Abstract

Leadership It is not about commanding or giving orders but inspiring and motivating teams toward the achievement of exceptional output. This will form that bond driving this success engine, whose potential is unimaginable. This paper will discuss the role of motivation in leadership and types of leadership motivation. The method used is qualitative literature study approach (library research). The result is that qualitative research is done with a research design whose findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or in the form of counts, but rather seek to reveal phenomena in a holistic- contextual manner by collecting data from natural settings and making use of researchers as key instruments. Data collection is carried out by finding sources and reconstructing from different sources such as books, journals, articles, and existing research. This qualitative research design can be adopted as a method in research because the design is described in an elucidative way that researchers and academics can easily understand.

Abstract

Teaching English as a second language (ESL) to young learners presents a unique set of challenges and requires the use of effective and innovative strategies. Short attention spans, differences in learning pace and style, and the need to make learning relevant and engaging for children, are some of the key barriers faced by educators. Through this study, we explore various methods and approaches to overcome these challenges, including the use of props, games and other interactive activities that support visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. The study also highlights the importance of differentiating teaching and adapting to each child's specific needs to maximise learning effectiveness. In addition, the establishment of a positive and supportive classroom environment, as well as classroom behaviour management, were seen as important factors in facilitating successful language learning. The conclusion of this study provides insights into effective strategies in educating young learners in ESL, demonstrating the importance of teaching approaches that are creative, flexible and responsive to individual needs.

Abstract

This research aims to looking at effective strategies to improve writing skills. This research answers the research questions about the student ability in writing. Writing skills are one of the Indonesian language skills that elementary school students must master. Writing skills are the skill of expressing ideas, notions, feelings in the form of written language so that other people who read can understand the contents of the writing well. Writing is very important for students because Writing trains students to select the most relevant material or data or findings to present. Writing trains students to abstract reality or concrete data into scientific statements. Writing gets students used to reconstructing their findings or ideas into thoughts that are easier to understand. That is why every student must have good writing skills. In this research we will discuss the most effective strategies for improving students' writing skills. We use descriptive qualitative research methods because we present the data as it is without manipulation or other treatments. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs.
