Abstract

This research aims to conduct a systematic review of global health preparations in facing future pandemics. By following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method, relevant articles were collected from international databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus. The review results show that the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the lack of global health preparedness and emphasized the importance of comprehensive preparedness planning, effective early detection systems, and adequate resource allocation. The implications of this research are the importance of increasing international cooperation, investment in research and development, and improving health infrastructure and resources to strengthen global health preparedness in the future.

Abstract

The conclusions of this study highlight the complexity of the relationship between lifestyle and human microbiome composition, which is based on the results of a systematic literature review. Findings from the literature show that lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, and sleep habits have a significant impact on the composition and diversity of the human microbiome, both in the digestive system, skin, and oral cavity. These factors interact and influence each other, forming a complex network of relationships that influence the health and balance of the human microbiome. The implications of these findings are very important in the context of preventing and treating various microbiome-related diseases, such as obesity, diabetes, and inflammatory bowel disease. By understanding the relationship between lifestyle and the human microbiome, we can develop more effective and targeted intervention strategies, both in terms of behavior change and the development of therapies focused on modulating the microbiome. For future research, it is recommended to further explore the mechanisms underlying the interaction between lifestyle and the human microbiome, and involve more comprehensive and longitudinal analysis.

Abstract

Telemedicine has become a promising solution for increasing access to health services, especially for underserved populations and in remote areas. This research aims to test the effectiveness of telemedicine in increasing public health access and explore its integration in strengthening health-related digital literacy. This study was conducted in the context of systematic literature research, using the PRISMA method to collect and evaluate articles from reputable international databases. The results of the literature review show that telemedicine is effective in overcoming geographic barriers and limited health infrastructure, especially during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the challenges of policy implementation, technology infrastructure, and equality of access remain important issues that need to be addressed. On the other hand, digital literacy plays a crucial role in strengthening access to health information and informed decision making. It is hoped that the integration of telemedicine with increasing digital health literacy can increase equitable access to health. The implications of this research include providing new insights for policy makers and health practitioners in optimizing the use of telemedicine to overcome access barriers and increase digital literacy among the public.

Abstract

Abstract

Health behavior and promotion are key factors in reducing morbidity and mortality in children under five years of age, which remains a significant challenge worldwide. Factors such as stunting, malnutrition, acute respiratory infections (ARI), diarrhea, and pneumonia contribute to this problem. This study aims to explore the role of parental involvement in community-based health promotion programs in reducing morbidity and mortality in children under five years. The method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA approach, identifying and analyzing articles from reputable international databases. Findings show that parental involvement can significantly increase the effectiveness of health programs, with a positive impact on reducing child morbidity and mortality rates. The implications of this research emphasize the need for policies that support community-based prevention programs, integration of health strategies with parental involvement, and increased awareness of the role of parents in children's health.
