Abstract

This research aims to find out Muslim and non-Muslim figures who use hermeneutics on the Al-Qur'an. The type of research used is qualitative-descriptive research with a literature review research method. The research results show that non-Muslim figures use hermeneutics to the Al-Qur'an: There are two main non-Muslim figures who use hermeneutics to the Al-Qur'an. With the belief that the quran also has weaknesses like the Bible. So Abraham Giger, accompanied by his student and successor Arthur Jeffry, devoted his life to criticizing the quran. Christoph Luxenberg, Goldhizer and Joseph Schacht their criticism is not only limited to the quran but also the hadith of the Prophet, Saw. Muslim figures who also used hermenutics to interpret the quran include: Muhammad Arkoun, Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid, Hasan Hanafi, Fazlur Rahman, and Muhammad Syahrur. This expert believes that the method of interpreting the quran needs to be adapted to the needs of the people. Because not all Muslims have the ability to interpret the quran, while they still need the quran as a guide for life.

Abstract

This comprehensive study delves into a meticulous comparative analysis, examining the metaphysical underpinnings and normative frameworks inherent in Islamic and Western philosophical paradigms. The primary focus is on their profound implications for the foundations and practical application of human rights. Through an in-depth exploration of key philosophical texts, historical contexts, and real-world applications, this research sheds light on the complex tapestry that shapes understanding human rights in these distinct traditions. The Islamic viewpoint, deeply rooted in the sacred Qur'an and Sunnah, emphasizes concepts like fitrah (innate predisposition) and stewardship. At the same time, Western traditions, evolving across classical to Enlightenment eras, prioritize individual liberties within a secular framework. By navigating these intellectual landscapes, this study contributes significantly to a nuanced and culturally sensitive discourse on human rights, surpassing simplistic dichotomies and fostering a global understanding.

Abstract

Implementation of a Security System with Laser Sensors and Arduino Nano as Main Control is an innovation that combines laser sensor technology with Arduino Nano control intelligence to increase the security level of a certain area. This system is designed to detect unwanted intrusion or penetration using strategically installed laser sensors. Laser sensors function as perimeter monitors, measuring and monitoring changes in light caused by the movement of surrounding objects. The information obtained from the laser sensor is then transmitted to the Arduino Nano as the main control. The Arduino Nano acts as the brain of the system, analyzing data received from laser sensors and making decisions based on pre- programmed security algorithms. In an intrusion detection situation, the Arduino Nano will activate a user-defined security response, such as activating an alarm, sending a notification to the user's device, or connecting to a broader security system. This system provides a security solution that is smart, responsive, and can be integrated with other systems. The implementation of this security system with laser sensors and Arduino Nano can be implemented in various environments, including homes, offices,or industrial areas that require additional layers of security. The advantage of this system lies in its ability to detect movement with high accuracy and respond quickly, providing effective protection against potential security threats.

Abstract

Air pollution is a condition where air quality decreases and is contaminated with substances, and if these substances are dangerous or not dangerous, they can cause human health problems. One type of pollutant that needs to be considered is air pollution due to the operation of machines. Machine operation using Palm Shells, and diesel fuel for factory operations. As a result, the operation of the engine produces several exhaust gases such as Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Particulates (PM), and Mercury (Hg). To find out the distribution pattern of chimneys, you can use the Aermod View software, and data processing is needed on Aermap. In this study, the meteorological data analysis method was used with the data input system in the Aermod View software. The purpose of this study is the analysis of meteorological data for Aermod  View  software  input.  The  data  obtained  is  meteorological  data consisting of wind direction, wind speed, reference wind height, temperature, rainfall, air humidity, surface pressure, and cloud cover. Emission dispersion model for stacks on SO2, NO2, CO, and particulate parameters. The location that has the potential to receive high concentrations of these pollutants is east to southeast from the source due to a higher elevation of up to 96 meters. The maximum concentration of SO2, NO2, C, O, and particulates is at a distance of 800 meters from the emission source to the east. The condition of the area that has the maximum concentration is dominated by agricultural areas. From the results of modeling without a controller, the maximum SO2 concentration at the receptor is 50.2 µg/m3 while the quality standard is 150/1H, the maximum NO2 concentration at the receptor is 128 µg/m3, the quality standard is 200/1H, the concentration of Carbon Monoxide (CO) is 5338 µg/m3, standard quality standard 10000/1H, The modeling results show that without using controllers, pollutant concentrations are still within the quality standards that have been set based on PP No. 22 of 2021.
