Abstract

Orchids are popular ornamental plants known for their beautiful flowers and limitless varieties. In addition to choosing the right growing medium, orchid care to support their growth also requires nutrients, one of which is growth regulators. Tissue culture is a propagation technique that can rapidly multiply orchid plants in large quantities. The research method involves a literature review by analyzing several relevant articles. The literature review discusses topics such as explant contamination, growing media, and growth regulators in orchid plants. Based on the research findings, the moth orchid (Phalaenopsis) can thrive and grow well in both VW (Vacin and Went) and MS (Murashige and Skoog) growing media. Meanwhile, the use of MS medium with the addition of the growth regulator BAP (Benzyl Adenine Purine) in black orchids has an impact on shoot multiplication.

Abstract

Supermarket, a shop that provides various products for use, especially for daily life, including food products, drinks, kitchen utensils, clothing, electronic equipment and others. It is not surprising that many mothers now choose to shop for daily necessities at supermarkets rather than the nearest stall. With self-service, it can make it easier for us consumers to buy different products in one place. So there is no need to change shops to buy other items. Of course, products have different levels of popularity, not only because of taste but also because of price. The number of products provided by supermarkets is relatively large and if you look at the level of popularity, it is difficult to determine, so data mining is needed. The data mining used is clustering. After implementing and using the K-Means algorithm in clustering (grouping) supermarket products, there are two centroids used (C1 for Not Selling Products and C2 for Best Selling Products). The initial centroid value is determined randomly, while the subsequent centroids are adjusted according to the results of calculating the closest distance (maximum distance). The final result obtained is that the best-selling group consists of 12 products, namely products with serial numbers 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 17. Meanwhile, the product group does not There are 6 best-selling products, namely products with serial numbers 2, 3, 10, 12, 13 and 18.

Abstract

The role of language is very important in campaigns because language is able to mobilize the masses and influence people's behavior. Ideally, campaigns present persuasive language that contains honest and polite information. However, the phenomena in the field are different from those idealized. This paper will describe the phenomenon of violations of language politeness maxims in presidential election memes. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this research was collected from documentation in the form of meme images on the internet, focusing on the three presidential candidates announced by the General Election Commission (KPU). The three presidential candidates are Anies Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto, and Ganjar Pranowo. As a result, the language character in meme media containing presidential candidates is colored by language impoliteness. This linguistic impoliteness takes the form of violations of the language politeness maxim as follows: 27% violation of the approbation maxim, 12% violation of the opinion reticence maxim, 13% violation of the agreement maxim, modesty maxim) by 5%, violation of tact maxim by 25%, violation of the feeling reticence maxim by 13%, violation of the generosity maxim by 4%, and violation of the sympathy maxim of 1%. This violation has the potential to trigger conflict between supporters. Therefore, to create peaceful elections, memes should not contain any forms of politeness violations.

Abstract

Indonesia's financial sector is undergoing a transformative shift through the integration of green banking principles, marking a significant stride towards sustainable development and the bolstering of financial integrity. This paper explores the proactive measures taken by Indonesia, including the adoption and adaptation of international initiatives such as the Global Alliance for Banking on Values, Green Development Banks, the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS), the utilization of blockchain technology, and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. These steps not only align with the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) but are also tailored to meet Indonesia's unique environmental, socio-economic challenges. The commitment of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to mandate and nurture green banking practices is a testament to the country's dedication to a sustainable future, simultaneously enhancing the financial sector's resilience against crimes like money laundering. The emphasis on transparency and accountability through mandated sustainability reporting emerges as a key strategy in establishing trust and credibility amongst stakeholders. However, challenges in the consistent implementation of green banking practices and sustainability reporting underscore the need for clear, measurable standards and comprehensive education and training. The convergence of environmental sustainability with anti-money laundering efforts epitomizes a synergistic approach to strengthening the financial sector's stability and transparency. This paper concludes that green banking in Indonesia transcends regulatory compliance, embodying a strategic imperative that leverages environmental stewardship as a foundation for secure, transparent, and ethical banking. Indonesia's evolving green banking framework not only contributes to global sustainability efforts but also sets a benchmark for integrating economic growth with environmental conservation, paving the way for a sustainable and prosperous future. This study illuminates Indonesia's role as a pioneer in the fusion of sustainability and financial integrity within the banking sector.
