Abstract

Abstrak Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau sekolompok orang dengan tujuan untuk melukai atau menyakiti orang lain. Kekerasan yang dilakukan bisa dengan perbuatan maupun dengan perkataan. Dalam Hindu perbuatan kekerasan atau menyakiti orang lain, sama halnya menyakiti diri sendiri. Hindu mengajarkan untuk senantiasa menjalin hubungan yang baik kepada siapapun, apalagi kepada istri. Kekerasan yang terjadi dapat disebabkan oleh kondisi ekonomi keluarga, usia suami atau istri dan tingkat pendidikan suami dan istri. Tindakan kekerasan dapat berupa kekerasan pisik, psikologis, seksual dan ekonomi. Akibat kekerasan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga dapat berdampak luas, apalagi jika dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Misalnya akan meninggalkan rasa trauma, cacat fisik, mentalnya menjadi gampang setres. Bahkan apabila terjadi pada anak, maka akan mengganggu atau menghambat tumbuh kembang si anak. Pada akhirnya kehidupan keluarga yang dijalani akan berantakan, tidak ada keharmonisan dan kebahagian. Manawa Dharmasastra jelas mengatakan dimana wanita dihormati, disitu aka ada kebahagiaan. Begitu sebaliknya, apabila wanita tidak dihargai, diperlakukan dengan kasar, maka keluarga tersebut dalam jurang kehancuran. Banyak upaya yang bisa dilakukan agar kehidupan keluarga senantiasa harmonis, diantaranya menyayangi dan memperlakukan istri dengan baik, serta menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan seluruh anggota keluarga dan sebagainya. Abstract

Management is a process carried out to achieve an organization's goals by working in teams and an application of management has a subject and an object. Education is a learning effort and learning process for students to actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves and society. Educators and education personnel in the educational process play a strategic role, especially in efforts to shape the character of the nation through the development of the desired personality and values. Viewed from the educational dimension, the role of educators in Indonesian society remains dominant even though the technology that can be utilized in the learning process is developing very quickly. Likewise, their education staff is tasked with carrying out administration, management, development, supervision and technical services to support the educational process in educational units.

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin menurut susastra Hindu adalah tidak hanya memahami urusan tata pemerintahan maupun organisasi saja, melainkan harus memiliki bekal pengetahuan agama yang baik. Hal ini agar pemimpin dapat menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya berlandaskan dharma dan untuk kepentingan dharma. Penelitian tentang pemimpin dan kepemimpinan sudah banyak dilakukan, namun eksistensi seorang pemimpin dalam menghadapi pandemic khususnya dilihat dari perspektif susastra Hindu belum pernah ditemukan sebelumnya. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan mampu berkontribusi setidaknya sebagai pedoman penguatan mental spiritual bagi seorang pemimpin dalam menghadapi masalah global saat ini. Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini mengenai konseling praperkawinan menuju keluarga sukinah. Tujuan dari konseling praperkawinan untuk membantu pasangan calon pengantin dalam mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya dengan matang baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Selain itu, tujuan dari konseling praperkawinan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman bagi pasangan calon pengantin terkait dengan semua permasalahan yang dihadapinya serta menyelesaikan masalahnya secara baik. Selain dijelaskan mengenai tujuannya, juga dijelaskan mengenai manfaat dari konseling praperkawinan. Tentunya untuk mempersiapkan pasangan sebelum membentuk keluarga sukinah, maka diperlukan adanya konseling praperkawinan sebagai dasar sebelum memulai perkawinan dan membentuk keluarga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Abstract This paper is about premarital counseling towards a sukinah family. The purpose of premarital counseling is to help the prospective bride and groom in preparing everything thoroughly both physically and psychologically. In addition, the purpose of this premarital counseling is to provide an understanding for the prospective bride and groom related to all the problems they face and solve the problem properly. In addition to explaining the purpose, it is also explained about the benefits of premarital counseling. Of course, to prepare the couple before forming a sukinah family, it is necessary to have premarital counseling as a basis before starting a marriage and forming a happy and prosperous family. Abstract

Fire is the process of oxidizing heat, oxygen, and combustible materials. Besides producing fire, the oxidation process of these elements also produces heat and light. Related to this, Hindus in Bali recognize three types of fire or Agni, namely: Ahavaniya Agni, which is a sacred fire for cooking food, Grhapatya Agni is a fire for marriage ceremonies to maintain the sanctity of marriage, Cita Agni is a sacred fire for burning corpses. Many scripture texts discuss fire, which can be used as a reference in the practice of religious life for the Hindu community in Bali, both in reg, sama, atarwa veda, etc. In Wedaparikrama: 44-45 it is explained that fire is an introduction to the ceremony that connects humans with Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa. At the symbolic level, fire has many meanings, including: fire means spirit, fire means purification, fire also means enlightenment. In the practice of chess brata loneliness, fire is used symbolically, both outside and inside for purification purposes. This paper reveals the use of inner fire, namely the fire of self-purification, in the practice of celebrating Nyepi in Balinese tradition. Literature study on fire, found many texts, which can be used as a reference for life practices, especially in ceremonial practices for the Balinese people. The results of interviews, and observations, on the practice of celebrating the holy day of Nyepi through the implementation of chess brata sepian found that the practice of chess brata sepian is a process of self-purification through fire to increase self-purity.

Abstract

The implementation of learning in the new normal era is a concern for all parties because learning is considered not to be implemented optimally. The quality of education is also questionable because of the lack of ready education facilities online or in the network (online). Even parents who experience a lot of job loss feel burdened with children who have to study from home because they need special assistance for children who are less able to be independent. The government has also tried to issue assistance in the form of quotas, and schools are given policies to manage BOS funds to be used to prepare health protocol facilities. Given the increasing number of positive Covid-19, lessons that are carried out offline cannot be implemented. This is where the role of parents is very much needed to help the education of their sons and daughters for the continuation of a smooth educational process in the midst of this pandemic. The role of a teacher cannot be separated from being a learning facilitator and is added to monitor the learning process that is carried out offline. With this collaboration, it is hoped that parents and teachers will make contact via online to support learning in the new normal era.

Abstract

This research is based on the massive land conversion in Buleleng Regency which is indicated by the large number of shops and villas and resorts which have resulted in the reduction of productive agricultural land. Where this productive agricultural land is mostly rice fields that can support food supply in Buleleng Regency. Buleleng Regency has 9 sub-districts, 129 villages, 19 sub-districts, and 169 traditional villages. Traditional villages have an important role in maintaining these productive lands in accordance with the basic agrarian Law. So the purpose of this study is to examine the position of Awig-awig owned by traditional villages in assessing the prevention that can be done by traditional villages and the law in slowing the rate of land transfer in Buleleng Regency. In examining this problem, using a normative descriptive method, it was found that awing-awig was very important in preventing the village community from selling productive lands owned by the community.

Abstract

Practicum as one of the learning media is a process that is eagerly awaited by every student. The practicum process makes the application of theory in school even to finding new theories based on recent research with certain variables. Travel industry practicum as a form of learning for tourism students, becomes a synchronization of theory with practice in the field. At present, the travel industry practicum that runs during the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge. How to carry out learning in the field but stay safe from the covid-19 virus. This research will try to explore the level of effectiveness in carrying out the travel industry practicum with all its problems during the covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that after digging up information about the effectiveness of the practicum, it is possible to make a model that can be applied during a special period as it is currently happening.

Abstract

The implementation of Nyepi as a milestone for Hindus to be aware and self-aware, to remember and reflect on all the behaviors that have been done during the year. Nyepi day is a very good day to uphold your true self. During Nyepi day, we as human beings keep in mind the essence of truth, because truth is what is lasting, others are not eternal. On Nyepi day, it is a real effort to be able to control oneself, hold back, not go into indignation, not be extravagant, and not behave arrogantly towards anyone. Likewise, the behavior of gambling and the like can be controlled, because it is a very big sin for mankind. By interpreting the essence and meaning of the Nyepi celebration with all its series of ceremonies, it is hoped that a noble heart and soul will be full of holiness in the next life. Only the truth that lasts. Pursue the truth through the implementation of Catur Brata Penyepian, in order to realize happiness.
