Abstract

Someone who already has popularity is an important requirement, or called an Influencer. Website and Search Engine Optimization, utilizing technology does require creativity. Every form of technology needs a trick, because the current market is very plural, especially in the field of E-Commerce Food Quality, the products we produce must have good quality, especially in the culinary field. Taste, shape, texture and color will be an assessment in the eyes of the customer. The more consistent we are in maintaining it, the more it will have an impact on customer loyalty Segmentation in E-Commerce Marketing, companies on their way to expand the market, so it is necessary to segment (market sorting), which goals we will target for product marketing to match the goals that the company wants. Especially in the field of E-Commerce, it will be interesting later when we as business culinary actors are able to donate in E-Commerce.

Abstract

Sukuk has become an alternative investment for investors seeking to invest in securities. Similar to conventional bonds or debt securities, sukuk is traded in the capital market, known as the Sharia Capital Market. The Sharia Capital Market is regulated by the Capital Market Law (UUPM), with the additional requirement that all activities must align with Islamic law (syariah). Sukuk differs from conventional bonds primarily in the prohibition of fixed interest rates as returns for investors, as interest (riba) is forbidden in Islamic law. Instead, sukuk operates on principles such as profit-sharing (mudharabah) or partnership (musyarakah), ensuring that investments are conducted in businesses compliant with Islamic principles. This paper also discusses the Fatwa from the Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN-MUI) regarding sukuk, highlighting the guidelines and terms that must be followed, including the requirement for compliance with syariah law in the type of business and the nature of returns. The paper also mentions the settlement of disputes, emphasizing the use of Sharia Arbitration to resolve any conflicts arising from sukuk contracts.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the comparison of financial distress levels in the construction sub sector companies of BUMN listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during the presidency of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Joko Widodo. The quantitative method is used in this study to analyze financial data obtained from the annual reports of companies listed in the BEI. The main variables used in the study include relevant financial ratios such as the working capital ratio to total assets, the ratio of profit before interest and tax to the total asset, the profit ratio before tax to total liabilities smoothly, the sales ratios to total Assets. The data collected covered the period of two reigns, the Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono era (2009-2012) and the Jokowi era (2019-2022). The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical techniques and paired sample t-test tests to identify significant changes in financial distress during the two leadership periods. This research found that there was a significant difference in the level of financial distress between the two eras. The findings make important contributions to understanding how economic policies and leadership changes can affect the financial health of BUMN companies in the construction sector, as well as providere commendations for future financial risk management.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information on the extent to which Environmental Costs, Environmental Performance, Environmental Activities, and Women on Board influence Business Performance in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This is a quantitative study using secondary data obtained from company annual reports and companies participating in PROPER (Program for Pollution Control, Evaluation, and Rating). The purposive sampling method was used to select the sample, resulting in 21 companies observed over a 5-year period. The dependent variable in this study is Business Performance, while the independent variables are Green Accounting (including Environmental Costs, Environmental Performance, and Environmental Activities) and Women on Board. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the EViews 12 software. The findings are environmental Activities had a positive and significant effect on Business Performance, Women on Board had a negative but insignificant effect on Business Performance, while Environmental Costs and Environmental Performance had a negative but insignificant effect on Business Performance.

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is a crucial aspect of human resource management, as it helps maintain and enhance employee productivity while influencing decisions related to promotions, salary increases, and career development. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist decision-making teams in evaluating employee performance objectively, systematically, and meritocratically. The system is designed to minimize potential errors in the evaluation process, enabling more accurate and fair assessments in identifying the best employees. Consequently, the findings of this study are expected to contribute to the overall improvement of the company's performance in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the role and functions of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion are in MSMEs in the Brangsong sub-district area. This research uses a sample of one of the MSMEs in the Brangsong sub-district, namely Resto Nasgor Jawa Pak Sam Brangsong which has been established since 2017 which has been proven to be sustainable to this day. Until now, many MSMEs in the Brangsong sub-district area are still in decline and have not been able to recover as before due to the Covid-19 pandemic disaster. The results of research on the UMKM Resto Nasgor Jawa Pak Sam Brangsong show that the application of Financial Literacy and proper implementation of Financial Inclusion plays a very important role in the survival of an UMKM, as proven by the proper implementation of Financial Literacy and Inclusion can make Resto Nasgor Jawa Pak Sam Brangsong Sustainable and able to pass during the pandemic well.

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the existence of the Strategy of Ulos weavers in maintaining the cultural values ​​of Ulos in the Batak Toba Community in Siraja Hutagalung Village, Siatas Barita District. With the Strategy of Ulos weavers, the Community understands more and maintains the sustainability of the values ​​​​in Ulos. With this strategy, the Community will be more enthusiastic in weaving, in addition to meeting their needs, Ulos is also a culture that cannot be removed. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach whose data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation of several informants, namely the village head, cultural figures, and the Ulos weaver community of Siraja Hutagalung Village. Through this study, a description of the Strategy of Ulos weavers who still maintain the cultural values ​​​​of Ulos in Siraja Hutagalung Village was obtained. The government and community participate in maintaining the cultural values ​​​​of Ulos so that they can develop and be known by many people.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing recruitment by automating candidate screening, interview analysis, and job success prediction. This study evaluates the benefits and challenges of implementing AI in employee selection through case studies and comparative analysis. The results show that AI improves the efficiency and objectivity of selection, but faces obstacles such as algorithmic bias, system transparency, and user resistance. To overcome these challenges, recommended solutions include bias mitigation strategies, integration of AI with human evaluation, and implementation of best practices. This study provides insights for companies and Human Resource (HR) practitioners in optimizing AI for more effective and fair employee selection.

Abstract

The development of technology has become an essential part of life and plays a significant role in simplifying various aspects, including the reporting process. People who wish to report an issue often hesitate or choose not to proceed because manual reporting is time-consuming, physically demanding, and prone to errors. Moreover, manual reporting is inefficient in determining which issues should be prioritized, and duplicate reports for the same problem are frequently encountered. These shortcomings make it difficult for report recipients to effectively process and act on the reports they receive. This research aims to address these challenges by developing a web-based digital reporting platform that enables users to submit reports easily, quickly, and efficiently. The features of the reporting system for the Information Technology Study Program at Udayana University were tested using the Blackbox Testing method to ensure that each function operates correctly and as expected. The system's feasibility was evaluated using the User Acceptance Testing method through a questionnaire designed to measure user satisfaction and convenience. Based on the test results, the system was deemed highly feasible, achieving a learnability score of 94.54%, efficiency of 94.09%, errors of 93.18%, satisfaction of 92.38%, and memorability of 94.54%. The reporting system for the Information Technology Study Program at Udayana University offers an effective, efficient, and innovative solution for digital reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of motivation on employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel. This study is based on motivation theory as a conceptual foundation. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, resulting in a total of 84 respondents. The analytical techniques employed include path analysis, classical assumption tests, Sobel test, and VAF test. The findings indicate that motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel; motivation also positively and significantly affects job satisfaction at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel; job satisfaction positively and significantly influences employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel; and job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between motivation and employee performance at Pita Maha Ubud Hotel.
