide. Competition taxis in big cities, especially Jakarta, was now so tight, so the service is more preferred. Hence the need for a good strategy to win the competition and maintain market share. One was in the company of Blue Bird Group doing business and marketing strategies to win the competition and maintain market share taxi transportation in Indonesia. Research methodology in this case with the SWOT analysis, five Poter’s, matrix’s space and marketing analysis. Methods of data collection is done by conducting research directly related to the company in order to obtain the necessary data, that is by interview and observation. The result of research is adding fleet, increasing coverage at the new location, especially at the level of municipalities, improve service quality and level effesiensi operation, increase limousine division in several cities, improve prifitabilitas company. Advantage of the company at PT Blue Bird was in corporate governance, natural environmental management company, in the management of seasonal factors, the application of information technology, the implementation of safety standards and management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Liaison Agency of East Java Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Liaison Agency of East Java Province. The data analysis technique used path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results show that motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction also has a significant effect on employee performance and is able to partially mediate the relationship between motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the extent to which product quality and availability influence operational performance at Alfamart in the Pondok Kelapa area. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents, employees of Alfamart outlets in the Pondok Kelapa area.The data analysis technique used were simple linear regression and multiple regression to measure the simultaneous and partial effects of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that both product quality and availability have a positive and significant impact on operational performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine customer loyalty influenced by service quality through customer satisfaction The Guh Salon in Plaza Cibubur Bekasi. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study consumers who used The Guh Salon services, with data collected using questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; 4) Customer loyalty is influenced by service quality through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In recent years, growing awareness of environmental issues has driven companies across industries, including the beauty sector, to adopt green marketing as a sustainable marketing strategy. The beauty industry is a major contributor to plastic waste and hazardous chemicals, making eco-friendly practices increasingly essential. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing on purchase decision with brand image as a mediating variable among The Body Shop consumers in Bali Province. This quantitative research employed a survey method targeting productive-age respondents who use The Body Shop products. The data were analyzed using multiple regression and mediation tests to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that green marketing has a positive and significant influence on both brand image and purchase decision, while brand image partially mediates the relationship between them. These findings highlight the importance of consistent green marketing implementation in building a responsible brand image and enhancing consumers’ purchasing decisions. The tactical implication suggests that companies should strengthen sustainability-oriented communication and environmental transparency to increase consumer loyalty and contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 12 on responsible consumption and production. Industri kecantikan dikenal sebagai penyumbang besar limbah plastik dan bahan kimia berbahaya, sehingga penerapan prinsip ramah lingkungan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green marketing terhadap purchase decision dengan brand image sebagai variabel mediasi pada konsumen The Body Shop di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap responden usia produktif yang menggunakan produk The Body Shop. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan uji mediasi untuk melihat hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image serta purchase decision, dan brand image berperan sebagai variabel mediasi parsial yang memperkuat hubungan keduanya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi green marketing yang konsisten untuk membentuk citra merek yang bertanggung jawab dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Implikasi taktis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu memperkuat komunikasi nilai keberlanjutan dan transparansi lingkungan agar dapat meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen serta mendukung tercapainya tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) poin ke-12 tentang konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupationalhealth and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was usedwith explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables.Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient andhypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of thisresearch was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables,occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by usingF test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed thatregression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety,occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environmenthave positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Whilesafety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance atPT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables,occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara
