Abstract

Entrepreneurship knowledge is an internal ability both in terms of creativity, interest and motivation. Able to analyze solutions to possible business risks and reluctant to be shaken by failure. Business should have value and be useful. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and interest in entrepreneurial students in building a business/enterprise through self-affection. This research is quantitative research using a data processing approach with a population that focuses on entrepreneurial students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar. In this research, data collection used a questionnaire filling technique which was distributed to students. Meanwhile, the sample collection technique used proportional random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 students from a total of 427 students. The data obtained was then processed using the Path Analysis Pattern. The research results show that both directly and indirectly there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of entrepreneurship students at the Faculty of Economics and Business through self-efficacy. Except, there is one hypothesis that is not significant, namely the influence of Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and knowledge on entrepreneurial interest in Universitas Negeri Makassar students with entrepreneurship education as an intervening variable. The study will use a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is all entrepreneurship students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Makassar which amounted to 427 students. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and later calculated using the Slovin dai with a sample size of 85 (eighty-five) respondents or 20% of the total population. The findings of this study indicate that motivation and knowledge have a significant role in shaping entrepreneurial interest through entrepreneurship education. Individual motivation, whether sourced from personal passion, career goals, or the drive to create change, can be a strong driver to develop entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship education provides a foundation of knowledge and practical skills that strengthen this motivation. With the knowledge gained through education, individuals can understand the aspects of entrepreneurship, identify opportunities and overcome business challenges. The combination of high motivation and solid entrepreneurial knowledge creates a favorable environment for the development of entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy among students contribute to entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy in Vocational High School students. This research is categorized as quantitative research with a population of 500 Vocational High School students and a sample of 100 students. Data collection was done with documentation and questionnaire techniques. The analysis technique used is path analysis using SPSS software. Research shows that both directly and indirectly entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy contribute to positive and significant interest in entrepreneurship through self-efficacy in vocational high school students. Based on the results of this study, entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy are very important to start teaching and given to students in Vocational High Schools, not only in one particular department but need to be taught in all departments, because with entrepreneurship education and technopreneurship literacy can increase self-efficacy and and ultimately can contribute to entrepreneurial interest in students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect and indirect effect of entrepreneurship learning and motivation on entrepreneurial interest through creativity as a student intervening variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all active students of the entrepreneurship study program with a sample of 100 students. directly entrepreneurship learning and motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurship study program students. But for the effect of entrepreneurship learning and motivation on creativity there is no significant effect. While indirectly, entrepreneurship learning and motivation affect entrepreneurial interest through creativity. This research can be a reference for teaching staff or lecturers to be able to direct and guide students regarding the development of entrepreneurial interest, students are expected to deepen their interest in business management so that they are not focused on the knowledge produced, but also able to do business and develop it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of innovation and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage through product quality in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Makassar City. Data was collected from culinary MSMEs through questionnaire distribution surveys, and then analyzed using statistical methods. The research population is culinary MSMEs in the city of Makassar which amounts to 1500 MSMEs. While the sampling technique uses the Proportional Random Sampling technique, which is calculated using from Slovin with a sample result of 102 respondents or 22% of the population. These results show the importance of innovation, entrepreneurial orientation, and focus on improving product quality as a strategy to increase the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in Makassar City. The practical implication of this research is the importance of culinary MSMEs to continue to encourage innovation and entrepreneurial orientation and improve the quality of their products to win the competition in a competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influences of market orientation, learning orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance through competitive advantages in active students of the Makassar State University entrepreneurship study program. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population in this study is all Makassar State University students for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total sample of 50 students. Based on the results of the research that has been done, this research can be a source of information or reference for teaching staff or lecturers in order to be able to direct and guide students related to the development of one's behavior in entrepreneurial desires, students are expected to be able to further deepen their knowledge related to some of the importance of marketing performance so that it is not focused on scientific theory that produced only, but also able to conduct business ventures and develop them in accordance with existing practices. For further research, efforts will be made to deepen and expand this research both in terms of variables and the development of research methods.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is something that is identified with what entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs have and do. This view is inaccurate because the entrepreneurial spirit and attitude are not only possessed by entrepreneurs, but also by everyone who thinks creatively and acts innovatively, for example farmers, employees, students, and teachers. Entrepreneurs are those who make creative and innovative efforts by developing ideas and gathering resources to find opportunities and improve life. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of entrepreneurship education on the motivation of Entrepreneurship students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, considering that entrepreneurship education is not evenly distributed among students, or in other words, not all study programs in universities provide entrepreneurship courses. This research approach is a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Population the research consisted of all 102 UNM Entrepreneurship Students. Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses the Proportional Random Sampling technique, which is calculated using Slovin with a sample of 100 respondents or 22% of the total population. The research method used in this research is quantitative. This research can be a source of information or reference for teaching staff or lecturers so that they can direct and guide students regarding developing entrepreneurial interests. Students are also expected to deepen their interests related to business management so that they are not only focused on the knowledge they produce but are also able to do business. business and develop it.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is a person's feeling of interest in entrepreneurial activities and wanting to become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial interest is one of the predictors of entrepreneurial behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment, and technopreneurship literacy on entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy as an intervening variable. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was 427 students of Entrepreneurship Makassar State University and the number of samples was 100 respondents Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the research can be used as evaluation material for teaching staff or lecturers in order to guide students to entrepreneurial interests, so as to produce new businesses that are beneficial to the community.
