Abstract

Permasalahan arus kas proyek memiliki dampak terhadap keuangan penyedia jasa konstruksi, dan kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan jadwal pekerjaan secara tepat waktu. Dengan mengetahui penyebab-penyebab defisit arus kas dan interaksi diantara penyebab dengan kondisi arus kas, penyedia jasa konstruksi dapat mengantisipasi dan mengkoreksi uang kas yang tersedia untuk menghindari pinjaman kepada pihak lain atau penambahan jumlah pinjamannya. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada sebuah proyek pembangunan infrastruktur di kawasan industri bersifat analisis deskriptif berdasarkan data tertulis dari penyedia jasa konstruksi. Berdasarkan kajian didapatkan penyebab masalah defisit arus kas yaitu tidak terdapat uang muka karena klausul perjanjian konstruksi, kemudian diperparah oleh penyedia jasa konstruksi yang tidak memaksimalkan frekuensi penagihan bulanan khususnya pada periode awal, serta adanya keterlambatan pembayaran dari pemberi kerja. Evaluasi arus kas secara berkala akan memberikan gambaran uang kas yang tersedia pada masing-masing periode proyek. Selain itu, evaluasi arus kas pada periode akhir juga dapat mengindikasikan adanya laba atau rugi dari hasil pelaksanaan proyek.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been substantial growth in research concerning the gut microbiome, largely due to its recognized role in influencing human physiology and immune function. The microbiome represents a complex ecosystem that interacts with infections, potentially shaping host responses along the gut-brain axis and impacting health outcomes. Imbalances in gut microbiota have been linked to various neurodegenerative diseases, including multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and autoimmune encephalitis. This bibliometric study aimed to deepen our understanding of the relationship between gut microbiota and immune-mediated movement disorders, addressing gaps in research knowledge and investigating underlying mechanisms. Through an analysis of research themes, countries, institutions, and publication trends, we utilized the Scopus database and VOSviewer software to conduct a comprehensive examination. Our findings, spanning the years 2015 to 2023, revealed that the United States and Germany were leading contributors to global research in this area. Furthermore, Parkinson’s disease emerged as a prominent topic within the context of movement disorders associated with gut microbiota dysbiosis. Overall, this bibliometric analysis highlights the evolving landscape of gut microbiome research, emphasizing the need for continued exploration to inform preventive strategies and enhance infection management worldwide.

Abstract

Domestic violence against women has become an open secret. Some so many women experience violence that causes various losses both physical, psychological, and financial. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of domestic violence on women's mental health and resilience. The method used in this study is qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it was found that all participants experienced physical, verbal, and sexual violence that affected their resilience. The participants took longer to recover from the trauma and pain of violence from their partners. Social support plays an important role in helping women victims of violence to recover and seek help. An interesting condition of the participants was their financial dependence on their husbands. This makes the husband feel more powerful and does not respect the wife. In addition, the low level of education causes them to lack understanding of the existence of laws that protect them from violence and difficulty seeking help on their own

Abstract

Indonesian migrant workers are an integral part of the globalization phenomenon that involves the movement of labor across countries. Along with the times and the increasing need for workers in certain sectors, many Indonesians choose to work abroad to improve their economic welfare and that of their families back home. Despite the expectation of improving economic welfare, they often face various challenges requiring adequate legal protection. This research uses a normative juridical research method with a statutory approach by referring to Law No. 39 of 2004 and its related regulations concerning the protection of migrant workers. Through this approach, the research explores the existing legal framework and identifies weaknesses and shortcomings in its implementation. Drawing on previous studies, this research emphasizes the importance of economic welfare and workers' rights, highlighting the need for comprehensive solutions. Through in-depth analysis encompassing workers' backgrounds, legal frameworks, and existing issues, this study aims to contribute to enhancing legal protection for Indonesian migrant workers abroad.

Abstract

The heart stands as a critical organ within the human body, susceptible to various disorders with distinct characteristics. Notably, coronary heart disease, due to its escalating worldwide prevalence, commands significant attention. However, this disease is not restricted to a specific age group and can afflict those not adhering to healthy lifestyles. In this study, our objective is to investigate the global epidemiology of coronary heart disease from 2014 to 2023 by conducting a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the scientific literature.  This study employs Data Collection, Data preprocessing, Co-occurrence Analysis, Co-authorship Analysis, Data Visualization and Analysis, and Ethical Consideration. The data were collected from the Scopus database and filtered by adding the keywords "coronary heart disease," "mortality," "atherosclerosis," and "hypertension" from 2014 to 2023. The study encompasses trends in publication output, Co-occurrence analysis findings, and Co-authorship analysis findings. Coronary heart disease is a major concern in global epidemiology. To guide future studies, this bibliometric analysis of Scopus data (2014-2023) examines publication trends. Findings reveal research gaps, increased publications on the disease, and decreased focus on public health. The rise in pandemic-related publications highlights its impact and viral challenges. This bibliometric analysis underscores the waning attention and research focus on coronary heart disease within the broader scope of global epidemiology. This study emphasizes the ongoing need for dedicated research to elevate global epidemiological outcomes.

Abstract

During Indonesia's reformation era, past human rights violations weren't addressed through ad hoc trials despite changing leadership. Ahead of the 2024 President Election, amidst heightened political competition, the issue seemed neglected. Foreign media focused on this, particularly due to Gibran, President Jokowi's son, discussing political dynasties, and controversies surrounding a candidate accused of human rights violations, banned from entering the US. 1) The author aims to analyze the government's policy on the Kamisan Action, supporting human rights trials in Indonesia, and evaluate president candidate' commitment to addressing human rights violations. It's hoped the 2024 elected President prioritizes resolving human rights issues and increases public awareness of ongoing violations. 2) The research adopts a normative juridical approach. 3) Findings: Efforts to address past human rights violations since BJ Habibie's time haven't fully resolved the issue. The planned Ad Hoc Court under Law No. 26 of 2000 remains unimplemented, indicating a lack of state commitment to protecting human rights. The Kamisan Action continues its fight for justice, but hopes were dashed with leadership changes. In the 2024 president election, only candidate pair Anies Rasyid Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, and candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD prioritize human rights. Prabowo's victory, despite allegations of involvement in human rights violations, left the Kamisan Action disillusioned. 4) Conclusion, however there's a possibility of establishing an ad hoc court under the current administration. Ensuring perpetrators face justice is crucial to prevent ongoing injustice and implicate the state in human rights violations by not resolving the issue.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of social media on voter perceptions in the 2024 Election, studied according to Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections in conjunction with Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. This research uses qualitative methods with a normative juridical approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews with constitutional law experts, political communication experts, and election monitoring activists. Secondary data was obtained from literature studies, such as books, scientific journals, and statutory regulations. The research results show that social media has both positive and negative impacts on voter perceptions. As a positive impact, social media can increase political participation and access to voter information. The negative impact is that social media can be used to spread hoaxes, hate speech and political propaganda which can manipulate voter perceptions. Based on the research results, it was concluded that stricter regulation and supervision of the use of social media in elections is necessary. This needs to be done to ensure that social media is used responsibly and does not manipulate voter perceptions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the early history of the background of the Israeli and Palestinian conflict that caused human rights violations that occurred during the conflict, especially in the Palestinian territories where many violations of this research were carried out by providing information and analysis of international cooperation to resolve the Israeli and Palestinian conflict through the realm of international law in upholding human rights against the Israeli community Method The approach in this study is to use a normative juridical approach, namely a legal research method that examines library materials or secondary data, thus this research method is also often referred to as doctrinal legal research sourced from secondary data, legal principles, positive legal rules from library materials, laws, and court decisions. "Upholding human rights within the scope of international law against the Palestinian people in the face of aggression by the State of Israel and its allies". This method allows researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the issues under study and provides a strong legal foundation for their analysis The results showed that many human rights violations committed by Israel against Palestinians include deliberate killings, torture, inhuman resistance, arrests without cause, confiscation, and confiscation of Palestinian property and so on.  The implementation and enforcement of these rights in the Palestinian territories are often hampered by political complexity and ongoing conflict with Israel. Therefore, the promotion of human rights is imperative to ensure the completion of these rights through international cooperation and international law

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced Digital Era, social media has become an important platform for people to communicate, share information and express themselves. The platform provides a space for individuals to build an online identity, connect with others, and engage in various communities. Expression on social media varies greatly and is influenced by many factors, including culture, education, social environment, and technology. This journal focuses on the application of law to freedom of expression in the digital era, referring to the perspective of Law Number 19 concerning Information and Electronics (UU ITE). The method used in this research uses a formative juridical method, namely the preparation and application of law in a structured and systematic manner using clear and simple language and the use of case examples. Although social media provides many benefits, there are risks and challenges associated with self-expression such as; Cyberbullying, Harassment, Hoaxes and one of them is Defamation.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak dan setara. Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam hambatan ini adalah stigma ableisme yang ada dalam masyarakat yan mengasumsikan bahwa orang dengan disabilitas tidak mampu atau tidak layak bekerja untuk mengatasi stigma ini dan memastikn hak-hak yang setara bagi penyandang disabilitas. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengembangkan kerangka hukum Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Kerangka huku di Indonesia melibatkan berbagai instrumen hukum yang berfokus pada perlindungan dan pemajuan hak- hak penyandang disabilitas. Instruen tersebut mencakup Undang-Undang Daar 1945. Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyandang Disabilitas, dan berbagai peraturan pelaksanaannya. Upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi stigma ableisme terhadap penyandang disabilitas dan hak mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layat terlihat dalam beberapa langkah. Pertama kerangka hukum HAM mendorong pemberi kerja untuk memberikan aksesibilitas dan akomodasi yag sesuai untuk penyandang disabilitas di tempat kerja. Kedua, pemerintah memberikan insentif bagi perusahaan yang menerapkan kebijakan inklusif dan melibatkaan penyandang disabilitas dalam lingkungan kerja.
