Abstract

This research aims to organize an outreach program regarding the use of telemedicine in improving access and quality of health services for the community. This outreach program is designed to provide knowledge and skills to the public about how to use telemedicine effectively, including understanding the platform, the types of services available, and how to consult a doctor online. The methods used in this service activity include a series of workshops, online seminars and interactive question and answer sessions, which were attended by participants from various levels of society. The education material was delivered by a team of experts consisting of health practitioners, academics and telemedicine application developers. Program evaluation was carried out through participant satisfaction surveys and analysis of increased knowledge about telemedicine before and after counseling. The results of this activity show a significant increase in public understanding of telemedicine, including its benefits, safety and how to use it. Participants stated that they felt more confident to use telemedicine services to meet their health needs. This program was also successful in identifying barriers faced by the community in accessing telemedicine services and providing recommendations for future improvements. This research emphasizes the importance of public outreach and education as the key to optimizing the use of health technology, especially telemedicine, in improving the accessibility and quality of health services. This community service activity provides important insights for the development of an inclusive and sustainable digital health strategy.

This system development method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of the system with the active participation of teachers, students, and parents. The research results show that the e-learning system developed can increase student engagement, facilitate access to diverse and interactive learning materials, and support teachers in managing virtual classes. System evaluation was carried out through satisfaction surveys, analysis of student learning performance, and user feedback, which showed significant improvements in the effectiveness of distance learning. This research concludes that the development of e-learning systems tailored to the specific needs of junior high schools can be an effective solution to overcome the challenges of distance learning, while providing opportunities for pedagogical innovation in future education.

(Juliana iHutapea iet ial., i2018) However, when choosing shoes, the task can become quite complicated considering the many choices and factors that need to be considered. In Indonesia, there are many local shoe brands, each with its own characteristics and appeal. The diversity of shoe models available often creates confusion for buyers, who are looking for shoes that suit their needs and preferences. (Mario i& iLero, in.d.) To overcome this challenge, this research aims for the same. to develop a decision support system designed to provide assistance to buyers in choosing shoes. This research involves three main criteria, namely price, comfort, and quality, which are considered key factors in carrying out the decision-making process. purchasing shoes. By applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method (Apriani iet ial., i2020), this research attempts to produce weights for each criterion and provide a ranking of shoes that could be the right choice. Thus, this decision support system is expected to have the ability to provide advice or recommendations. shoes that suit customers' needs and preferences, helping them overcome the confusion in choosing among the various shoe models available in the market.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between self-acceptance and people pleaser in late adolescents who experienced their parents' divorce. Sampling was carried out using the snowball sampling technique, totaling 134 adolescents aged 17-22 years who had divorced parents. People pleaser was measured using the Disease to Pleaser Triangle scale from Braiker (2001) and self-acceptance was measured using the Self-Acceptance scale based on aspects of self-acceptance from Sheerer (1949). The results of hypothesis testing using Spearman rho correlation analysis show a correlation coefficient value of r = -0.574 and a significant value of p <0.01. This means that there is a negative relationship between self-acceptance and people pleaser in late adolescents who experienced their parents' divorce. Thus, the lower the self-acceptance, the higher the people pleaser of adolescents and vice versa. It is hoped that the results of this research will allow teenagers with divorced parents to increase self-acceptance as an effort to reduce the level of people pleaser.

Abstract

Nonverbal communication is a way for humans to communicate without using language aspects. To communicate nonverbally, a person can use two channels, namely the visible channel and the paralingual channel. Nonverbal behavior in an interaction always communicates something. Even though when we meet new people we will communicate verbally, we need to realize that non-verbal communication also occurs and continues along with verbal communication. Even small things like eye movements, facial expressions, clothing, and body movements still influence other people's perceptions of us. First impressions and nonverbal communication are closely related in building other people's perceptions of us and also our perceptions of other people. The research was carried out using the literature study method. A literature review was used to collect data and information related to nonverbal communication and its influence on first impression formation. This research discusses the definition of nonverbal communication, theories of first impression formation, and the relationship between nonverbal communication and first impression formation.

Abstract

In the eyes of the public, defamation is seen as resulting in damage such as tarnishing one's reputation, including honor. As a criminal act, defamation is regulated from Article 310 to Article 321 of the Criminal Code and Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions in Article 27 paragraph 3 and Article 45 paragraph 1, which has been amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 19 of 2016 on amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. According to these laws, there are clear criminal imprisonment sanctions for offenders, but current public sentiment does not favor this, and the state desires this matter to be resolved through Restorative Justice, as stipulated in the Indonesian National Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning the Handling of Criminal Acts Based on Restorative Justice, the Republic of Indonesia Attorney General Regulation Number 15 of 2020 regarding the termination of prosecution based on restorative justice, and the decision of the Director General of the General Courts on the Implementation Guidelines of Restorative Justice (restorative justice) Number 1691/DJU/SK/PS.00/12/2020. From the research findings, it is evident that the majority of the public agrees with the application of Restorative Justice by having the offender compensate the victim for damages, usually in the form of a monetary amount agreed upon by the offender and the victim.
