Abstract

One of the things that has become a hot and endless topic of discussion is the government's policy of providing assistance ahead of the 2024 election. One party believes that the policy of providing social assistance ahead of the general election is likely to have an electoral impact on one of the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs. One of the reasons this happened was because President Joko Widodo seemed to be siding with one of the candidate pairs. This can give rise to sentiment among the wider community which can give rise to the perception that the state budget is used for intervention policy programs that benefit one of the candidate pairs. However, providing social assistance to the community can help overcome poverty before 2024. Providing social assistance is a form of support from the government to underprivileged communities in facing the economic shocks currently being faced. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Researchers use research data in the form of secondary data obtained from a number of credible sources such as scientific articles, books and a number of other sources that are credible and commonly used in research. These data were analyzed using analytical tools with stages of data collection, data selection, data reduction and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing an E-Registration and Health Services Consultation system using the Agile method, which aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of health services. The main objective of this research is to design and implement a system that can make it easier for patients to register and consult online, reduce waiting time, and improve the quality of interactions between patients and health service providers. This research is motivated by the need to overcome the problem of limited access and inconvenience in conventional health services, which often require long waiting times and complicated administrative processes. Agile methods were chosen for their flexibility and adaptivity in software development, allowing development teams to respond quickly to changing user needs and preferences. This research uses an iterative approach, where development is carried out in cycles consisting of planning, design, implementation, testing and evaluation. Data was collected through user satisfaction surveys, interviews with stakeholders, and system performance analysis. The findings of this research indicate that the implementation of the E-Registration and Health Services Consultation system can significantly increase patient satisfaction, with a decrease in average waiting time and an increase in service accessibility. Apart from that, this system also supports better decision making by health service providers through integrated and real-time patient data management. This research makes an important contribution to the development of health information systems, offering valuable insights into the application of Agile methods in the development of responsive and user-centered health care systems.

Abstract

This study compares the implementation of Exponential Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average , and Simple Moving Average in the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index. Through the analysis of historical IHSG data, we found that EMA consistently outperforms WMA and SMA with higher accuracy. This result indicates that the use of EMA, focusing on recent data, can be a more responsive approach to changes in stock market trends. However, this research also highlights the need to consider the weaknesses and limitations of each forecasting method. The implications of these findings can provide valuable guidance for stock market practitioners in investment decision-making. Future research can deepen this analysis by considering additional factors to improve IHSG predictions

Abstract

This study aims to describe the age of marriage in Act No. 16 of 2019 on the Amendment of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. In this study the author uses a normative jurisprudence approach, which is a study based on library research in order to obtain secondary data in the field of law. The method is used to dig the foundations, norms, theories and legal opinions relevant to research issues through inventory and study of primary, secondary, and tertiary law materials. Law No. 1 of 1974 dominated many elements of religion/belief and reality living in society. On the other hand, this Act No. 1 of 1974 seeks to reinforce the principles contained in the Pancasila and the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945. From the point of view of this Act, the change in the age of marriage in Act No. 16 of 2019 is a reform of the marriage law. This reform of the age of marriage does not preclude the provisions of article 2, paragraphs (1) and (2) which stipulate that marriage shall be legally performed according to the law of religion, also must be recorded by the authority.

Abstract

The position of theory is very important in science, this can be seen from the task of theory, namely deepening the problem being studied. The existence of a theory can strengthen what previously stood alone, so that they reinforce each other and questions that are not yet clear are explored more deeply. In any field that is a field of legal science, theory can be a practical guide that explains how to approach the subject matter to be studied. Legal theory generally follows the flow of positive law, namely the search for just law. Law is an order issued by a sovereign authority, addressed to the government and given sanctions if violated (Austin). Pure law is a necessity that regulates human behavior as intelligent creatures (Kalsen). The application of legal theory emphasizes that a positive legal system will operate effectively if it follows the rules and norms of society. The combination of the three judges, certainty theory and utility theory is the right way to apply it in Indonesia.

Abstract

Recently, the documentary film "Dirty Vote" succeeded in shaking up the world of politics in Indonesia and dividing parties into two camps. One camp believes that the film is an instrument or medium to create intelligent voters and is a form of dissatisfaction with the Constitutional Court's decision which gave Gibran Rakabuming Raka the opportunity to become a Vice Presidential Candidate. However, on the other hand, a number of groups believe that the film is only looking for sensation and there is no scientific analysis that is in line with systematic methodology in scientific research. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the documentary film "Dirty Vote" which functions as substance or just sensation. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach which aims to reveal the purpose/purpose of the presence of documentary films as substance or mere sensation. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from scientific manuscripts, books, trusted websites, and so on which are commonly used in every research. This data is analyzed using the SWOT method with the standard that if there are many strengths and opportunities it leads to substance and if there are many weaknesses and challenges it leads to sensation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of worry/anxiety, family function, and depression on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients, using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. Data was collected from 58 hemodialysis patients at RSUD Dr. R. Soedjati Soemodiardjo Purwodadi Grobogan used a questionnaire that included an anxiety scale, family function scale, depression scale and quality of life scale. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM-PLS technique to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that anxiety had a significant influence on the patient's level of depression. This influence is a unidirectional influence, meaning that if the patient's anxiety increases, the level of depression also increases. Anxiety also has a significant influence on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients. This influence is a negative influence, meaning that increasing anxiety causes the patient's quality of life to decrease. Conversely, if anxiety decreases, the patient's quality of life increases.

Abstract

Every educational institution must of course have quality and qualified Human Resources (HR). Not only the teaching staff or lecturers, but also need to be supported by competent staff/educational staff so that the "consumers" we serve can achieve maximum satisfaction. In the world of higher education, the consumers referred to here can be students, parents or other parties who collaborate with the university in question. However, considering that almost all activities in higher education are always related to students, the concept of excellent service must also focus on the needs of the students themselves. This research is aimed at answering the question of how excellent service is implemented at XYZ private university and whether the services from the university provide satisfaction to its students. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 10 students who were studying in the first semester and 10 other students who had been studying for up to 6 semesters. This classification of informants was carried out to obtain an idea of whether there were differences between the services provided to new students and old students. Apart from that, to see whether there have been any changes made towards better service for students as customers. The results of this research indicate that the A6 aspect of excellent service has not been implemented properly so that it does not provide satisfaction to students who are customers or clients which is very important for the sustainability of a higher education institution.
