Abstract

This study aims to analyze the promotion of Mooika Beauty's Body Scrub through TikTokshop, employing a qualitative research method. Data collection involved observation and documentation focused on the @moikabeautyofficial TikTokshop account. Utilizing 17 TikTokshop features, the study found optimal utilization in 15 features, with story and highlight features being underutilized. The application of the 7Ps marketing mix revealed comprehensive communication strategies. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of effective promotional practices on TikTokshop and provides insights for marketers seeking to enhance their product promotion strategies in the digital era. Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research aims to investigate the creativity of Aqidah Morals subject teachers in fostering students' learning motivation through YouTube media in the ninth grade of MTs Ma'arif Kedungkendo. The study also aims to identify the support and barriers faced by Akhlaq subject teachers in utilizing YouTube media to enhance students' learning motivation. The informants of the study consisted of the school principal, subject teachers, and ninth-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analysis and interpretation of the data followed Lexy J. Moleong's analytical model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the use of interactive video media through YouTube has increased students' enthusiasm and interaction during the learning process, leading to noticeable improvements in student learning outcomes. The primary supporting factor identified was the full support and facilitation provided by the school's administration, particularly the head of the madrasa, who consistently encouraged teachers' innovative approaches. However, a lack of adequate facilities, such as a school projector, posed as an inhibiting factor, making the implementation of YouTube media challenging within the school setting. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating creative multimedia tools, like YouTube, to enhance student engagement and learning motivation in Aqidah Morals education. Abstract

This research addresses the issue of passive student engagement and teacher-centered learning approaches in primary schools. To overcome these challenges, the study employs Microsoft PowerPoint as an instructional medium to enhance the learning experience. A Pre-Experimental Design research method is employed, conducted at SD Negeri Pejangkungan with thirty fourth-grade students as participants. Data collection involves the use of tests, and the obtained results are subjected to t-test analysis. The findings reveal a significant positive impact of utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint media on students' civics learning outcomes, as indicated by tcount (24.686) exceeding ttable (2.045). Additionally, eta squared analysis demonstrates a considerable influence of Microsoft PowerPoint media on learning outcomes (0.95>0.14). These results emphasize the potential of Microsoft PowerPoint as an effective tool to promote active learning and enhance students' academic achievements in various educational settings. Highlights: Active Engagement: This research explores the use of Microsoft PowerPoint as a means to promote active learning among elementary students, addressing the issue of passive student engagement in the classroom. Academic Improvement: The study investigates the impact of utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint on students' academic performance, specifically focusing on civics education, to determine the effectiveness of this instructional medium. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the disciplinary character and responsibility of students during offline learning. This study used a descriptive qualitative type. In this study, the data collection techniques used include observations, interviews, and documentation with the subject of 3 grade III students and 1 class III teacher. The results of this study show that after online learning students lack discipline in the aspect of arriving on time, abide by the rules or rules of the common/school. While in character responsibility students are lacking in terms of deeds and work on group assignments together. On the indicators of discipline students are good enough in doing or collecting assignments according to the specified time and follow the rules of good and correct language. Meanwhile, in the indicator of responsibility, students have carried out picketing well. Highlights: Offline learning and discipline: Highlighting the lack of discipline in arriving on time and following school rules after online learning. Responsibility and group work: Emphasizing students' deficiency in terms of deeds and working on group assignments together. Indicators of discipline and responsibility: Noting students' satisfactory performance in completing assignments on time and following rules of language, but also their successful picketing. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact and magnitude of audiovisual media on students' cognitive learning outcomes through active engagement in the learning process. The research was conducted in a fifth-grade class comprising 30 students at SDN 1 Paciran. The saturated sampling technique was employed, and data were collected through a series of descriptive essay questions, consisting of 10 items. The participants' cognitive learning outcomes were assessed using pretest and posttest measures. Descriptive statistics and t-test analysis were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed a significant increase in students' average scores for cognitive learning outcomes, with a notable improvement of 18.07 points from the pretest score of 59.50 to the posttest score of 77.57. The results of the t-test indicated a positive influence of audiovisual media on students' cognitive learning outcomes. This study provides valuable insights into the efficacy of audiovisual media in fostering meaningful learning and enhancing students' cognitive abilities, highlighting the importance of incorporating such media into educational practices. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers during the learning process to form the independent character of Grade 1 students at SDN Pejangkungan Prambon. This study uses a qualitative approach phenomenology, where the background in the phenomenon or the fact that in Grade 1 SDN Pejangkungan Prambon there are students who experience problems related to independent character. In every learning process there are still many students who have not been able to do it themselves and still rely on teachers. Therefore, researchers want to examine whether there is a role of teachers during the learning process to form the independent character of students. For this study using trisngulasi technique is taken from observation data, interviews and documentation of teachers in Grade 1 SDN Pejangkungan. And from the results of research that researchers get that teachers play a good role as educators, teachers, and mentors in forming independent character student. Abstract

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the TGT (Team Game Tournament) learning model, supported by snakes and ladders media, in improving the disciplined character of grade 2 students at SDN Watutulis 2. Conducted as a classroom action research (CAR) with multiple cycles, the research encompassed pre-cycle activities, cycle 1, and cycle 2. The subjects consisted of 26 grade 2 students (13 boys and 13 girls) from SDN Watutulis 2. Data collection techniques included observation, interview documentation, and self-assessment sheet tests. The pre-cycle results indicated that only 10 students completed the tasks, while 16 did not meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 75. To address this, cycle 1 was implemented, and following the application of the TGT learning model, 18 students completed the tasks, while 8 did not, resulting in an average score of 80.19 and a completeness percentage of 69.23%. Since 8 students remained incomplete, cycle 2 was initiated. During the second cycle, 23 students completed the tasks, while 23 did not, yielding an average score of 84.42 and a completeness percentage of 88.46%. The findings indicate that the TGT learning model effectively enhances students' discipline character. The implications of this research are discussed in terms of improving teaching practices and student character development. Highlights: Effective intervention: The TGT learning model, combined with snakes and ladders media, serves as an effective intervention to improve disciplined character among grade 2 students. Iterative approach: The research consisted of multiple cycles, allowing for ongoing reflection, adjustments, and improvements in implementing the TGT learning model. Positive outcomes: The application of the TGT learning model led to increased completion rates, higher average scores, and improved discipline character among the grade 2 students involved in the study. Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching material products in the form of digital book learning media or E-Books used in the Network System Administration subject for class XI SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman and test the feasibility. The development research method used in the E-Book learning media research is R&D (Research and Development) and to develop the E-Book research design it refers to the ADDIE development model which consists of the analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development) stages. , implementation (implementation) and evaluation (evaluation). The subjects of this research are students of class XI majoring in Computer and Network Engineering using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data obtained will then be analyzed using the likert scale. After the development process, media expert validation and material expert validation were carried out. The results of media expert validation got a score of 87.8% in the Very Good category, the results of material expert validation got a score of 86.6% in the Very Good category, and student responses got a score of 96.44% in the Very Good category. So it can be concluded that the BANTING learning media is very good for use in learning. Highlights: The study focuses on developing E-Book learning media for Network System Administration in a specific school, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. The research follows the R&D approach and utilizes the ADDIE development model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Abstract

This study employs a quantitative descriptive method to assess the effectiveness of Instagram as a communication medium for Vlapictura, a service-oriented business. With a population of 3018 Instagram followers, 96 respondents were sampled using a questionnaire-based data collection technique. The research focuses on evaluating the quality of use, information, interaction, and overall impression of Vlapictura's Instagram presence. The findings reveal that Vlapictura excels in the quality of use and performs exceptionally well in terms of information, interaction, and overall impression. This study contributes valuable insights into the efficacy of Instagram for service businesses, emphasizing its role in enhancing communication and engagement. Abstract

This study investigates the persisting Jilboobs phenomenon within social and cyberspace, specifically focusing on its manifestation through the TikTok account @Oklinfia. Grounded in qualitative research, data was collected through netnography, utilizing Culture, Online/Digital Traces, Participants/Interactions, and Immersive Engagement as analytical dimensions. The findings reveal that while Jilboobs has become an annual cultural occurrence, @Oklinfia's PTR content imbues this phenomenon with a visual significance leaning towards a sexualized narrative. This intentional direction aims to capture male attention, resulting in increased views and virality on the TikTok platform. The implications of these findings shed light on the evolving nature of cultural trends within digital spaces and the potential impact on societal perceptions of modesty and religious adherence. Highlights : Cultural Evolution: Examining the annual recurrence of the Jilboobs phenomenon highlights its cultural persistence in social and digital spheres.
