Abstract

The accounting information system in the accounting cycle stages is part of the overall accounting information system designed and implemented by the company. An effective accounting information system is also very important for the long-term success of a company. PT. Lapak Niaga Group is a company that operates in the manufacturing sector, namely producing curtains, bed sheets and bed covers. Judging from its business activities, PT. Lapak Niaga Group is a complex business entity so it requires a good accounting information system to support its activities. The purpose of this research is to find out how best to implement the Accounting Information System in the accounting cycle at PT. Lapak Niaga Group runs according to correct procedures. The research approach used in this research is qualitative, with the scope covering PT. Lapak Niaga Group as the object and subject of research are the parts involved in the company's accounting system. The unit of analysis in this research is the implementer of the income accounting system at PT. group trading stall. From this research it can be concluded that the application of the Accounting Information System in the Revenue cycle at PT. Lapak Niaga Group is not yet fully capable. This can be seen from the fact that there are still multiple roles played by several functions in the organization. The most striking dual role is in the accounting department where in the company the cashier functions as cash receiver, recorder and report preparer.

Abstract

An accounting information system is a system used to process financial data into information that is useful for management, planning and decision making for both internal and external users in the company. Accounting information systems have an important role for the long-term success of a company. Kebab Bosman is a company that operates in the F&B (Food and Beverage) sector, a type of business that focuses on the food and beverage sector or in Indonesian it is also called culinary business or business. The purpose of this research is to find out how the accounting system is used at Kebab Bosman. The method used in this research is qualitative, a method that focuses on in-depth observation. The object of this research is Kebab Bosman and the subjects of the research are the parts involved in the accounting system. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the accounting system at Kebab Bosman has not completely gone well. This can be seen from the dual role (dual work) experienced by one of the employees.

Abstract

PT. Joombre indonesia is a company engaged in the field of cable utilization. Wiring harness which is a collection of one or more wires with several parts to conduct electric current also has a diversity of materials, so it is very diverse in the processing process. Each of these companies helps produce products for the purposes of the automotive world such as engine harness, instrument panel, main engine room, door harness, roof harness, floor harness, front harness, rear harness and others. In the course of its production, one of the main tasks that largely determines the process of Quality Control of products that have been approved before being marketed to consumers in order to minimize receiving errors or malfunctions of these products. For that the company needs an application that can repair the damaged production process from Quality Control directly to the production department. Company owners will be able to directly control their production directly. The system is made using a website by collecting research using a waterfall. While the analysis is done by interviewing and surveying the system that is run to get the information needed. The results obtained from this study are that the process reported from failed production from the Quality Control division to the production division becomes faster and is well approved by the company which can directly control and analyze the production as an indicator of production effectiveness and improve the quality control staff according to the product QR Code generated is made differently on each product so as to minimize the recording of existing damage data

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah menjadi inovasi signifikan dalam sektor perbankan, menawarkan transparansi, keamanan, dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak penerapan blockchain terhadap tingkat kepercayaan nasabah dan efisiensi transaksi di sektor perbankan Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei dan eksperimen, data dikumpulkan dari 200 responden nasabah dan 30 partisipan yang mengikuti simulasi transaksi menggunakan sistem berbasis blockchain. Hasil survei menunjukkan 80% responden merasakan peningkatan kepercayaan setelah penerapan blockchain, dengan skor kepercayaan rata-rata meningkat dari 3,2 menjadi 4,5. Teknologi ini mengurangi kekhawatiran nasabah terkait manipulasi dan pelanggaran data, berkat fitur transparansi dan enkripsi. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi transaksi, dengan waktu proses yang lebih cepat (rata-rata 2,3 detik) dibandingkan sistem tradisional (5,6 detik). Biaya operasional juga turun 30% karena pengurangan peran pihak ketiga. Analisis regresi linier dan SEM menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara transparansi, privasi, kepercayaan, dan efisiensi. Namun, tantangan seperti biaya implementasi dan kurangnya literasi digital masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa blockchain meningkatkan kepercayaan dan efisiensi, serta memberikan peluang strategis bagi bank untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

CV KAP Semarang is a company is engaged in Manpower Providers, the employee data management system and salary calculation at CV KAP Semarang , is still carried out in the conventional way, namely bookkeeping is carried out every 25th of every month taken from each worker, then the company makes billing to each user or outsourcing service user on the 1st to 10th every month, there are weaknesses or obstacles to the system, namely: Often there is a data discrepancy, which is obtained by the finance department from the personnel section of the user, so that the salary calculation process in the financial section is long delays in data input and can also result in incorrect salary calculations .. With a manual system or it takes a long time and is inefficient because you have to wait about 10 days or 1 week to wait for the data input process to calculate the salary. The process of reporting to the leadership also experienced delays because of the delay in the process.

Abstract

Telemarketing is a modern marketing strategy that relies on long-distance communication to offer products or services. This strategy offers several advantages, including cost efficiency, two-way communication, and the ability to reach consumers personally. However, telemarketing also poses ethical challenges such as privacy violations, misuse of data, and the risk of manipulation in communication. From an Islamic perspective, Shariah-compliant telemarketing should prioritize the values of honesty (ṣidq), transparency (bayān), and non-coercion (ikhtiyar). The purpose of this study is to examine how telemarketing can be ethically applied in accordance with Islamic principles to create transactions that are fair, efficient, and spiritually and socially beneficial. This study was conducted through literature analysis related to marketing strategies, Islamic business ethics, and telemarketing practices. The results show that the implementation of Islamic telemarketing has the potential not only to increase marketing effectiveness, but also to become a means of da'wah in promoting Shari'ah values. This conclusion reinforces the importance of integrating ethical values into any business strategy to ensure the achievement of maslahat for all parties involved.

Abstract

Optimal resource management is a key factor in enhancing efficiency and profitability in a business. The simplex method, as one of the approaches in linear programming, provides an analytical tool to solve optimization problems with specific constraints. This research aims to apply the simplex method to optimize business profits in a case study. The data used includes production capacity, costs, and market demand. Through the application of this method, an optimal solution was obtained, showing the combination of products and resource allocation that generates maximum profit. The findings demonstrate that the simplex method is highly useful in supporting strategic actions, particularly in efficient resource allocation. Thus, this method can serve as a reference for business practitioners in designing strategies to sustainably increase profitability. Additionally, it is expected that the results of this study can actively contribute to supporting the development of effective and sustainable business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of radio broadcasting practicums on the public speaking abilities of Communication and Islamic Broadcasting students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. A qualitative approach was employed, involving observations and semi-structured interviews with five active participants in the broadcasting practicum. The findings reveal that radio broadcasting practicums significantly enhance students' speaking skills, through improved articulation, intonation, and effective listening abilities. Factors such as direct interaction with listeners and strong academic support were found to be crucial in facilitating these improvements. The study recommends enhancements to practicum facilities, integration of more effective feedback sessions, and emotional management training to support students in handling the pressures of live broadcasting.

Abstract

This research analyzes the use of Deep Translator in the translation of Arabic texts, focusing on the accuracy, contextual relevance and effectiveness of this tool compared to human translators. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, which involves analyzing the results of Deep Translator's translations of religious and academic texts and comparing them with manual translations. The data is also supported by a literature review that has relevance to the topic of this research. The results show that Deep Translator excels in its speed and ability to translate texts with simple structures, such as news or everyday texts. However, it faces significant limitations in understanding cultural context, idiomatic meanings, and nuances of complex texts, especially in religious texts such as Qur'anic verses and muthola'ah. Deep Translator produces literal translations that reflect less historical and cultural meaning than human translators. This shortcoming is also evident in muthola'ah texts, where Deep Translator's diction choices are less relevant for certain readers.

Abstract

The Indonesian language cannot be ignored. Correct spelling not only affects someone's first impression of our writing but can also influence the reader's understanding and interpretation of the content. Therefore, understanding and mastering Indonesian spelling well is very important. That focus on promoting cultural awareness and understanding within the team can help mitigate these challenges (Carla, 2001). There are several methods that can be implemented to improve students'' spelling skills. One effective approach is to incorporate regular spelling practice into the curriculum The paper emphasizes the importance of recognizing the diverse needs of students in writing instruction.
